Austin and Holly was a great stay….kind of pricey for one night…. Could’ve stayed at a hotel for that amount. One fifty to clean, is more in Iowa, than New York. 😔Yeah nahhh… but overall the home was beautiful and I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet… Thanks Austin and Holly!

Everything that you need was at the house. Dishes, silverware, pots,pans, bowls, towels, cutting board,etc. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Loved being able to walk down the steps to the dock to fish. Took the paddle boat out and fished off of it. House and location was as expected. Quiet, peaceful area that was nice to walk in. Loved having a washer and dryer. Nice wood for a fire outside. It was a nice, quiet getaway for people who enjoy nature, fishing, and just relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay! Adam was very helpful if we had any questions.

Kris’ spot was the perfect place for us as a bride and groom in Waverly! We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The wedding party got their hair done right downstairs at 352 Salon, making timing and getting ready at the Airbnb effortless. The space itself is stunning—spacious seating, a warm industrial feel, yet still so homey. The tall ceilings and beautiful structural design add so much character, and you can tell every piece in the apartment was thoughtfully chosen. The balcony was a huge bonus for the guys to enjoy cigars before the wedding. If you’re looking for a unique, comfortable, and well-located stay in Waverly, this is it! Highly recommend!

Great environment, Main Street is less than a block away and great personal touches from the host

The place is immaculately clean. It has very tasteful decorations, super comfy beds and pillows. Everything was stocked in the kitchen. I just can’t say enough great things about this place. It was perfect for us.

This is the 3rd time we have sayed at Kim's place, and we will book again the next time we need a place to stay in Cedar Falls with a larger group. We love the kitchen/dining room area for gathering together.

This is a beautiful property! We enjoyed the solitude and great view of the pond/trees. My kids very much enjoyed fishing the pond. They even caught some large mouth bass. One weighing 2 pounds, and one weighing 3 pounds! Beds were super comfy. My kids even made me come check their comfiness before I could finish unloading the car. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking to get away from the bustle of the city and also have activities for the kids to do right out the back door. A very clean beach area was available also, although being late October, we didn’t swim.

Tina was easy to Reach and responded quickly. The cabin is adorable and felt like home. The location is beautiful! It is a very comfortable cabin! It’s so peaceful out there, but we still had a nice tv for the evenings after enjoying the porch and outdoors. It was very nice to be able to bring our little dog. He sure enjoyed playing with Louie! I do recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!
