Criss was such a welcoming and gracious host! We appreciated the comfortable bed, quiet environment and generous amenities from toothbrush to coffee and milk in the spacious kitchen to fruit on the dining room table.

Felt very cozy staying there! Would 10/10 book again with them!

Leah is an incredibly hospitable host! She welcomed me at the front door and made staying at her place such a refreshing experience. Her and her husband are pros at giving you all the space you need and also being warm and providing a welcoming atmosphere -- I mean, breakfast in the mornings & a sweet doggo?? Not to mention a beautiful neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. Absolutely incredible & just what I needed on a solo trip. 💛

I had such a great stay here while visiting a friend in the area. My 18 mo. old and I had a stomach virus while we were there and so I had to ask for extra sheets, etc. and they were MORE than accommodating. Such a kind couple and a beautiful room. I didn't remember from the listing that there was a cute little sunroom as well! The room was a little bit cold when I got there (upstate NY in the winter-duh) but the heater in room heated it RIGHT up and I was never uncomfortable outside of the sickness. The room was so homey and it honestly felt like a tiny apartment. On the way out, I was given homemade cookies, fruit, and saltines for our drive home. I can't recommend it enough!

We had a great stay at Cassandra's place. it runs as a daycare, so there are plenty of toys for young children as well as small tables and chairs, perfect for our 3 & 5 year old. It's a short drive to the Strong Museum of Play. The queen bed was comfortable and the kids had no complaints about the twin beds. We did notice the lack of metal cutlery (all plastic) and the Internet was a bit slow, but Cassandra is actively working on improving those. Streaming movies was smooth, downloading movies took a a bit longer. Check-in was easy with the door pad and Cassandra was very responsive. We checked in on a Friday afternoon and left on a Sunday, so we had the entire home to ourselves. As noted in the description, there are cameras in the kitchen, play room, and living room. Thank you for the great stay! We would be happy to stay again.

Leean and Jon were the most accommodating hosts - they were so sweet and kind to us, she even baked us a pumpkin pie when we said we never tried one! Truly the sweetest family. Thank you so much for your hospitality

Kathleen's home is very well situated to the Rochester airport, U of R, RIT and major area attractions. I really felt like I was at home during my stay there. Kathleen is a great host, and takes real pride in ensuring guests are well looked after. The home is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. I worked "at home" from here for a stretch and found it very conducive to doing so. Additionally, Kathleen's local knowledge will prove invaluable for anyone looking for restaurant and entertainment recommendations. Highly recommended.

Such a great and super friendly host! Helped me with all my inquiries around/about the area. The place was very nice and clean, nothing to complain about. I liked that I had my private parking spot and I really loved the location, this neiborhood looks fancy and very nice. I took a walk during the night and felt very safe and comfortable. The location is near by a lot of attractions, I just walked around and didn't even need to drive. I recommend this place and would love to come in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at the Micro Lux Apartment! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and thoughtful design of the space. Despite its compact size, the apartment felt luxurious and perfectly equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable – just a short walk to the village, where I found charming shops, fantastic restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. It was so convenient to explore the area without needing a car. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The apartment was clean, stylishly furnished, and had all the modern amenities you could ask for. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

Our stay was very get. The location is quiet, clean easy access to the freeway. The home was exactly as described on t the website. Looking forward to staying again.

Rebecca was warm and welcoming. Her place was lovely. She made delicious muffins, and there were many snacks. Rebecca had a shelf in the fridge stocked with a variety of items for guests. My stay was peaceful!

Kristi could not have been a more kinda and gracious host. She not only provided a lovely home and very comfortable sleeping space, she provided a loving emotional space for a weary traveler. Everyone alludes to her warm and welcoming spirit and they did not exaggerate. Highly recommend.

I always stay with Kristi in her beautiful Victorian home when I’m in the area. She is a very friendly and a wonderfully attentive host. The room with on-suite bath is very comfortable. Great value!

First time in Finger Lakes region, and Canandaigua, and Lisa’s place fit the bill perfectly: totally walkable location to coffee, wine bar (best one is called Pintxos!), Canandaigua Lake, all of DT and more. Also spotless clean even though there are quite a bit of things and furniture in each room. Two more things: 1) her homemade breakfast each morning was a true delight 2) unlike so many corporate air b n b’s now, that are soul-less and sterile, this really is someone’s well cared for and welcoming home, how air b n b is supposed to be! Will absolutely return and 100% highly recommend.

Gwenn's property was the perfect place for a Momma and Daughter weekend. She was attentive and prompt in answering any questions that we had. Gwenn's property is absolutely beautiful, and her attention to detail is impeccable. The breakfast nook was one of our favorites, and Gwenn even brought out her puzzles for my daughter to work on, as this is one of her favorite hobbies. Gwenn is the sweetest soul, and we cannot wait to plan another trip back! Shadow is a wonderful addition, too. She is the sweetest cat. We highly recommend House Content!

Linda, husband Dick and dog Penny were a complete delight. Our one-week stay was so wonderful. We had great conversations over breakfast daily. Their home was comfortable to be in. We were welcome to come and go as we please. There was an entire downstairs with sofas, tv and additional bathroom to be able to relax outside of the bedroom. We were always welcome to join them upstairs in the living room. I was able to use the kitchen to prepare a couple of meals. They had great suggestions on places to go around the area. We were in town for a family wedding and visiting extended family and friends. The private bathroom is big with a large walk shower. There is a jetted tub that we did not use. There was a washer and dryer available to use. The bedroom has two windows that can be opened to have fresh air. We asked for a fan for the room, and one was provided. The bed is very comfortable. The visit was like being with family in all the best ways. Highly recommend staying there. TY

7 of us stayed here while on a bike trip along the Erie Canal. Margaret was an accommodating and helpful host. She provided a hose to wash down our bikes and there's a barn to store them in. The house itself is pretty and very interesting, filled with art and artifacts from previous times, and is in a lovely spot out in the country surrounded by fields and farmland. There's only one bath on the upstairs floor but there is another downstairs as well as an outdoor shower so that wasn't a problem. We really enjoyed breakfast and "story time", when Margaret told us about the history of the house as well as stories from her own fascinating life. Overall our stay here was an enjoyable and memorable part of our bike trip.
