There were a group of us (7 total) everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room. Also ample off street parking.

Great location! My husband and I really liked the private location as the house was at the end of a street across from a field. It was nice as you didn’t feel as if the neighbors were looking in on you. We liked being able to access the home through the garage for even more privacy. Home was very comfortable and as described. We also enjoy having a connected bathroom to the upstairs bedroom. As we arrived in the cold winter months, it was nice being able to adjust the heat to our satisfaction. We had a very comfortable stay. The home was not far from several surrounding restaurants and coffee shops. We would stay again. Thank you!

this place is what Airbnb is all about. you could tell that they worked hard to go the extra mile and make sure you enjoyed your stay. The little things like bottled water left out to the guest book really add to the experience here.

We were in town to spend the holidays with family and the house was everything that we had hoped for! It was warm and welcoming and a great space for us all to spend time together. Everything was clean and the house had everything that you might need for a wonderful stay. Owner was easy to reach and answered questions quickly. We loved it and are already talking about a repeat visit next year!

Truly was a quaint little house that was perfect fit for me, my husband and our two small dogs and we all adjusted to the house quickly. The house was nice and warm since we were there during cold weather in the twenties with snow. Great walkable neighborhood that was peaceful and we even had a visit from a deer in the backyard. The street was kept well plowed with easy access back to the main routes around town. We would definitely stay again when visiting our family in the area.

Everything was as expected and then some. Shirley was very nice and helpful. Couldn't ask for anything more. Located within 5 miles of most things you might want to do. Nice neighbors and neighborhood. Housecwas equipped with everything we might need. thoroughly satisfied.

We never have a bad thing to say about staying about our experience staying here and working with the hosts. We are very comfortable during our stay and always have a great weekend! There are so many extras that they offer such as coffee, napkins, kleenix, shampooo/conditioner and body soap all included. It makes it quite easy to pack! Hoping soon the weather turns nice so we can enjoy sitting outside for lunch.

Jennifer's place was very cute and in a great neighborhood- walkable to bars, coffee shops, and restaurants, less than 5 minute drive from downtown.

Very responsive host. House was cozy, made us feel right at home. Lots of places close by for eating and shopping. Booked this house because it was close to the wedding venue that we came for, stayed for 8 nights. Definitely would stay here again if we came back to visit.

This is an awesome place. The pool is wonderful. The fenced in backyard is private and great for dogs. The house is spacious with 4 tvs. The decor gives you a history lesson, international art is displayed, and clearly a family that are proud Americans as well as proud veterans. There are hundreds of books at your fingertips if you enjoy reading. The location is also close to great eats and great hiking.

Really nice place. Was perfect for a one night stay. Communication was fast and easy. Only thing I didn’t realize was how close the pool house was to the main house. Overall a good experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy lake cottage! It was perfect for our party of 9 and we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

We really enjoyed Casey's house. The layout of the house is great. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and quite close to the events we came to the area for. The deck was nice. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed it. I grew up camping in tents, motor homes and trailers, and this was the easiest stay I have ever experienced. Comfortable bed, directions for everything were clear and easy to follow. Surrounded by nature, it was easy to see the stars and the moon. A very welcome change from the malls and lights surrounding RIT. It was cold at night, and the heater worked perfectly. I enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen, knowing I could cook inside if I wished. Sandra was very welcoming to us and to our dog, and gave good recommendations for local restaurant options. We were able to have a fire in the fire pit, and really lucked out with the weather. Thanks for a very fun stay!! We hope to return in the spring!!

Kevin and April were very nice hosts. Easy to communicate with and quick to address a minor issue. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels/linens were new and fluffy. We were there over Christmas and they had no issue with us putting up a Christmas tree to help the house feel cozy and festive! We would easily stay again and highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was perfect for the two of us, exactly as described, very well maintained and the host was friendly and responsive. The bed was super comfortable and the linens/towels were high quality. The available coffee/sugar/creamer and couple of breakfast bars were much appreciated in the morning after our late night arrival. We love the area, there is so much to do locally and in downtown Rochester. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

My family (6 adults and 2 kids) spent 3 nights at this beautiful house on Lake Canandaigua. It was the perfect lake house with an incredible view and lake access. The house is extremely comfortable with multiple common spaces (including a fun game room and TVs in virtually every room) and is well equipped with everything you could need. It also has great outdoor spaces, with comfortable seating, huge hot tub and two fire pits (gas and wood). It is located in an idyllic and private setting, but is close (15-20 minutes) to Canandaigua, wineries, breweries, parks, etc. Bill was very responsive to any questions and a very good host. We had a wonderful time at this lake house and would love to return.

Angela was a fabulous host! We had a great 4 day trip and the place was cozy and we felt right at home. It was easy for our dog and had a perfect backyard for him. The fridge and freezer were spotless and stocked with ice. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and coffee and we had plenty of towels for our stay. 10/10 We will definitely stay again!

For my first ever Airbnb experience, I was blown away! The house is a lovely sight to behold! Pam was an absolute gem and very accommodating. She was kind and always checked in once in a while to ensure we had everything we needed. Responded swiftly and was always helpful to any questions. She was even flexible with us about our check in time when things needed to go a little earlier. Her cats were a delight to see as we were coming and going, and were helpful hosts in making us feel welcome as well. We stayed on the top floor and it was very private and cozy. The beds were comfortable and there were heaters and fans provided! Food is also close by so driving to nearby area's or getting door dash hardly takes any time at all! I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a nice little get away in a cozy, private and enjoyable place with a beautiful area!

What a peaceful stay we had at Lyn and Deedee place! They were both very responsive to all questions and had some great recommendations for us to do! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to safely roam around as we relaxed by the fire. The cabin was exactly as the photos depicted, note that there is no running water inside the cabin but plenty of bottled waters were provided. Access to the bathroom facilities was a “hop and skip” away, the outdoor shower with hot water was a nice surprise! The ac unit was perfect to keep the cabin cool, but I do recommend bringing a fan. The fridge is NOT inside the cabin, so it is recommended to plan accordingly if you are a snacker 🤪 This was the perfect combination of camping and glamping! Highly recommend
