Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

We enjoyed our short stay. Got to visit friends and family. Loved the Hudson River view along with barges on the river. Watching the freight train on other side of the river. Plus local train on our side View of Bear Mountain. Peace quiet loved the privilege of not having a town, therefore no noise. Short commutes to nearby villages Laura ‘s uncle greeted us upon arrival and was super friendly also pointed out Eagle nest with her2 babies. We would differently visit again.

My family and I rented Ava’s home over Christmas and it was the best AirBnB experiences I’ve ever had. The house was very well stocked and truly had everything we needed. We had a 5 year old with us and she loved all the toys available. The space was truly beautiful and Aga was responsive and proactive with everything. We knew just what to expect. Truly above and beyond a 5-star experience-we hope to find an open time this summer to return!

Everything was exactly as described. Will stay again!

It was a great stay but the laundry room was locked. The owner did communicate quickly and tried to get it resolved timely.

Me and my family had an amazing stay. The place looked just like the pictures and everything was so clean when we arrived. We enjoyed all the amenities and the peaceful area. Would definitely book again!

Michele’s place is terrific and Michele is a very attentive host.

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

Great home in a great community. Easy to Stroudsburg or plenty to do at the house. Made for a perfect weekend in the mountains. Oleg was super helpful and very responsive and made the trip nice and easy. Definitely recommend a stay here!

I had an amazing getaway. It was everything I could’ve asked for! From the lake to the hot tub! At one point weather did not permit for me to kayak in the lake, it didn’t matter though because of how much there was for me to do at the house. From the hot tub, to the lake, to the pool table and the beautiful living room, there was always fun activities

Great stay for family reunion. Oleg was very responsive and pleasant. Lots of room for large group. Kitchen is well supplied.

My family, close friends and I stayed at this wonderful, family friendly home located right on the lakefront. Plenty of space, fun activities, game rooms, hot tub and sauna and other play room accommodations were clean and up-kept. We spent our New Year celebration at this comfortable place and were very welcomed by our host. This will definitely be a great place for us to stay at again.

House was perfect for the boys get away weekend. Easy to get in, plenty of fun things to do in and around the house. The game room was awesome for poker and pool and playing basketball!

Sally was very helpful. communication was great. easy walk to beach, restaurants. I feel Sally was very dependable and if there were any problems....she would resolve them immediately

I was initially unsure of Christopher’s place because of a couple of negative reviews. I reached out to enquire about the conditions of the place, per those negative reviews. Christopher explained and assured me. I’m so glad I discounted those reviews because Christopher’s place turned out to be such a gem. Christopher’s place is just right for a small family — ours was a party of 3 adults — and has everything you’ll need. Every room has a separate airconditioner unit, though we did not need to turn that on. The kitchen is well equipped, though we only used it for having snacks and on our last day, some grilled cheese sandwiches. The two bed rooms are suitably sized and the beds are comfy. If youre a light sleeper, the front bedroom might be a tad noisy from the road just outside. During our stay, we could hear cars passing by during morning and evening hours. For anyone looking to spend some relaxing time by the beach, this is the place. Don’t believe the negative reviews here.

Everything was perfect ! My family and I had a great time. Looking forward to staying here again in the summer.

We had a wonderful time staying at Amanda’s lake house, so much so that we extended our trip. It the perfect cozy, warm cabin that we were hoping for. It was so nice sitting by the lake and watching the day go by

The perfect landing spot for our family (2 adults and a toddler) the week of our beach vacation. The location was fantastic with easy access to Sandy Hook National Recreation area and several restaurants just a short walk away. The property was clean and well stocked. Our host was responsive and extremely thoughtful leaving extra children books for our toddler!

Catherine was a fantastic host! She left us local restaurant menus and activities to do in the area on the table when we arrived! She was also super helpful with any questions we had and quick responses! The house was gorgeous and had a great view of the water! Would 100% book again!!
