Victoria is the most helpful, accommodating, responsive host I have come across renting a home. The house is really lovely and set up nicely with everything you need. It is a 3 bedroom home with 3 queens and one of the queen rooms also has a nice bunkbed. There is a bit of traffic on the road but that seems to be normal for most places around the area. I brought a couple of West Point Cadets there since they got an unexpected Labor Day Weekend pass. We ended up hanging at the house one night and just having frozen pizzas and watching TV and it was really comfortable and relaxing.

Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

Nice, small cozy cottage in a quaint neighborhood. The private access to the beach was a major plus. Place was clean with all the basics needed. Outdoor fire pit was awesome. Walking distance to coffee shops/food spots/ general stores. Rob was very personable and friendly. Perfect for a couple or few friends visiting the beach. Plenty of space for myself and my partner plus our dogs.

The truth is that everything was very good, very clean and tidy, it was easy to get to and enter this house, the service was 10/10, I would return without a doubt.

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

Joseph, was an excellent host who made our stay truly enjoyable. The rental was spotless and well organized. Yep, the location was perfect. It had nearby restaurants and some amazing scenic views made our stay much more memorable. Thank you!

The place was amazing. I spent here one week with my wife right before the Christmas week and we felt at home. We couldn't ask for a better host. Arthur was extremely reactive, very responsive, flexible and prepared the apartment with some very nice Christmas decorations. We did enjoy our time. I strongly recommend this place and I am sure I will visit Arthur again in the future!

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

We had a wedding to attend in the Red Bank area and I was looking for a nice place that we could use as a central location. Adams unit was just what we were looking for. It had 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we could need. Everything was in working order. The sunset's from the back yard were awesome! The unit was large enough for entertaining family members after the wedding. It was too cold to use the pool and we didn't have time to use the hot tub however it was up and running. Everything considered, Adam's place was nice and convenient . I would certainly book again when in the area and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice 5 bedroom home.

This place is ok if your on a budget. The area is worth a million dollars but the motel was a motel. Although the staff and other people were very friendly. It felt very very safe there. Lots of kids for my kids to play with and a pool. Id coke back for the beach.

I had an amazing stay at this charming Airbnb! The location is unbeatable, and the studio was even more spacious than I anticipated. The views of Northport Harbor were absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing. Darren was incredibly responsive and quickly addressed a request I had, which made my stay even more enjoyable. As a Northport native, I’ll definitely stay here whenever I return to visit family and friends. The home is older, so the stairs to the second floor are a bit narrow, but that didn’t bother me at all. I really appreciated the layout, with a cozy bedroom and a separate sitting area. The kitchen was well-equipped with the basics, and the added bonus of a Keurig with coffee selections was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

I was initially unsure of Christopher’s place because of a couple of negative reviews. I reached out to enquire about the conditions of the place, per those negative reviews. Christopher explained and assured me. I’m so glad I discounted those reviews because Christopher’s place turned out to be such a gem. Christopher’s place is just right for a small family — ours was a party of 3 adults — and has everything you’ll need. Every room has a separate airconditioner unit, though we did not need to turn that on. The kitchen is well equipped, though we only used it for having snacks and on our last day, some grilled cheese sandwiches. The two bed rooms are suitably sized and the beds are comfy. If youre a light sleeper, the front bedroom might be a tad noisy from the road just outside. During our stay, we could hear cars passing by during morning and evening hours. For anyone looking to spend some relaxing time by the beach, this is the place. Don’t believe the negative reviews here.

We were 3 women friends coming from different parts of the country, and this was an ideal location to relax, enjoy local restaurants, soak up the sun and walk to the beach. Ronen was super responsive when we had a question or two. This home could hold several more people than our small group. Loved, loved the deck and retractable awning. I will recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

The perfect landing spot for our family (2 adults and a toddler) the week of our beach vacation. The location was fantastic with easy access to Sandy Hook National Recreation area and several restaurants just a short walk away. The property was clean and well stocked. Our host was responsive and extremely thoughtful leaving extra children books for our toddler!

Pristine studio in Long beach, steps from bars, restaurants, and the beach. Absolutely immaculate! Cozy bed linens and good towels, great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Erica was very informative throughout our stay and the Valentine's cookies were a special touch. would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Prince was very quick to respond to any message that I sent. Met me upon arrival to help with check in. He also let us know that we may hear footsteps the following morning due to it being a week day. That was appreciated but even with that we barely heard any footsteps. Would stay again next time I come to town.

This house in Point Lookout was lovely. Only steps away from the beach. Provided all the extras - bikes, chairs… Dan was a great host. We’ll definitely stay again!

One of my favorite stays yet! Definitely will be returning, I loved the environment and I love the separate bedroom and living area
