We stayed here in Nov 2024. Ms Linda is a great host! The listing mentioned a continental breakfast. That’s the only inaccurate thing about the listing as her breakfast was outstanding! It’s a full blown meal and delicious! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, cozy, remote, rustic and relaxing. Very nice setup indeed. We will definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommended!

Susan is quite possibly the most attentive and thoughtful host we’ve ever experienced. She was very proactive in reaching out to us prior to arrival and made sure to meet us and tell us all about the home. She gave us recommendations on where to go to see the northern lights that were appearing while we were there and the kids LOVED seeing them. We had car troubles our last day/night in the home and she didn’t even hesitate to let us stay later than our checkout, free of charge. She had snacks and food for breakfast rest for us, as well as bubbles for my cranky youngest child. It is obvious Susan cares about her guests, and we will absolutely stay here again. The surroundings are beautiful and we already miss it!

This was our second stay at the Brownsburg Store in less than a year. Bill is a fantastic host. The "store" is a magical place, interesting, unique, historical, with a surprise in every corner. The neighborhood is peaceful with wonderful views and a truly small-town country feel, where each person knows their neighbors in a tightly knit community. During our stays, we have entertained guests and enjoyed the cozy warm ambiance of the wine cellar. Each stay in Brownsburg has been unique and Bill is an excellent guide into this small community. We highly recommend The Brownsburg Store for its unique and luxurious stay.

Our stay at this historic home was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly communicative, ensuring that every detail of our visit was seamless. Upon arrival, we were welcomed into a beautifully kept home that radiates charm and history, dating back to the late 1800s. One of the many highlights of our stay was the thoughtful breakfast provisions, which lasted us throughout our entire visit—a true testament to the host’s generosity and hospitality. The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The property is also a haven for nature lovers. We were delighted to see deer right outside, adding to the peaceful and serene setting. The location was perfect for our trip to Liberty University for the CFAW event, making it both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and unique place to stay.

Fran was an exceptional host, and the yurt was such a fun way to ring in the New Year. I won't mince words: it was chilly, but the buddy heater was a welcome amenity, and the bed was beyond comfy and piled high with blankets. The bathhouse 250 steps away was terrific, but by far and away my favorite perk was the en suite--the composting toilet around the corner on the deck, something I didn't know about until I arrived! Fran thinks of everything, and, given I was starving on arrival, the freshly baked bread was such a welcome treat. If you're a beer drinker, don't miss Blue Mountain Barrel House & Smokin' Barrel Restaurant. Thank you, Fran!

We had an amazing time! The cottage was clean, extremely stocked with lots of extras which was so nice. The views are incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. They are close if you need anything but the house is very private. The adults, kid and dogs loved it! Hope to come back again!

Tasha was an extremely responsive and thoughtful host. She knew we had two little ones and made sure to grab a second pack ‘n’ play for us from one of her other listings. One less thing for this busy mom of three to pack! The house was so clean and we loved the hot tub!! Would highly recommend to anyone.
