Our family had such a wonderful get away. The location was perfect, quiet and adorable. The kids absolutely loved the game room. Jeffrey was very helpful when we first arrived. Highly recommend this home for your next vacation location!

The place was absolutely inviting as soon as we pulled into the driveway. The view of the mountains with all that snow was beautiful. The kitchen has all sorts of cooking equipment for us to make meals. There are plenty of things to do on property if you aren’t up for hiking from the mini arcade to taking a dip in the well maintained hot tub. Was perfect for our groups board game weekend. No over complicated rules to follow like when checking in an apartment and check out was a breeze. The host was accommodating and responsive. Hope to be able to come back again when the weather is warmer!

Comfortable and spacious for our party of 6! All beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. We loved the fire pit, Blackstone grill, and hot tub. Plenty of extras (coffee, spices, trash bags, detergents, etc). I love an owner that allows furbabies as we don’t leave our dog behind. We hiked some awesome trails in Daniel Boone National Forest. A great getaway!

We loved ourstay at this cozy cabin. The space was perfect for a relaxing getaway—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. So much room to spread out and all of the furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to eat in, including a cabinet full of spices. The hot tub was the highlight, a perfect way to unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The pool table was also a hit, we spent most of our time in the hot tub and playing pool. The location is serene, so quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the cabin! The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful scenery and very peaceful as well! Brandon went out of his way to ensure we were in the loop regarding potentially icy/weather and road conditions, and was very communicative and accommodating! We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

The gate enclosing the cabin made it feel very secluded, which was nice. There was a book with a list of local attractions and restaurants. There are dogs that greet you when you first arrive, but they are so sweet and friendly!! Over all wonderful experience.

This was a great escape from the day to day. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and able to relax. The cabin was nice and peaceful. Multiple times my wife and I would look at each other and almost simultaneously say, "It's so quite!" ... maybe because we were away from three young children, haha, but in all honesty, it was very ambient. By the time it was time to leave we were sad that it was over. A perfect reset. Rachel was a great host and quick to respond to any concern and also allow us all the privacy we sought for the trip. Highly recommend and worth every dollar spent.

It was an adorable little cabin way back in the woods. We could see our neighbor's cabins, but it still felt private. Everything was very clean. Loved the little fireplace. We used the grill to make BBQ chicken. We were there visiting my father who lives nearby. Loved having the full kitchen, the water dispenser was convenient. The area was really beautiful and we were there in winter. So no leaves on any trees yet. Spring, summer and Fall has got to be breathtaking. We a hike at Cumberland Falls. Moderate , slightly over two hours. Eagle Falls is worth the hike. It's a workout though. We ate a couple of times at The Black Stallion in Monticello (recommend the catfish) and also a BBQ place in Somerset (St. Louis style ribs and brisket were good, the chicken iffy). Did grocery shopping at Aldi's. Also recommend El Cazador for Mexican, also in Monticello. No problem w internet access. Driving around the area was really nice and weather was great in March. Owners are great!

Everything was excellent! The morning we left he texted us with places to hike and what to see. Super friendly. Super responsive with everything. The cabin was amazing. We will definitely be going back!

We loved our stay on the farm! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids were thrilled with all the animals and especially enjoyed visits from the friendly Great Pyrenees dogs. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t smell like a farm at all! Sandy and Martin were so friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. We also bought some of the farm’s sausage, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for a unique and enjoyable experience!

I cant say enough good things about this home! We had 4 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of space for all of us from the bedrooms to the kitchen and living room. The pictures do not do this home justice, Its a beautiful home in a peaceful setting with plenty of space for families. Everything we needed was supplied at this house. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Thanks so much for the great stay !

Beautiful and charming cabin and surroundings. Perfect for a couples retreat. The cabin was well appointed with everything we could possibly need. Susan was very responsive and provided local resources for restaurants & hikes. We just loved cooking and relaxing in the cozy cabin.

Susan was a great host! She was available for any questions and offered information about the cabins and interesting places to visit in the area. The cabin was perfect for relaxing & enjoying nature and the quiet, serene atmosphere. We especially enjoyed visiting her beautiful animals!

We absolutely loved staying here. Unfortunately our plans only allowed us to stay for two nights, just wish we had more time.
