Kitty was great to communicate with - any question was addressed very quickly. Her place is so cute both inside and out. There was plenty of off-street parking available. The walkable distance to downtown Byron was a great benefit as well!

Jennifer and Angela are the consummate hosts, speedy, conscientious and super accommodating. The property was so comfortable, with all the needs one could ask for. I recommend you book your stay without hesitation and enjoy!!

This was a great place for a winter getaway. Close to Alpine Valley for skiing, restaurants and shops along Lake Geneva, and the hot tub was perfect for warming up during the February cold spell!

This is our second year staying at this beautiful and convenient Airbnb. Only 15 minutes from the NIU Convocation Center! Close to a great pizza place that will deliver to the Airbnb. Cynthia is very responsive and very flexible. We love this space!

This was a delightful place to stay. Great location, very walkable and many great restaurants and shops near by. We went skiing and it’s very close to Samantha’s place. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location - walkable to the town square with an array of bars, restaurants and shops. Great, friendly community! The house is very welcoming and the extra's were fantastic and appreciated. They truly thought of everything. The house layout is a bit unique in that you must walk through the second bedroom to get to the bathroom and kitchen. This could be fine but should be considered depending on your travel partners. Would stay here again for sure!

I cannot say enough positive things about Susan's place and Susan herself. Her location is a home away from home. I felt right at home the moment I walked in. Everything was neat, clean, organized and though there was everything you could want or need for your stay, the host would still check-in to be sure you had all you needed and all was good. The house is very pretty, inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet, and felt very safe. The host herself, Susan, is very caring and beyond hospitable, as well as easy and interesting to converse with. As it shows in the pictures, she does have two small dogs who are well behaved and adorable. I could not recommend this location enough, especially for the rate.

Bill and Carol were lovely hosts for our family weekend! They were so friendly and responsive to all our messages. The location was perfect for enjoying downtown Lake Geneva, and Bill & Carol gave us lots of good recommendations too! We would absolutely stay there again!

Steve and Jen are Midwestern charmers! The house is decorated and cleaned like they live there. The most well stocked Airbnb I've stayed at! Very comfortable beds and pillows - lots of extra blankets, too. Wonderfully oversized and cute bathrooms. Location is in the middle of downtown and is perfection for community events weekend. Several FABULOUS restaurants close by (especially the Thai restaurant next door & Simple Cafe for breakfast). Will be staying here again!

Excellent communication and location! Very close to the center of town. The doors and keys were a little confusing at first, but we figured it out eventually! Would happily stay here again if we ever come back to the area. Thanks Laura!

Twana’s place was the cleanest air bnb I have ever stayed at. She is also very responsive to messages. The place makes you feel right at home with wonderful beds, table to sit at and nice furniture. 100% recommend to anyone visiting the area. I know where I will stay if I come back to visit :).

We loved Mackenzie’s place! It was a short walk to the Ridge hotel where we were attending an event. The condo was super cozy and fit our needs perfectly. And you walk outside and can see the lake! Would definitely stay here again.

Great cozy location with great view of the Lake. Definitely a great place for a relaxing stay. Host provided great instructions and flexibility. She was also very responsive. This Lake condo is definitely recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and full of amenities, towels, shampoo/conditioner, full kitchen with pots and pans, some kid toys and books, etc. Communication was very easy with the host and they responded very quickly to any messages. The only thing I would mention, which I read in another review, was if you arrive late at night when it is dark its a bit hard to find. I would suggest speaking with the security guard at the check-in gate to make sure you have the right route. Our GPS took us down a road that was golf cart only so it took us some time to find the condo. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

The perfect space for a getaway with the girls!

I decided to stay over a few more days the following is my first review. I have stay in a lot of Airbnbs this one is now in a 3 way tie for my personal favorite. The host are incredible people. There properties are made so you feel like your at home. Clean easy to settle into in a park like setting. Mark and Karina life time business in wood working, refinishing furniture, and remodeling kitchens, Kerinia and Mark are the ultimate entrepreneurs. They had 3 show rooms they used for their remodeling business next to their house they decided to retire and make three condos out of the showrooms and went in to the Airbnb business. I guarantee when you get there you’re gonna love the places. This town is small town America and it’s just a good place for basic R&R rest and relaxation. when you learn about the little town of Sterling, it’s a small town with a huge footprint in American industry. I would give 10 stars if I could. I have been using AirBnB for many years, and our experience with Vida’s Villa 33B is hands down probably the best we have ever experienced. She is very responsive and helped us get an extra hair dryer. The unit looks newly remodeled, and had many thoughtful amenities, from tea and K-cups to a clothes steamer and hair curling iron. We were there for a family wedding from a few states away, and I’m a little sad we probably won’t have a reason to visit again. I highly recommend Vida’s Villa B if you are visiting the Abbey Resort.

As described. Great for little families, private and quaint. It was perfect for our family of 3; very cute and clean.
