We had lovely times staying at Jennifer & Steve’s place. Private, good locations with beach and cafe within walking distances. They were responsive and open to if there were any issues in the house. Truly recommend this place for anyone looking for good stay in Mandurah.

Spacious accommodation with everything we needed. Great location on the beach and local amenities within walking distance.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

We stayed at Pippa’s place for 12 days and it was perfect place to stay. It was everything that the description said it was. So comfortable . The beds so comfortable and the linen. There was everything in the kitchen we needed as we cooked a few meals while we were there. It was very clean . Great to have your own parking. It is only a 5 min walk to the beach and the bars and restaurants. Perfect place to see the sunset. Pippa even messaged to say we could get in the apartment early which was really nice of her. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Cottesloe this is worth every penny. Thank you Pippa

A gorgeous apartment that has everything you would need. I loved this place. From the outside it isn’t the swanky polished property like the properties around, but inside it is fantastic. It was great to be able to walk in and enjoy the holiday with beautiful bedrooms, smart kitchen and great bathroom. The lounge is spacious and the helpful information pack gives you everything you need. There are even beach towels. The apartment is a beautiful walk to Cottesloe beach and a 8 minute walk to the brilliant train service in to Fremantle or Perth city. I will definitely come back and I have already recommended this place to a couple of my friends. Thank you to the hosts who have made available a true gem, and thank you for helping to make our holiday truly memorable.

This our second visit to this unit. It is spacious, clean, has a good kitchen, shower and lovely outdoor courtyard. Rod and Leonie are proactive hosts who communicate clearly and promptly and we felt immediately at home. Easy walking to a fabulous beach, 25 mins walk to Hillary's or a short drive. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby plus only a short drive to the train station to get into Perth city We highly recommend

This was a lovely apartment in a great location with views from the balcony to the sea. The good gym and amenities made this place a bit different and better than other places we've stayed at. The air conditioning worked well and was very welcome in the heatwave. Excellent bedroom fan made it a comfortable temperature (though it did click on swing mode). The kitchen equipment was excellent and good to have some staples in the cupboard eg salt and pepper, vegemite, tea bags etc. We enjoyed our break here. There's a lot going on at Scarborough Beach with a diverse range of activities and events.

Mike and Julie were very welcoming and down to earth. The accommodation was within walking distance to the beach, surf club and walking tracks. Shops and the train station were only a short drive away. We had access to a good sized pool. Mike and Julie were very approachable if we had questions. The apartment was very roomy with a huge living area and a well equipped kitchen. The oven was amazing! Quinns Beach is a quiet and family friendly area. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and I would highly recommend other people stay.

Great location. A few minor issues on check in, however the host was super responsive. Very clean house and met basic needs for a comfortable stay. Would benefit from some additional cookware, smart TV and/or some shade in the court yard to be able to enjoy the space more. Would happily stay again.

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

Wonderful 2 nights right across from the beach - with great views from multiple positions in the house. Huge front room fully enclosed with the ability to open up sliding windows to see & hear the ocean ( dining area & very comfortable couch here). Another huge living area with an enormous TV _ again with a very comfortable couch. Main bedroom ( QB) has a very open en-suite ( ie minimal privacy) - but there is a 2nd bathroom/toilet that can be used. Kitchen is enormous with all essential items. Comfortable bedding -peaceful night with sound of waves just outside. Glorious sunset from front room. Yes -you do have entire home ( as per the listing) - but the owners are right behind you on the property ( ie open the window in 3rd bedroom to look directly into their garage). They also park their cars right in front of the main room. This was not a great deterrent - just needs to be mentioned in listing.

We had 19 nights at this beautiful home, it was well equipped, clean, modern and all in all just what we wanted. craig was well responsive on communication running up to our visit and threw out our stay. We had a little issue on the first night with one of the bedrooms door and craig was there within minutes. When we return back to Australia we will definitely be booking this accommodation again.

An absolutely lovely place to stay for our annual whole-family trip! The pool table, table tennis and beach gear were a big hit with the kids, the house was roomy and beautifully set up for us. 10/10 no notes!

Tanya house is awesome. wonderful location and the house is very clean and neat. Short drive to Mandurah Forum. Quiet neighbourhood. Everyone is satisfied with the stay.

Nicole’s beach house was a fantastic home to stay In and great location. It felt like home when you walked in and was in a nice quiet peaceful street. It was also very clean and tidy, had all the things you would need for your stay. There were games and kids table and chairs for the kids to use with games also in the back shed. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Nicole is very responsive if you need to contact her and is easy to communicate with. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beach house 😊

Beautiful house with lots of space. Nice, well-equipped kitchen with tea, coffee and some condiments available. Fabulous location at the waterfront and within easy walking distance of some lovely bars and restaurants. Loved sitting on the terrace and balcony watching the world go by in the morning and the sunset in the evening.

very reliable host. approachable, easy to contact. place is clean and there are many toys and kids’ books which our kids super enjoyed during our stay. bathroom was super clean. place is spacious.

We have enjoyed the stay at Brian’s place very very much. It’s super cozy, comfy with all the supplies we need while travelling. It’s conveniently located near the centre of freemantle with walkable distance to most of the attraction sites. Super responsive host ! Great place. Stay here and you will have no regrets

CJ is a very generous host, she prepared breakfast and snacks for her visitors, and the useful restaurants information nearby. Will choose this cozy house if having chance to visit Mandurah again.

We had a wonderful time in this very nice and comfortable accommodation. The flat was perfect for our 8 day stay - everything was clean, well equipped and very cosy. We felt right at home. Highly recommended!

I booked this accommodation for my grandparents as part of our family holiday and I couldn’t recommend the hosts more highly ! They have gone above and beyond and have been so helpful and excellent to deal with, all while providing a beautiful place to stay. The accommodation itself was gorgeous and very comfortable with a nice view from the balcony. Highly recommend!!
