Gull Gardens is an absolute gem. The location is outstanding as you can walk to a beautiful private beach in less than two minutes. So convenient to be close and not have to lug everything you need for a day at the beach. Corinn also has a few beach cruisers she will lend you to make it even easier. The apartment is clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows and linens. I look forward to returning to Plum Island and would gladly stay here again.

It was a wonderful spot for beach access. The owners were thoughtful and provided all the necessary beach toys and equipment, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. I especially loved the beautiful morning sunrises—definitely worth waking up early for! While the noise from the nearby road was noticeable at times, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. It’s a great place for anyone looking to be close to the beach. Overall, I had a good time and truly appreciate the hospitality!

Welcoming hosts, great location, walkable to restaurants and shopping; best of all, very dog friendly! Attention to detail was also appreciated; night light, extra blanket for humans and pets and cream for our coffee the first morning! We hope to return soon and would definitely stay here even if our dog was not on the trip.

This gem in the heart of Newburyport was the perfect place for 3 best friends from college to gather for our annual weekend, and Alex was a responsive and accommodating host. Exactly as pictured with the right mix of historic and modern touches. Highly recommend!

Everything was as described and I really appreciate being able to bring my dogs with me when traveling. It’s a garage apartment with a yard on the side so it was very helpful with my elderly dog. I would stay there again if I am in the area. Thank you!

Jeyshree had a fantastic space in the perfect location! Very clean and neat, smelled like lavender, very blue toilet. It was everything we could ask for and more!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Kathleen’s Airbnb. It was a beautiful and cozy place that was walkable into downtown Portsmouth and there was so much to do nearby. We really enjoyed staying here! Host was very responsive and accommodating.

We have visited the area a number of times and Deb's place was by far our favorite. We agreed the next time we visit, Deb's will be our first pick. Hoping it is available. Deb was friendly, responsive and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. The space was perfect for my husband and me. Plenty of living space and so comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet yet close enough to the village to walk there. So happy we found this perfect place.

Booked Billy’s Beachside Bungalow in Rye NH for a three night stay, and couldn’t have been happier with this choice ! To start , the hosts were very responsive and helpful Any correspondence was met with an almost immediate reply . Upon arrival , discovered that we were situated in on of the most beautiful stretches of the New Hampshire coast . The area was quiet and serene ( October ) with a small park and beach across the street Lots of walkable space to enjoy the views which were incredible. Although quiet , this spot was still only a quick 10 min. trip to Portsmouth and 20 min to Kittery Maine. The property itself was well maintained and easy to find. Upon entering the Bungalow , we found ourselves in a tastefully decorated and clean space with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Attention to detail was obvious, and it was clear that guest satisfaction was paramount. We hope to stay again soon !

The location was nice and cozy. I enjoyed being in a quiet part of town but we were very close to all the shops and restaurants. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Great last minute accommodation! Very clean and easy to check in. Thoroughly enjoyed my one night and would definitely come again. Waking up to all the wildlife outside was a plus I wasn't expecting!

Great spot in Portsmouth, a quiet neighborhood that's close enough to downtown to walk. Good living space, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom and outdoor table that's nice in the mornings. Only issue is that there's floorboard noise from the folks upstairs walking around that I could see bothering light sleepers.

Evan and Rachel's apartment was fantastic. clean, comfortable, and spacious. They responded quickly to any messages sent. we will definitely be back. 😊

My friend and I wanted to have a girls night away. This was the perfect place for us! It was close to many restaurants and things to do but the place was so beautiful and peaceful we wanted to just relax and enjoy it. In the morning we sat in the sun room area and just enjoyed the birds chirping and sun shining. This was exactly what we needed to relax.

Sooooo relaxing. Fun to hop to Portsmouth or shop in Kittery for the day (we did both). As we were there for NYE some neighbors had fireworks and we could see them from our windows! Very cool! We all slept great and our kids slept so late every day it was a miracle.

We had a major project 10 minutes down the road. This was the perfect place for us to 'retreat' each night and collapse. Do note that Google maps might send you to the wrong location - use the address that host gives you - not what comes up for 'The Retreat'. This is a great value compared to other options that are available. We had 2 issues that were addressed immediately. Host is on site - but only present if you need them and very friendly. Was nice to have a TV with access to all the streaming services (thank you!) There are some excellent restaurants you can walk to and more 5 minutes away but the kitchen was well equipped to eat in. If we go back and work in this area, we will stay here again.
