Delia was amazing! We needed a place to stay with 3 dogs while our house in NH sold and We could close on new house. She was so good to us! Has a beautiful property, We enjoyed the fenced in yard & hot tub

Fran was a wonderful hostess! She was very flexible and accommodating as our original plans changed and we ended up bringing our kids with us as well. She greeted us when we arrived later at night and graciously allowed us to stay in a larger cottage to accommodate my kids which we are forever grateful for! 🤍 the views are breathtaking - what a serene and peaceful spot! We enjoyed every minute we spent in the cottage as well as exploring the town. We would stay here anytime!

Cozy and conveniently located! The perfect hidden gem right under your nose! Great trails, only a short drive to the coast with plenty of local eats! John was very responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

This property offers a beautiful view of Beaver Lake with a waterfront area that includes a firepit with adirondack chairs, hammock, steel pier, canoe, kayak and a paddle board. The house is located across the street from the lake and was very comfortable. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, Wifi, two televisions with premium channels, air conditioning and fans, and a fully stocked eat-in kitchen. We rented the property for a week and the longer we were there the more we enjoyed it.

We adored the Heron's Nest! The pictures cannot capture the charm of this place. It was the perfect size for the two of us and offered everything we needed. All spaces and amenities were not only clean and comfortable, but well thought out. It seemed that every detail for guests' comfort is considered. Mary Ellen and Walter were extremely communicative and welcoming. We loved the backyard view and we would definitely stay at the Heron's Nest again!

Great location! Close to the excitement of the strip but far enough away for some peaceful evenings hanging outside. It was great to have access to both cottages for the benefit of 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and two sitting areas! Perfect for my family of 8. It is a short walk to what I view as the best area of Hampton beach, down Concord Ave! We loved the outside shower as we had a few teenagers that tend to hog the bathrooms. AC after some hot days at the beach contributed to some good night sleep as well. Shaelagh was also very responsive! Definitely would stay there again!!!

Evelyn’s place was great. Hands down one of the best places that I’ve stayed in. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Jason’s pool house was fabulous. We had a great last weekend of summer with our family and some visiting friends. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pristine pool, we loved the outdoor patio area and the location! My husband and I took bike rides each day from the house exploring surrounding towns and it was awesome! Jason was an excellent host - super friendly, helpful, and even went on a ride with my husband! Couldn’t ask for a better host. We will be back!

The Sues were great hosts. It was a nice, quiet place in a great area! Forewarning, the heater there works very well. The bedroom gets very hot with the door shut. This definitely isn’t a downside since there is also A/C, I am sure this is perfect in the cold winter months, just something to be aware of. Would stay at again if visiting south east Maine/New Hampshire!

Katherine’s Sweet Suite had everything I needed. I moved to NH and needed a place to live for a month while I looked for a new home, and this hit the spot. It’s close to Walmart and Hannaford, has a full kitchen with everything I needed, an incredibly comfy bed, a nice bathroom with excellent washer and dryer, and a good TV and sleeper couch. Katherine and Ian made sure my needs were met, and checked in a couple times during the month to see if I needed anything else. Overall, this was a great stay.

Everything was just as presented. Very comfortable and private. Convenient to Dover and Portsmouth. We really liked the meats and veggies at the nearby Tendercrop Farm.

We had a lovely winter weekend in Ogunquit. We enjoyed a Valentine’s Day dinner, met our former neighbor for lunch, walked the beach, and came prepared for the snow. We were cozy and content despite the Sunday storm. Lovely spot.

Natalie was such a terrific host the the Guest House exceeded our expectations! The house, although a very good size, really had a cozy home-like feel and we were immediately comfortable. Extra linens and towels were available, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. The place was private and quiet, and located in a scenic neighborhood. Natalie was responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Quinn’s place is a little slice of heaven and was perfect for a week getaway with my wife. Easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. You can not beat the water views from the Adirondack chairs, and the neighborhood is incredibly charming. Our stay could not have been better, and Quinn was very prompt in responding to our questions. Will definitely look to stay here again.

We were so happy with Stephen and Sherri’s home. It’s exactly like the photos possibly better. I would recommend to family and friends to stay there. Due to weather we did spend the majority of our visit inside by the fire relaxing which my husband and I truly enjoyed! Thank you both.
