This little cottage was perfect for our small stay for the weekend. It was walking distance from our wedding venue which was perfect for our tasting event. Everything was super clean and Sam was extremely attentive and respectful. Will stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Erin‘s place. Great place to come back to at the end of the day to rest and relax. Highly recommend. Close to Portsmouth and Kittery. Walking distance to many restaurants and sites to see. Erin was very friendly and, made herself available for any issues. Great stay!

Rebecca was a great host and very responsive. The place is charming and cozy and was spotless when we arrived. My family and I enjoyed our two night stay and wished we could stay for another night. Backyard is huge and was perfect for our dog. The location was quiet. We are happy and satisfied with the place 😊

I didn’t think it was worth the total price of plus 7k. Parking was not great at all and noisy street and noise from bars next door is not pleasant for me. The house was clean and nicely stocked but this is also an old home so has some quirks. Little bit overpriced. Too bad the beach made those lists for number 1 … Made all the properties go up.

It is beautiful to be able to stay at this house and be near the woods and hiking trails, but at the same time the only minutes away from the beach. The house is beautiful and the porches where our favorite places to listen to birds.

This is a beautiful old house and maintained in excellent condition. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable and with plenty of pillows. Every bedroom has a full bathroom and the bathrooms are quite modern and well maintained. We stayed with two large dogs and the owner was super welcoming to animals. We enjoyed saying hello to the horses, llamas and chickens in the morning! This property is close to UNH - we were visiting our son for the long weekend, close to Portsmouth and to multiple parks and trails. We did two great hikes, one in Stratham Hill Park and the other on in Oakland Town Forest - both pretty close. Thank you Torie for a great stay!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. Mark and Kelly’s home was perfect for our family vacation! This home had EVERYTHING you could possibly need, comfortably fitting two families of 5 and 2 adults with a bedroom and in-law area to spare. The home was located on a very secluded and quiet road yet close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and children activities. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our grandchildren as well as the adults. There are plenty of pool towels and pool toys. The fire pit gave us a wonderful evening gathering place for s’mores and reflecting on our fun day. We would highly recommend Mark and Kelly’s spacious home for any large family. spectacular location which can't be understated. Host very responsive. Home was clean. Had all the basics ++ for superior kitchen and bedrooms. We celebrated a milestone birthday ages from 2-65. Six families flying in from both coasts. Both Portland and Boston airports very close and convenient. Was large enough to give families own personal space as well as the common area was large enough for everyone to be together. Stunning views from several bedrooms with crashing waves as background noise. Additionally, very convenient grocery & supply delivery to the front door from Hannaford and Walmart, as well as Amazon. (we never left the house). Clearly, the luxury and glory gave our family a foundation for a legendary vacation. small things: two bags of ice in the freezer was a perfect touch. Upon arrival the fireplace was not working but the host made it right. We want to rent again!

Words can’t even explain how grateful we were for our time at Jim’s place! It was absolutely beautiful- such an interesting, cozy and fun place! There was so much to do on the property. Jim was so friendly and responsive. We had an amazing time having a little family reunion celebrating my mother’s 70th birthday party. We are grateful for our time in this beautiful farm house!

Great little place right in a great location

The location was nice and cozy. I enjoyed being in a quiet part of town but we were very close to all the shops and restaurants. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Linden Cottage was so cozy and beautifully decorated. Liz even left out some snacks and toys for our furry babies, which was incredibly thoughtful. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

This home was perfect for us. Good location, not too far to a coffee/small breakfast shop and beach access. Kitchen was stocked well. Brought a dog with us and it was perfect for her as well. Owners are very nice and responsive. Would recommend and would go back :)
