Accomodations exactly as shown in pictures. Kitchen is definitely well equipped with all of the essentials and more. Ice cream shop right next door is great and The Lobster Pound on the other side is excellent. You can walk to shops and restaurants downtown but we had no problem finding parking in the evening so we could enjoy the awesome restaurants.

Susan was a truly wonderful host, so gracious, thoughtful and kind. Her home was perfect for my husband and 2 young boys. House was immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, the 2nd floor rooms had plenty of space and my boys loved the bed nooks on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the porch chairs at night. Beautiful beach was nearby, and Susan had all the beach items ready for us to enjoy. Lots of excellent dining options within a 5-10min drive and close to Ogunquit downtown. Susan left a book of local recommendations which included all the menus from local restaurants which we found helpful in deciding where to dine. Susan shared excellent recommendations on beaches and local activities and knows the area well. Location was perfect. We would love to come back, thank you so much Susan!

We had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays here. The hosts decorated for the holidays and it was lovely! The home was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. The appliances including the washer/dryer were all very new. I definitely recommend this property!

Mark and Kelly’s home was perfect for our family vacation! This home had EVERYTHING you could possibly need, comfortably fitting two families of 5 and 2 adults with a bedroom and in-law area to spare. The home was located on a very secluded and quiet road yet close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and children activities. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our grandchildren as well as the adults. There are plenty of pool towels and pool toys. The fire pit gave us a wonderful evening gathering place for s’mores and reflecting on our fun day. We would highly recommend Mark and Kelly’s spacious home for any large family. This was the perfect place for a girl's weekend. Very close to Kittery and Portsmouth shops, great seafood restaurants and State Park beaches. We were lucky the temperature was cool, as a lot of the windows didn't have screens and were too hard to open. I assumed maybe the owners haven’t fully switched over to summer mode as it's been cold up till recently. Wonderful decor, very whimsical.

Our stay was fantastic - we thoroughly enjoyed the house and amenities. Chris is a great host - very responsive, friendly, and helpful. 100% would stay here again and hope to do so this summer!

This place immaculate. It was the perfect place for our family. Walking distance to the beach! Our kids had a great time at the pool after a long day at the beach.

Words can’t even explain how grateful we were for our time at Jim’s place! It was absolutely beautiful- such an interesting, cozy and fun place! There was so much to do on the property. Jim was so friendly and responsive. We had an amazing time having a little family reunion celebrating my mother’s 70th birthday party. We are grateful for our time in this beautiful farm house!

Emplacement et appartement idéal, avec deux salles de bain complètes. Magnifique vue et grande terrasse. Marko très sympathique et disponible. Répond rapidement à toutes demandes ou questions. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Seul bémol, l'appartement est un peu négligé et demanderait un peu plus d'attention et de propreté. Nous en avons fait part à Marko qui s'est montré très intéressé à remédier à la situation. C'est un hôte vraiment agréable.

I booked this place because of reviews indicating the place was clean, spotless and I can confirm it was. It's right off of Highway 1, about 20-min walk from the town center. Thank you Denise for being a great host and for being very responsive and flexible.

Great place to stay with an awesome view of the beach right from the balcony. This is where every morning we would have our coffee to plan out our day and every evening sit back with a glass of wine and watch the moon rise over the ocean. The accommodations were good, the place was clean and had all the things to make our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

Great little spot right between short and long sands! Clean, well equipped (sand toys and boogie boards and chairs!), and Tara was very helpful when we couldn’t find the location driving in at night. Would definitely rent again!

My friend and our spouses visited Hampton Beach to participate in the Hampton Half Marathon. This was a great location as we could easily walk to the packet pick up and the race start and finish area. It happened to be off season when we visited but boy is this close to the ocean, beach area and many restaurants and shops. There is an identified parking spot for your vehicle. We were happily surprised to find coffee supplies. If you are visiting in the summer, there are plenty of beach chairs and supplies for a great day at the shore. The weather was below freezing when we visited, but we stayed nice and warm in the apartment. There were extra linens if we needed but we did not need. I felt the place was very clean and exactly as pictured.

Great stay at this condo in Hampton Beach! Very walkable location and stunning sunrises each morning. Will definitely come back.

Excellent place and hosts, highly recommended. Don met us in the place and showed us around and made us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful, extremely well stocked, and very comfortable. The location is great as it's very quiet but also very close to local amenities and the highway.
