Great host and great place! We rented to go skiing for a weekend and was a great choice! Pretty close to the mountain and a very nice place to stay.

Do not hesitate to book the Boone House! We had an outstanding experience. The spot is nestled in a quiet area and the cabin has everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Thoughtfully decorated with a woodsy, cozy yet modern/industrial vibe. Melissa and Danny are outstanding hosts- kind, clear communicators, and generous hosts. We enjoyed our family time together immensely. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday so we could explore Luray Caverns, take the kids to the waterpark, and get some good “hang out” time with our friends. We had a great time! This is an awesome location and a beautifully well-appointed stay. The beds were super fluffy, the kids adored the bunk beds, and the outdoor amenities (deck/hot tub/etc) were a great way to cap the evenings. We already have talked about wanting to come back in different seasons! One thing to note is that the built in bunks are in the alcove off the main living area on the lower level and there is no door to where the bunks are. That was the only surprise for me, as I thought it was a closed off room, but we had 4 kids in there around 4-7 years old, and they all slept just fine regardless. The hosts were super friendly and the amount of pre-arrival info they provide is amazing. We would love to come back! You will very much enjoy your stay here!

I loved this Air B&B. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and always responded VERY quickly. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed. It was without a doubt the most well appointed Air B&B I have ever stayed in. Lots of little extra's that just made it special. Beautiful furniture throughout. The TV's were wonderful in every room. The outdoor space was fantastic. The firepit was easy to use and the hot tub was nice. All of the beds were comfortable and the bedding was really nice. My kids are already asking to go back!

Perfect location for the slopes. Ok, you don’t get the view of them from the condo but the ground/first floor location is so worth it!

We were here for a brief weekend getaway to go snowboarding with the family. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was ski in/out with only a 5-6 minute walk to the bunny slope and lifts. The bed was very comfortable.

The place was dated (as noted) but also roomy and cozy. You certainly can’t beat the price and location for skiing. Solid value I’d say.

After my first reservation unexpectedly fell through, Jan's immediate response to have the same week available was really appreciated. The Summit views are the best of all of Massanutten, as I have stayed in several different units over the years. And, our upper unit had zero stairs from parking lot to unit door. I highly recommend booking the Summit with Jan!
