The house was wonderful, very unique making it all that more enjoyable of a stay. Amit was easy to communicate with, in fact he reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable and any concerns which we had none of. Strongly recommended staying here, we will again.

My husband and really enjoyed our impromptu weekend getaway at the last minute. Heidi was able to accommodate us the same day and was very quick to respond and help us get setup. The location is beautiful and really special. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed staying here with 8 guest. There is lots of room to spread out. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The fire place was nice on cold days.

We have 2 young children and absolutely loved Frankie and Julie's place! The yard had a playground (and lots of their children's toys for our kids to play with). Check in was a breeze and the place was warm and welcoming. It's close to downtown restaurants and parks but also very private with a fenced in back yard. Highly recommended for families.

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

I had a relaxing stay at Arrans place. Arran welcomed me and my dog Simba with open arms! The place was clean, spacious, and well decorated with a great book collection! I cozied up with a Sylvia Plath novel and spent both evenings reading. The only thing I wish the place had was tinder, as I was unable to create a fire in the fireplace without it. Otherwise, a good stay with very responsive host.

Boris is a very gracious and professional host. The house is perfect for family getaways, with plenty of room - plenty of high-tech for the adults and lots of space and activities for the kids. The house is outfitted with high-end "everything"! And the position of the house atop the mountain which gives you great views, great breezes and a one-of-a-kind setting just 40 miles from NYC! Lots to do in the area - we cannot wait to come back in the Winter... Thank you Boris for making our stay a memorable one!

Cute house that was very clean and comfortable. Great location to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Close by to scenic areas for our family weekend. Rachel was very helpful and responsive. Enjoyed our stay!

The apartment size was perfect for my family of four adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big and roomy. A lot of attention to detail was given in decorating the apartment. We didn’t cook during our stay but we did enjoy the excellent coffee provided and toasting our pastries. The kitchen seemed well stocked with pans and utensils to prepare a nice dinner. We appreciated the snacks and toiletries as well! The assigned parking spot was great! We just left our vehicle and took the bus to and from the city. The host was very responsive and addressed all requests quickly and efficiently. We would recommend this apartment for families with a pet and would like to stay a quick commute away from the city.

This was such a great stay! The apartment looked just like the photos and was extremely clean and comfortable. I had no problems with my stay and the apartment is located in a great neighborhood. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was less than a ten minute walk from multiple bus routes that all went into the city. Sal let me drop off my bags before check in which was very helpful! Overall, it was a great stay with a great host. I would highly recommend staying here!

lovely place in great location. stream just behind the house. really easy instructions to get in. a bit of road noise in the front bedroom but not too intrusive.

From the beginning to the end we enjoyed the place. Everything on the market for a kitchen is stocked. There were even condiments available. Cleaning supplies that I would buy for my own home was available which was greatly appreciated.

We had an amazing time at Ann Marie’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Snacks and beverages were provided and the fridge was stocked completely. The location was perfect. It was extremely close to the main attractions. Ann Marie was so welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed, and even provided great local recommendations. Highly recommend staying here, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

My stay was everything I needed, "me time". I'm local and just needed to exhale. I booked and was able to rest and I was even able to cook a meal or two. I would definitely book again.. thanks Candy for being a great host..

This was our third stay with Patrick and it was fantastic! Patrick is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond for his guests. His place is exceptionally clean, light-filled, and beautifully appointed. The bed is super comfortable! Centrally located, it’s walkable to almost everything Warwick has to offer. Highly recommend!

Stayed 4 days at Cecia’s place and it was wonderful! She was very helpful with the whole process! The place had everything you need ! Her husband came out and helped me with the parking pass and gave me great recommendations and clear instructions on how to catch the bus to head to manhattan. For anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting New York this is the perfect spot away from the hectic city but close and convenient enough to get to with the bus stop being about 3 minutes walking distance! Definitely will be booking Cecia’s home again if available next time I visit!

Eva is a wonderful host. Her house is large and beautiful, with wonderful views over a park like property. The bedrooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Bathroom is impeccable and very modern. Her breakfasts are legendary: I mentioned that I liked eggs and yoghurt and berries for breakfast and got the most elaborate and tasty meal possible! Eva is a lovely person who makes you feel welcome and appreciated. I had a very pleasant stay, and will certainly return.

The house was lovely and very clean and Piotr was an excellent host and even met us at check in to show us around. There are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient for us. The kitchen was well stocked and It was very comfortable stay for my family of 7 adults and two babies and two dogs. One bedroom is on the main floor and two bedrooms are on the walkout lower level and one bedroom is on the upper floor. To get to the upper floor there is a steep winding staircase that wasn’t an issue for us, but I would not recommended it for small children or toddlers. The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition.

We had a wonderful Hudson Valley stay at this property. Our grand-daughters loved sleeping together in the bedroom with two double beds; and my wife and I, plus our two daughters and their husbands enjoyed good nights of sleep in the three bedrooms containing a double or queen bed. The kitchen was well equipped; and the huge living room with large dining table was perfect for the children to play, the adults to relax, and all of us to eat. The artwork in the house gave it character, the views of the Hudson River were a treat, and the location was great for visits to Storm King Art Center and Legoland NY. The email which I brought along from AirBnB had the correct street, but the wrong numerical address; however, AirBnB promptly helped us find the correct address and helped us get into the house. Of all the houses which we have rented for family weekends, this was absolute the best one.

Some exceptional aspects of the home- the beautiful drive from New York to the home, the wonderful physical location, the peaceful and quiet surroundings, the modern architecture, elegant and well-appointed furniture, very comfortable beds and linens, beautiful outdoor spaces, pristine swimming pool, complete chef’s kitchen, excellent internet speed, clean bathrooms with good water pressure, spectacular views and sunsets, and most of all the kindness, warmth, generosity and responsiveness of the hosts.

the location is great, only 7mins drive to Woodbury Outlets, Ricky is very nice, always respond quickly and helpfully. highly recommend this house

Chingi was a very accommodating host and easy to communicate with. He had some rules that it seems like others struggled with but for our stay the rules were clear and fair

We absolutely loved our weekend stay here! There was a snaffoo where the heat wasn’t working properly when we arrived and the host was so responsive to get it fixed ASAP and provided a discount without us even asking. It’s a gorgeous property with a lovely view. We will definitely be back!
