This is one of the best properties we have stayed at. Excellent location, very responsive host and you have everything that you need for a week’s trip to New York. It’s like a home away from home. Highly recommend this apartment. The location is unbeatable - literally few blocks away from Times Square but still far away from all the craziness.

The host was so responsive and messages back very quickly. It was so good!

This is a great option for staying in the Lincoln Center part of town. The host is very professional and has excellent communication. The apartment has a nice view and is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. All in all great option for NYC.

Great location and stay

This was our second stay at Jay’s place. It’s a lovely apartment mixed with old world charm and modern amenities. We were able to do some light cooking on the hot plate in order to stay in during the cold spell when we were there. We had everything we needed to make a lovely meal. The house is cozy and the linens are top notch. The town is a charming river town with a few nice restaurants (love MP Taverna!). And easy to take a walk down to Hudson River park or access to the Aqueduct trail. We will look forward to another visit!

This place was our home for 3 months. Moving from AZ to NY was challenging, and Marin's AirBnB gave us time to fully settle. The place has everything we needed, the block is quiet and peaceful. Ashley (neighbor/ tenant upstairs) is absolutely amazing. She made an already good experience, and made it a great one. We specially want to thank her for her warm welcome.

This was a great location for enjoying the city. Very comfortable bed, and a good basic setup that included a kettle (so great for those of us who like tea!). Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Eliza went above and beyond to reach out to us about an item that had been left behind. Would book again!

Le logement d’Helen était très bien et assez calme par rapport à d’autres commentaires que nous avions pu voir à propos d’autres logements New-Yorkais, ou des retours d’amis à nous. C’est ce que nous recherchions et n’avons pas été déçus. Isolé à l’arrière de l’hôtel, nous étions tranquilles. A notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les réceptionnistes et toutes les informations étaient très claires. Le logement était propre et bien aménagé, avec du mobilier de qualité. Mention spéciale pour le grand lit très confortable et les draps agréables. C’était plaisant de s’y allonger le soir puis d’y dormir, après nos 30000 pas de la journée ! Ah ah ! Le logement est assez sombre, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé du tout car nous partions tôt et rentrions en fin de journée, donc nous n’y étions que très peu durant notre séjour. Bref, c’était vraiment très bien ! Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

This was our best stay on Airbnb! The condo felt more like a 5-star hotel than a typical rental. It was chic, modern and exceptionally well-designed. Watching the sunset over the river from the living room was truly breathtaking. The kitchen was fully equipped with top of the line appliances. Location was ideal with easy access to the some of the best restaurants, boutiques, NYC attractions and Central Park. 
What made our stay even more special was Alex’s hospitality. Her welcoming and friendly manner added a personal touch that made our visit truly exceptional. We had a great time and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality and fabulous home!

Design of the apartment was fantastic. Not sure I would stay in that area again, other than that everything was good.

Kwami's apartment is a great spot to access NYC. Right on a bus line that takes you directly to the Port Authority where you can jump on the metro, it's easy to get around. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The bed is soft and plush. It's quiet - up on the 12th floor. The views of the NYC skyline are incredible. And Kwami is a kind and friendly host.

I had a great stay at Gabrielle and Rich’s place, the location is quiet and safe with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the subway. The room is cozy and wonderfully decorated, and the private bathroom was well stocked and super clean. The cats were super friendly and playful as well. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting NYC!

Mr. Jay is a great guy to deal with and very easygoing person. He helped me out whenever I need it and very responsive. Highly recommended!!!

Awesome and very spacious place to stay with family and/or friends!! Just about 8 minutes from Mountain Creek where we had as our group’s main destination. Douglas was extremely helpful and responsive before and during the stay. He was very comprehensive with our situation and flexible regarding specific requests. We are already planning another stay in the same place. Strongly recommend

Ruth’s place was perfect for our short getaway to take the kids to learn to ski. Plenty of space and clean. Easy to get to. Would come back next year for some more ski lessons!

We had a great stay with no issues. Beds were comfortable. The kids loved the play room that was stocked with toys. It was so nice not to have to pack a ton of toys to keep them busy. Stacy and Jason even put baby gates at the stairs for us before we arrived. Sound machines in the bedrooms and a high chair. Very family friendly and good for traveling with little ones.

Catherine & Jay’s place is absolutely delightful. We had a family get together there and it was perfect. The super clean, cheerful kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. One of the best equipped Airbnb kitchens I’ve ever experienced. Their 1907 home is warm, welcoming, full of charm, lovely art and beautiful furnishings. The beds are very comfortable and make for dreamy, deep sleep. Bathrooms are beautiful and squeaky clean. Catherine was very helpful in recommending restaurants, grocery stores and points of interest. She’s very friendly and responded quickly to all of my questions. Their lovely home is a quick 5 minute drive to Storm King Art Center (a must visit) and close to Cold Springs if shopping is your groove. We’re avid readers and thoroughly loved perusing their eclectic, inspiring and interesting library!! You truly feel completely relaxed and at home in their wonderful home. We hope to visit again! Our 2 dogs also highly appreciate this gorgeous home!

My Family and I spend Christmas day at Ayo home. It was nice, clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. Ayo was easy to reach and helpful. I would stay at his home again

We were absolutely delighted with this house. Lisa is an amazing host—always very attentive and with excellent communication. She is kind, cheerful, and that truly reflects in her home. Her house is simply beautiful, filled with wonderful details. There are all kinds of different mugs in the kitchen, collected from various places. Masks from all over the world. The house is colorful and full of life. The steam room and sauna worked perfectly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back soon—because I won’t be choosing any other house
