First of all, the design is incredible, every corner of this house is made with love. Each room is so beautiful that you want to look at everything. The feeling in the house is as if it is hugging you, it is impossible not to relax in this house. The most important thing is that it is light, it is spacious, it is incredibly beautiful. We were there for two days and never ceased to be amazed at how beautiful everything is, how cozy everything is. How much Garret cares about his guests, all kinds of dishes that only exist were in the kitchen, as a compliment he left us delicious wine, it was very nice. And it should also be noted that the house was perfectly clean. The kitchen had all the spices and different types of oil, I was very surprised by this. Wonderful place to stay in Beacon!

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

Ann Marie’s place is a true gem! This was my first stay, and I already know it won’t be my last. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I could possibly need—including a serious coffee setup (bless) and the sweetest wind down: a bottle of moscato and a charcuterie plate, which this tired teacher truly appreciated. Ann Marie’s hospitality goes above and beyond—she’s warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive. Every detail was so intentional, it made the entire stay feel personal and special. The location is perfect, close to everything in the Hudson Valley/Beacon area, but quiet enough to relax and recharge. I can’t recommend this place enough. Five stars don’t quite cover it—thank you so much, Ann Marie! I’ll absolutely be back!

Nell is a great host. She's very responsive and proactive. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay. I especially appreciated she had good paper towels. A little thing but most places have those flimsy dollar store specials. Just an example of her attention to detail. Thanks Nell !

Thank you Aurélia for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your beautiful barn! We had the greatest time chatting and enjoying the cozy weather, playing board games, cooking meals in the kitchen, and enjoying the s’mores kit! Hope to swing by again in the future 😄

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome and very spacious place to stay with family and/or friends!! Just about 8 minutes from Mountain Creek where we had as our group’s main destination. Douglas was extremely helpful and responsive before and during the stay. He was very comprehensive with our situation and flexible regarding specific requests. We are already planning another stay in the same place. Strongly recommend

We were absolutely delighted with this house. Lisa is an amazing host—always very attentive and with excellent communication. She is kind, cheerful, and that truly reflects in her home. Her house is simply beautiful, filled with wonderful details. There are all kinds of different mugs in the kitchen, collected from various places. Masks from all over the world. The house is colorful and full of life. The steam room and sauna worked perfectly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back soon—because I won’t be choosing any other house
