What a lovely, lovely place! Tastefully decorated and equipped with all the essentials. The upstairs bedroom is spacious and filled with light and offers a beautiful view of the sunset in the evening and the arrival of an assortment of songbirds in the morning. The bed is so comfortable and the space so quiet that I had the best night of sleep in some time. A network of walking trails are close by and Portland is easily accessible, so much so that we popped in each of the three days we were in the area. The hosts, David and Kate, are warm, welcoming and responsive while somehow managing to be simultaneously “invisible”. A gem, for sure.

We had an amazing stay at Adilah’s location. Beautiful views from the house. Everything was close enough either to have a nice long walk or to Uber. Her place was just as described and we felt very welcome! Amazing location for a group or family vacation.

Loved staying here! It's a very short walk to Kettle Cove State Park and Crescent Beach. Cape Elizabeth is a charming, quiet little town. If you're looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway spot, this is it. You'll feel right at home. Plus the hosts are very responsive and friendly. I'm already thinking about when I can return!

Great apartment in a very walkable part of Portland, a perfect location for exploring the city. It was clean & spacious with a very comfortable bed and we appreciated the off-street parking. The owner Jeff and his wife are very friendly and served us a fantastic meal at their small brewpub downstairs. I normally wouldn’t choose a rental above a pub, but theirs closes at 9pm every night, so noise wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommended this unit for a stay in Portland.

Absolutely perfect location especially when traveling with kids. Beach is close and easy to go back to the apt. Pier is a short walk. Highly recommend!

Jennifer is a fantastic host! She is over and above responsive and helpful, from beach guide to local places to eat. We stayed for a wonderful week at her beachfront cottage in Phippsburg. The home is spacious, bright, clean, and easy to find. Staying in early March was absolutely idyllic. We woke up to a view of stunning sunrises every morning. And the timing could not have been better for a cozy winter break: the whole neighborhood was completely quiet, making it feel like we had Popham all to ourselves. We also made a trip to Frosty’s Donuts - highly recommended if you plan to stay in the area! Jennifer’s cottage is a gem, and we’ll definitely be back!

Laurie was extremely friendly and responsive. The house was really clean and had every amenity you could ask for. The towels and linens were extremely clean. The house is right on the beach with amazing porches, deck, outdoor shower, and views. This was a wonderful, memorable vacation for my family and I. Hoping to stay there again next year!

What an amazing time I had at this place! I got married to my best friend and we had our families joined together! Everyone cooking every night, beach walks, board games, and fires for when it got a little cold. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding week! The house is the real deal. I've never stayed in a rental that was so well stocked. They literally had everything. House was very comfortable, clean, and really convenient to the beach. would definitely stay there again!

This place is within walking distance to the beach, miniature golf, restaurants, an amusement park and a place that will steam lobsters for you. We went to the lobster place twice to bring these large beauties home. 1 bathroom was upstair with the bedrooms, and 1 downstairs. There is a picnic table for outdoor dining. Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a great vacation with weather in the 70s and being from Texas where the temperature was 100+, it was heaven.

Great location, there was construction hear by but you couldn't really hear it. There is also a train that runs maybe a 1/4 mile behind the house, you can hear it a little bit but for us wasnt a problem with 3 children in the house.

Even though we only stay for one night it was amazing! Loved the spaces look and coziness, the beds where pretty comfortable we went during the winter so the bedrooms got a little chilly but nothing a Mainer isn’t used too :) we loved the couch and living room it was big enough for 8 of us to fit comfortably! The beach is walking distance we had so much fun walking the beach and then coming back and enjoying our night! Over all beautiful and comfortable satay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Maine house--Barb, the property manager was incredibly responsive, helped with a heating issue while we were there and had the repairs done same day--The house was well equipped with everything you need for a family getaway at the beach! puzzles and games galore, kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for family meals (including lobster cooking essentials--bibs, crackers, steam pots) Great little fire pit out front which we enjoyed, and fenced in back yard area so pets or kids can be safely contained :) Linens, towels, all clean and provided--truly a wonderful home away from home, perfect for our family trip to the beach!

C’est l’endroit parfait ! Tout est très propre, et il ne manque rien! Kevin est très sympathique. Il a été de bons conseils. J’ai toujours rêvé de venir à OOB l’hiver et j’ai vraiment aimé l’expérience! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Avec son emplacement et ses portes patios doubles, la vue est splendide! Pour les amateurs du bruit des vagues, de la vue de la mer, des levés de soleil, des longues marches à la plage… c’est l’endroit idéal!

Very cute place in a great location! It’s a little small, so the ladder is a bit in the way of getting to the kitchen. Think “tiny house” feel, in a fun way. Big people might struggle a bit, but otherwise everything is very functional and practical. Check in and check out is super easy.

This was the cutest condo. Exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and everything we needed. It’s so close to the beach, we enjoyed that on a beautiful fall afternoon! We also enjoyed how close it was to the pier area…..we had to get pier fries! We enjoyed our stay!

This was our second stay at Dave’s place and we were not disappointed! Very comfortable apartment with great amenities and Dave generously provided toiletries. The recent kitchen upgrade completes the well-thought out homey appeal. The dog-friendly beach is a short walk and there is a nice local bakery across the street. We will definitely be back!

I booked wendy's place for the wife and I's honeymoon and it was perfect, was nice and cozy and the view of the ocean was amazing. Also being so close to so many attractions gave us plenty of things to do and memories to make.
