Ended up with this host for a last minute booking after another Airbnb host told us last minute there was no heat (in Mass in December?!). Very responsive and professional, this team has very nice locations and fabulous communication all the way through our stay. Would definitely book with them again!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.

This was a beautiful place to call home for a few days. The open kitchen, dining and living room is so airy and well decorated. It felt modern and inviting at the same time. Everything we needed throughout the week was thought of.. cooking utensils, coffee set up, places to set up for work, and the view is just unbeatable. Treat yourself by choosing this place as a home base for your next trip! You'll really feel like a local, nestled on the beautiful coastal strip of 103 in Kittery Point.

Had everything you needed to sleep, cook and stay while visiting family.

Beautiful views overlooking river and waterways, with all essential amenities on main level. Home has full set of utensils and pots/pans for cooking in modern and newly renovated kitchen. Beds and mattresses were comfortable. Responsive host. Highly recommend for a family vacation, especially if in the summer when weather is warmer. If I travel to Portsmouth area again, I would stay here again.

My family enjoyed staying here. It had a beautiful view from the back. Gorgeous in the morning! I loved it here and we felt at home. There was plenty of room for our family and it felt so cozy.

My family and I needed to find a place to house us all to attend a family wedding and Andrea‘s house was just the spot! Conveniently located to the venue as well as close to town, we found a little oasis tucked away in Cohasset. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the area. The property is beautiful, unique, private, and very large. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This place was amazing. We stayed here the night before our wedding and the night after and Justin and Alyssa were amazing with giving us an early check-in and helping us along the way. The inside was amazingly clean had everything we needed will surely rent again.

Great place to stay! It felt like home. Our boys enjoyed the book selection & board games. Everything is in walking distance & truly grateful our dog was able to join us. We were in town for a soccer tournament so we weren’t able to see everything that was around but enjoyed the recommendations. We had dinner at the barn & picked up coffee and chocolates the next morning at Godiva and explored the river walk.

Ryan’s place is exactly as described. Great location for very easy access by the blue line train to almost everywhere you want to go. Studio was clean and tidy but towels and bedding were still going in the dryer on the wrong setting hence it not drying until I noticed why and needed to be folded and put away when it was done. Nothing that would stop me revisiting the place however. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely air b n b studio

We stayed here for my mother’s 70th birthday weekend. The space was warm, comfortable and allowed for many friends to gather and celebrate. The kitchen was very well equipped with essentials and everything was appropriately labeled.

This apartment offers a comfortable simplicity for staying in Portsmouth. We'll definitely come back here, because it really suited our needs. In one direction is the very walkable downtown, in another direction is a charming neighborhood with great coffee shops. Parking and location were convenient, and the level of detail on all communications was much appreciated. This is an excellent base of operations, and a peaceful retreat at the end of a busy day. Clean and well maintained, good water pressure, well appointed and properly advertised amenities.

We came in from out of town for a few days and were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and walkable to the center for entertainment and restaurants. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Carol and John’s home is a hidden gem! It is located right on the beach and you can wake up every morning to the most beautiful sight. My husband and I wanted to go away from the weekend but not have to travel too far. This was the perfect place to allow us to relax and unwind for an extended weekend. The hot tub and fire place made everything even better! We’ll certainly be back! :)

Andy and Lynne’s place was my favorite Airbnb location yet! The cleanliness, light fixtures, and fireplace were all top notch, creating an amazing environment. The welcome provisions of sparking water, wine, and a sweet treat were so thoughtful. The back porch area was great to use both in morning while drinking coffee in the sun or enjoying the fire pit in the evening. Would highly recommend and would definitely return for another visit.

The Dogtown Cabin in Rockport is truly a gem! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. Julie was incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. She was always quick to respond, making communication a breeze and helping everything go smoothly during our trip. As animal lovers, we couldn’t have picked a better spot – playing with Darwin and Azore, visiting the horses and chickens, and birdwatching right on the grounds was beyond delightful! The cabin itself was so cozy and thoughtfully equipped, with all the essentials and a few extra touches like fun games, fantastic books, a Bluetooth speaker, and beautiful art and antiques that made the space extra special. I especially loved relaxing on the porch with a cup of tea, wandering the peaceful Dogtown woods, and stargazing at night. Plus, being so close to the charming town of Rockport was the perfect bonus! It was everything I could’ve hoped for and more.

We loved staying at Nicole's cabin and found it just as advertised. It is located on a pond so very peaceful to just hang out and enjoy. Several casual restaurants near by.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Private and cozy space. It was perfect for our small Christmas celebration. The kitchen had all the basic supplies we needed to cook and the living room was very comfortable for hanging out. We really enjoyed walking down to the lake, it was frozen and very beautiful. Very efficient directions to find the house and for getting inside. We would definitely like to come back in the summer to enjoy all the other benefits the house has to offer (kayaks, swimming, fire pit, etc)!

My girlfriend and I traveled from San Diego to meet her family in Boston. The location was very peaceful and the host was always available. We are definitely coming back to this cabin for future trips!

Fantastic experience! Beds were very comfortable and clean! This was a bit more than a competitive listing but well worth it! As soon as we saw the photos and read the amenities! Felt warm and inviting with anything you could want. Full kitchen. W&D & fireplace (didn't use) We especially loved the seating and island counter and table for our laptops. Property is beautiful and peaceful. Serene feel. The host was gracious, kind and friendly! We felt at home. Thank you!
