We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.

We had a great family vacation in Serge's beautiful house. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood, everything looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was clean, Serge's instructions were spot on, and his helpful attitude was unmatched by any Airbnb host I've dealt with in the past. Always proactive, reaching out to make sure we didn't need anything else. Any request was immediately responded to and addressed. We hope to return here in the future, it was really great!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

We have been using short-term rentals as a family since 2011. This is by far the best appointed house we've ever stayed in. Plenty of everything -- basic groceries, towels, dishes, parking, beds and baths. It's a classic New England home with thoughtful updates. Love the vintage touches! Everything was first rate and we were comfortable for our short visit. We will be back!

This place is a VIBE!!! And I am so happy that this place was the exact vibe I was looking for to record my in person podcast. Steve’s house is soooooo nice!!!! It was a girls trip that was the book last minute and we had a great time, it was very cozy. It was very peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub and we will be back!!!!!

One of my very best experiences at an AirBnb. Beautiful, clean apartment, can't beat the view and convenience to the beach. I really enjoyed being there in the off-season. I hope I can stay there again.

We needed a place to stay for the Eastern States 20 mile and half marathon event. Very pleased with the location. A quick walk to the beautiful beach and the finish line of the event we were in town for was at the Hampden Beach State Park right across the street. Sharon’s place was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. She greeted me upon arrival which was also a bonus. Would stay there again if we are ever in the area again.

My groups stayed at Trang’s home for 2 night and our stay was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing and was very clean and spacious. Check-in instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Would definitely stay again in the future if we ever find ourselves in the area.

After a very hectic week I was looking forward to this getaway weekend. Normally I’m a bit more engaged with my hosts so I want to apologize for initially not saying more than “Great! Thanks!” during the check in process. Erin made the process very easy and my friend and I were settled in quickly. As someone who loves to cook and quality home theater the spacious fully stocked kitchen and Dolby Atmos surround sound was more than I could have ever wanted. Thank you Erin. Lauren’s house was the perfect place to stay for Christmas. It had everything we could possibly need and the garage was so convenient. I appreciated the night lights throughout the house. I felt very much at home and would highly recommend staying at Lauren’s!

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

Fatima was an incredible host, and my friends and I had an amazing time staying at her property. Everything was exactly as it appeared in photos and Fatima provided very clear instructions for us, so we hardly needed to reach out to her for questions. When we did, she replied quickly and fully. 10/10 recommend staying at this property and working with Fatima!

I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

This is a great house. Very clean and lots of room. The beds are comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. The living room is very comfortable and well stocked. Great yard. Quiet neighborhood and close to the cute little town. Host was great too. If it’s available, grab it.

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

Our stay at the house was everything we hoped for and more. We stayed over Christmas vacation, which is not a typical time of year to stay in this coastal community, and we loved it! We greatly appreciated the quiet peaceful surrounding of the ocean and the beautiful homes all decorated for the season. Walking on the beach, with the crisp air and sound of the waves, priceless. The home was clean, comfortable and relaxing, the fireplace adding to that special holiday feel. We were able to utilize the space the home had, with beautiful views of the marsh, as we were able to meet with old friends, and share a dinner together. Our contact, Jim, was readily available for any questions or concerns we may have had, quickly answering his phone or responding to text. We left, feeling like renting this home, was the best decision we could have made. I highly recommend this home and ITrip Boston.

Jake’s place was absolutely perfect, it was so spacious for our big group of 10, adults and teenagers and preteens. The sunsets from Jake’s deck were absolutely breathtaking and the sunrises at the beach were absolutely gorgeous. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops and beach. We already can’t wait to come back next summer, we hope Jake will have us. Our friends can’t wait to book with him as well. Thank you so much Jake for allowing my family to make memories to last a lifetime.

We had a fantastic stay at Roger’s Airbnb! After checking out on Wednesday, we realized last minute that we needed to stay one more night for a project we were working on. Roger was incredibly accommodating and made it happen without any hassle. Truly an excellent host – thank you for making our trip so smooth!

The house is very charming. The beds are very comfortable and the space feels larger than we anticipated. The shower has great pressure. It is a very short walking distance to the beach and to a local convenience store. There were many great restaurants within a short driving distance. Lauren provided clear instructions and was very prompt with communication. Our family was very pleased with our stay.
