Wonderful accommodations and a beautiful property. My family had a lot of fun and want to make it a yearly trip.

Loved the location and the privacy! The access to the water just off the back patio was amazing! The pier is in walking distance. Nothing but good things to say. The one hiccup was fixed right away with a message to the host! Highly recommend!

Great location! Informed us of unexpected maintenance at the unit next to us before we arrived so we could plan. We had a relaxing couple of days at the beach and hardly noticed the maintenance! Highly recommend!

Lovely calming place to stay everything was nice and clean.

Condo was great literally 2 minutes fron the beach via private access ramp. Home was beautifully furnished. Would stay again!

It was wonderful to be so close to the water. The space was just enough for me and my girls and my fur girls. It was easy access for my fur girls to go out for restroom breaks or early walks by the water.

Dawn has a Wonderful, Beautiful, Absolutely perfect place . Great location , close to town , private walkway super close to beach . Covered deck facing the pool . Highly recommend this wonderful place . Easy to communicate with Dawn . We loved it there .

We had an amazing much-needed getaway in their gorgeous place and felt right at home. The location and view were fantastic, and the best thing was watching the sunrise and sunset over the ocean. The king bed and pillows in the master bedroom are so cozy!!

We had an amazing stay, it was a short 5-10 min walk from the beach which was exactly what my group was looking for! Sheldon has anything and everything you could think of from a wagon to cooking seasoning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to family and friends

Thank you for helping to make our visit to Port A so wonderful! Your condo was prime location. You have furnished it so cute and all the toys and games make it feel like home away from home. Great place! seems like they have a handyman updating the place. Pool was 80 degrees which is nice and warm compared to other heated pools! That for me was a winner bc cool nights the kids didn't have to get cold to play in the pool! I will definitely stay again if I come to the area! about 15-20 min drive to get to a Walmart and corpus christi and like 7-10 to get to Port A. Ferry at Port A is free is a have to do pretty cool! We even seen a 🐬!!! Take the national seashore road till it ends and can drive on beach if you have 4x4 wait for lower tide and go south miles and find shells and sand dollars! This place is between both sides so get to enjoy all the restaurants and shops! nice little driveway to get back to board walk to do a short walk across and go to beach or drive 1.5 miles down road to the beach drive and take your car to the beach with all your gear! Thanks again guys for the stay!

Great place to stay, good communication!

Decided to stay in Port Aransas for one more day and host responded our questions right away. House was beautiful and clean.

The room was a cozy space for 2! My husband and I enjoyed the space and getting to spend quality time together. The hosts left a great binder with details on check in and out plus some great suggestions on things to do. The place was located within walking distance to quite a few different things to do. Over all we would recommend this space to others looking for a getaway.

Clean one bedroom, excellent location Joshua was very responsive. Condo perfect for us and we'll definitely book another week.

This trip was one of our best trips ever in SPI. I’ve spent many years down here and this was the best location and most convenient for our fishing trip. The home was clean and lovely. The backyard that leads to a private dock was a plus. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

The place was really well appointed and had everything a family of five needed. It is right next to the beach and it’s an easy walk or drive. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Very beautiful surroundings and enjoyed the oversized deck. We had a great stay.

Great location, real close to both beach and docks if your in-town for fishing.

This 4 bedroom placed worked out great for our guys trip to Port A. The place was as advertised with exception to the elevator, which we were informed upon arrival that it was out of service. Not too big of a deal except at check-in/check-out. 2 master suites, one secluded on garage level and another on 3rd level with balcony. Bathrooms and water pressure were very good. Short walk to beach and short drive to restaurants. The pools could use a little cleaning, but the water temp was good. Overall, good value for the space and our host was very kind and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay!! The condo was pristine and within 0.75 miles of the beach. The community pool was AWESOME! Easily my son’s favorite part of the stay, other than the beach. The pool was heated, which helped on cooler days. The slide was so fun and there is a ledge for smaller kids to walk and play on. The Silver Sands folks were very responsive and helpful when we reached out. Expect to stock your own kitchen/fridge, and bring laundry pods/soap to use! We hope to come and stay at this same unit again in the future!

This is a first for me, but this place is way UNDER described here. The amount of space in this rental was amazing. We had 10 people from 8 months up to 60's and we all had plenty of room to spread out and not a single complaint about accommodations. The views are incredible. The only complaint we had at all as the condensation from the vent hood dripped onto a pan at one point which made us notice the not so clean vent hood insides. We later realized that it vents directly onto the windiest side possible and realized ocean air plus great air conditioning isn't a problem we will complain about.

Gorgeous unit. Well stocked kitchen. Super clean throughout. Will definitely return.
