The house was wonderful. My family and I felt comfortable there. The kids had plenty of room to run around. Dylan was a great host.

We had a great stay at Kelly’s place! The location is very special- spectacular view, very peaceful, and excellent nature/wildlife. The house was very comfortable and clean, with clear instructions and easy. We appreciated the availability of the kayaks, lovely outdoor seating, bottled water, laundry and coffee bar.

This was a good place for girls birthday getaway. It was easy to find and close to restaurants and grocery store. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook some meals and eat in. The hot tub was nice because it was too cold for the lake. we would like to come back in summer to use kayaks. Thank you !

I stayed here for spring break with my siblings & their partners and we absolutely loved the place! Our large dog came as well & he was so happy with the yard and watching the water. The water is on a VERY STEEP slope. We only went down once or twice to the dock, but you have a beautiful view from the large deck and balcony! Highly recommend grilling & watching the sunset. 😍 We loved the proximity to Hot Springs downtown--everything is about 15 or 20 minutes away. It made you feel like a local & the area is pretty private considering you're in a neighborhood. House was clean & tidy. ALL BEDROOMS ARE UPSTAIRS. Had everything you would need including coffee, condiments, toilet paper/toiletries, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and everything you would need to cook with/eat. Cute little additions including a Nintendo 64 & board games made it the perfect retreat for cozy nights at home. Felt very personable & at home. We made many happy memories here as a family & we can't wait to come back!

This is our second time staying with Bill and Kathy, and we will plan to return any time we want to visit Hot Springs. You can’t beat the beautiful lakefront location. The home is beautiful and is by far the most well-appointed Airbnb we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. They have truly thought of everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. All kitchen and living things you could need if you plan to cook or grill for yourselves, laundry, clean spaces, lots of room to breathe and relax. We loved the foosball and our boys were ecstatic with the kayaks that have been added. Seriously, you cannot pick a better place for a beautiful fun and relaxing vacation. Thank you!!!

It was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The fire pit and lake were our favorite place to be. Communication was easy and very pleasant. We were so grateful to be able to check in a little early and stay a little later. The house was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and my favorite was the bath and hot water. We hope to have a girls trip there again. I would highly recommend the host the location and everything in-between...

Quiet and beautiful home. Never knew the neighbors were around. Peaceful place to stay and enjoy the short drive to many restaurants, shops, and activities.

This is an older home but so charming and is right on lake Hamilton. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking, there were two kayaks there we used, they also had an inflatable kayak but didn’t require it. We had a family trip, 6 of us, all adults. Sleeping accommodations worked out well. Two clean bathrooms with great towels! Great living room space and table for eating or card games :) there were also board games provided for us to use. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast before we headed out for adventures in town. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Also had a grill outside but we didn’t use. We walked to a very close park with trails nearby. Walmart close drive if you forgot anything. Doyet was a delightful host, so kind and knowledgeable about the area. He lives right next door and is very responsive to any needs. He also left us some arrival goodies and flowers! I would love to stay here again!

Snug and cozy for a weekend getaway. Well maintained, very clean, comfortable beds and linen. Close enough to get to Hot Springs and other attractions, but a nice private place to get away at night. Kitchen well appointed with all the necessities, will be staying here again!

Donna is a great host who provides everything you need and then some! She is very helpful and gave great recommendations. The Hot tub itself is worth booking this cottage, but when you add everything else... We didn't want to leave! Oh, and did I mention the cute and sassy decor?! 😍

This house with this view is absolutely worth every penny. The home looks even better in person and the direct lake access is amazing!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Accommodating 6 people and 6 dogs is no small task, but our host made it effortless. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for both humans and pets alike. From the thoughtful touches to the warm hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was responsive and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a pet-friendly getaway with incredible service, this is the place to be! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This place was absolutely beautiful and such a cozy home. Kristi was responsive and the communication was great. She even let us check-in a couple hours early since the place was vacant the day before. The only con was the hot tub needed a part ordered and it wasnt going to be installed until after our trip ended. My gf and I were not able to enjoy it the first night. However, it started heating up and it work the rest of our trip! This also was not a damper on our vaction, as we decided to extend our stay for another night because we liked it so much! I brought some poles and we fished off the private dock, enjoyed staying in while it stormed and rested in the hot tub at night. All of her TVs were connected to all the streaming platforms, making movie nights an ease. I would love to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the kayaks they provide, as it was too cold to enjoy them.This place was very much worth it and we had an amazing time. Thank you for the great memories we made!

This place was fantastic! Very cozy! Dewitt was an incredible host and very kind. He was fast in all of his responses. He made sure that we felt comfortable at home. He was very accommodating (especially providing us kayaks for the lake) and provided us great local tips around the Hot Springs area (which were super fun to do)! We will definitely be returning back to the property!

Great place for the family! The owners are very nice people and the place was awesome. The lake is beautiful and the easy access made it better. We especially enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub. Thank you and can’t wait to come back!

Love the open floor plan, the main bedroom had a very comfortable bed, super cute picnic table out front, chairs and tables out back with a fire pit. The best part was in the evenings, the sunset was absolutely beautiful!

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed at the house over Spring break and had plenty of space. The cabin was located perfect for our crystal digging adventures. After digging, we would come back and clean the crystals on the back porch watching the sun set. The hot tub was small, but it worked out. We rotated small groups at a time. The inside of the house was open and inviting. We could all be in the same space or retreat to our rooms if needed. It had everything that we needed, minus food, which helps when traveling.

the place was phenomenal super close to the river, very peaceful and super accommodating, has a lot of local things to do within 45min drive either direction, the host was very proactive and responsive

Our family (dogs included) went for a spring break get away and had great time staying at this cabin. It was peaceful and secluded and a very relaxing stay. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate with! We would stay again and highly recommend this cabin.

This place is incredibly peaceful—perfect for a quiet escape from the city. My wife loved doing yoga on the dock each morning, and the stillness at night was amazing. A great bonus was how close it is to Garvan Woodland Gardens, which was the main reason for our trip. It’s only about 10 minutes away, and we visited during the Tulip Extravaganza—absolutely beautiful! As others mentioned, the road in passes some rundown properties, but we never felt unsafe. The only downside was the bed. The mattress was comfortable, but it sits on a large platform that makes it awkward to get in and out of. It’s not the bed shown in the photos. There's also an RV parked next door. I believe the people who clean the home live there. They were very polite and quiet. The home was well-stocked, and thoughtful touches like laundry and dish soap were much appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

By far the best Air BnB experience I’ve had, from start to finish. If you’re a fan of A frame architecture and great fishing right outside your back door backyard there really is no better choice when it comes to a place to stay in the Ouachita National Forest. It’s obvious that the owners did not skimp on anything. The house is so thoughtfully designed and decorated that it truly feels like a home away from home as soon as you walk through the front door. I did not want to leave and I will definitely be back soon.
