Dog friendly! Has good space we traveled with 4 people and there was plenty of space! Close to town and the surrounding was beautiful! We will definitely be coming back!

My family had a wonderful time at the Farmhouse. Each day was filled with beautiful sunrises/sunsets, hours of fun on the water, and winding down by the fire. We are planning to come back in a different season so we can float the Caddo 😊.

Jessica home was perfect for our family and we will definitely be back. our family had plenty of space, we felt right at home . She gave us recommendations as well . the home had comfy beds, was also very clean ! Jessica worked with us to do an early check in and we even extend our stay as well ! thank you for being a great host

I stayed in Cary Todd's place with my partner and two friends and would definitely return! It's cosy and clean, there is a lot of space, and all the amenities you can think of and then some more. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet but it's easily within walking distance from Hot Springs downtown. Cary Todd was a great host and easy to communicate with. :)

We recently just stayed at Christopher‘s place and it was great. The house was very clean and very easy to get into. This is by far one of the nicest places that we’ve ever stayed at in Hot Springs. I would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Exchange: our loft was beautifully decorated, the bed was perfect, there’s parking right next door and it’s only one block away from Bathhouse Row. I can totally recommend the Exchange!

Fantastic location and beautiful setting. The room was clean, amenities were as described and MORE, and the host was extremely nice and responsive throughout our stay. We had such a wonderful time with our dog and will definitely be on the lookout for this stay in the future.

Charming, Cozy, Interesting, Historic, all these descriptions bring earnest meaning. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, the amenities were exactly what we needed for a nights stay. We rolled in hot with our bags ready for check-in, but on our failure to have instructions available before cell service cut out, we were so happy to see the Mercantile open during check in time. we came in and got a warm greeting and was directed straight back to the location of our stay. In the off season, there's still so much to do locally outside and in nearby towns. We will definitely be back if they'll have us.

We loved our stay in Hot Springs! The apartment is in a great location and has very cool retro vibes. Check in and check out was super easy & Francisco and Leah were very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!!!

This BnB had everything you would need for a wonderful stay. Games, tv's, lots of linens and most importantly, she asks that the guests do very little when leaving! It is wonderful!!

Scott's apartment was a phenomenal stay! The view was incredible and when we showed up it was very clean and orderly. We had a wonderful time staying in the area and everything we wanted to do in the area was within driving distance. Scott was very welcoming and happy to help us find things to do/places to eat. It was a peaceful and quiet stay in the area with a lot of activities surrounding. Absolutely would stay here again!

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

The place was so nice and clean! It also had a lot of extra things like beach towels, floats. Coffee and more! The host was so nice at telling us all the fun things to do close!

Martha’s condo was great! She was very friendly and gave easy-to-follow instructions on how to check in and check out. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats and geese go by. All areas of the condo were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was the best we’ve had at a condo-large, clean, tall shower head, and great water pressure. We enjoyed the snacks and coffee variety. Highly recommend staying here! We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay! The pictures don't do it justice. A very relaxing environment and beautifully decorated. The balcony was large and felt very private. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and comfortable. We loved everything about our stay here!

This house worked well for my husband and I. It was clean and comfortable and Carrie was quick at responding to my messages.

We had a wonderful stay. This location is so beautiful and peaceful, I would highly recommend for a quiet get away. There are restaurants a short drive away including in the old and new parts of Hot Springs. The Airbnb is perfect for one or two people and it felt very safe. We had our dog with us and the grounds were great for him, including the decking area where he loved to watch the birds.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bunk bed was a huge hit with the kids, and the variety of kid-friendly games kept them entertained for hours. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view—whether we were sipping coffee on the porch in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery was simply stunning. The location is perfect, offering both peace and quiet while still being close to great activities and attractions. To top it all off, the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can’t recommend this cabin enough and can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautiful, clean and a great location. The only downfall was the coffee maker did not work but there was a coffee shop close so it was perfect! Thank you!
