We loved Carrie’s place! The view was even more gorgeous than the listing photos. It was clean, comfortable, and check in/out was a breeze. Carrie was also extremely helpful and responsive. The condo is located right by all of the attractions in downtown Hot Springs and is a very short drive to Garven Woodland Gardens which was beautiful in the spring and definitely worth checking out. We can’t wait till we can visit again!

Overall a great place. The microwave didn’t work but Christopher was so helpful and brought one to us right away. Furniture was great and beds were comfortable. The downstairs bath tub needs updating but the water pressure was awesome and hot! Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked but needs new pots and pans. We stayed with our 3 kids and our dogs. The views were not the greatest because it’s surrounded by houses but we still liked the house. We would drive to hot springs to do activities which took about 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay. We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

We had the best stay in Hot Springs! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hot Springs!

had a wonderful weekend get away. Unit was recently remodeled top to bottom with a lot of attention paid to the small details which makes a huge difference. Very, cozy, warm and inviting with all of the amenities provided, including coffee. We went for want of nothing. I would book this unit again.

We took a short Spring Break trip to Hot Springs with our three pre-teen/teenage kids and the condo was perfect! It was relaxing and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for our family.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing outdoor space. Our kids loved playing sports outside, and to our surprise, the sloped driveway made for some great soccer matches! The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated having a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. While we weren’t able to use the fire pit due to a county burn ban from high winds, we recommend checking local alerts before arrival to set expectations. The nature trails within The Village were absolutely scenic and beautiful. There’s also a basketball court—so don’t forget to bring your own basketball! The mini-golf course was a fun addition, though it closes early in the afternoon unless you bring your own putter and golf balls. Overall, we highly recommend this home! Mark was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. We’d love to stay here again!

Everything was perfect, my husband and I travel a lot and have stayed at many air B&B’s. This one was beyond my expectations. Anyone who has stayed in an air B&B knows what I mean when I say “it’s not like home”. I truly didn’t feel that way here. Everything was so thought out. I had everything I wanted or needed. I was very impressed. The owner, Thomas was amazing and very responsive if I had a question. Thank you for trusting us with your property. It was perfection🥰

We enjoyed visiting Hot Springs, AK. A must stop on any road trip. Being able to travel with our dogs and stay in a pet-friendly place is so important so we can get out and explore without them. This home was cozy and spacious.

We loved this place it was a townhome so I wasn’t sure about privacy and noise issues. But it exceeded my expectations, very quiet, relaxing atmosphere, cozy and close to town. We loved our visit here. Jackson family

It was a great place to stay. My kids enjoyed the game room. It was comfortable and welcoming.

This is an older home but so charming and is right on lake Hamilton. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking, there were two kayaks there we used, they also had an inflatable kayak but didn’t require it. We had a family trip, 6 of us, all adults. Sleeping accommodations worked out well. Two clean bathrooms with great towels! Great living room space and table for eating or card games :) there were also board games provided for us to use. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast before we headed out for adventures in town. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Also had a grill outside but we didn’t use. We walked to a very close park with trails nearby. Walmart close drive if you forgot anything. Doyet was a delightful host, so kind and knowledgeable about the area. He lives right next door and is very responsive to any needs. He also left us some arrival goodies and flowers! I would love to stay here again!

This home was not only beautiful, but it was comfortable and included many extras. We had plenty of room, and we loved being on the lake. It was nice to sight see during the days and then come back and relax in the afternoons/evenings. The host was always on top of things. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Hot Springs.

Nick's condo was a great for our weekend getaway! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing in the spring weather. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We hope to visit again.

Chris was an amazing host. Gave us updates on the property, was responsive when questions were asked, and very friendly. Would book another trip with Chris anytime.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The layout of the condo was perfect and the decor was beautiful. Our king bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the veranda in the evenings and drinking our coffee out there in the mornings. We will try to book this place again next year. The elevator didn’t work which wasn’t a problem for us but if you can’t climb stairs it would be a problem.

We can’t say enough about Brittany’s Airbnb. The 5 star review is well worth it. I simply cannot wait to stay here again. It feels like home and I really appreciate every single detail from the decor to the amenities. The location is beautiful and we keep coming back for all that Hot Springs has to offer. Be sure you bring some empty water bottles to hit up Happy Hallow Fountain for your cold spring water and Garvan Woodland Gardens to see the beautiful gardens. Thank you again for another excellent visit! We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great little get away at Jolynna's condo. The building is older; however, the place has been completely updated with new amenities and beautiful decor. Everything was spotless along with ample bath towels for are few days stay. We also enjoyed our coffee on the balcony while watching the beautiful sunrises over the lake. Our only negative is that the bed was not comfortable for our liking (too firm). Jolynna was very attentive as our host.

The apartment is very nice, and the view is relaxing and peaceful. Perfect for a weekend getaway. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful place, very nice location will definitely be back. Parking is only issue we were told two parking places and we only had one and guest was always FULL!!
