We enjoyed our week here so much! This was a much needed vacation mentally and physically! The scenery, room,convenience to everything walking distance, safety, heated pool tiki hut with food and long walks on the beach everyday....what more could one ask for? We even watched fireworks on the beach here on NYE. WE DEFINITELY SUGGEST to stay here! Al and Trish were very quick to respond to any questions we had.Thank you again Al and Trish for letting us stay at your condo! You two are such sweet humans to share your Florida home with others! We hope to come back soon!

Really the perfect place for a few days in St. Petersburg. A quick walk a couple of blocks and there are a ton of bars and restaurants and cool little shops. There’s even an amazing pottery shop in the same building as the place we stayed.

I enjoyed my stay. The place was really nice! Rudens was responsive quick with any questions. And the bed was super comfortable! I would definitely stay there again 😊

These condos are so cute and clean! You don’t even need a car to stay here you are walking distance from the beach literally across the street. There’s a Walmart and a Publix a mile away and lots of shops and eating near by. The condos are clean comfortable and offer a lot of cool things. Like the extra room with all your beach needs and extra food and condiments! We’ve stayed here twice this summer and plan to continue to return back

Expect to receive top notch customer service from both of the hosts. Helpful, polite, and prompt communication. The place couldn’t have been better for the price. The floor was so shiny that I thought the rain leaked under the door as it was storming. They provided free snacks, and the wifi worked great. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and shower was great. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here!! It was quiet, easy to find, peaceful and fun! Us Canadians found a way to enjoy the pool the first week of March. The cats were an awesome bonus, so incredibly sweet. Our hosts were amazing. Home away from home.

My husband and I loved that it was a nice quite clean place in a safe area. We arrived after dark and liked the motion lights after entering the side yard. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and will definitely be booking when we come back to the area next time

Fantastic Stay – Super Convenient for a Busy Schedule! I had a great stay at Ryan’s place! Parking was super easy – I could park right at the door, which was very convenient. The check-in process was even faster than a hotel—just grab the key from the lockbox and walk right in. Late check-in was also an option, which worked perfectly with my busy work schedule. The place has everything: a kitchen, fridge, living room, and bathroom. Although I only needed a comfortable bed for the night, it was nice knowing all the amenities were there. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience. Would definitely stay again!

I looooved how clean and homey it was!!! 10/10 their cleaners really know how to deep clean between guests!! This is always a huge factor on whether I can enjoy my stay or not. I felt like I was at home it was that comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Amy should hold a masters class in being an Airbnb host. She is fantastic. The apartment is absolutely spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and more. She is so detail oriented in all her information that she leaves for guests right down to the best area suggestions. She is quick to respond with helpful hints. She is a 5 star host and the apartment was 5 stars for our needs too. Highly recommend and very close to beautiful beaches too.

great stocked kitchen. thanks for the extra garbage bags and plenty of paper towel and dish detergent. didn't end up using the dishwasher. beautiful view of the water with the side window and front window. saw dolphins several times and saw about 10 green parakeets flying over. difficult for seniors. no table to eat on or play cards. king bed a bit high. twin beds a bit too soft. nice being next to Publix. thanks. we had a beautiful stay.

Wonderful stay. Well equipped space, thoughtful hosts, and the backyard was a dream for beach volleyball, watching birds from the hot tub, and games for the whole family.
