What a fabulous find! Sasa’s place was so cozy and comfortable. The hot tub and outdoor seating were wonderful for relaxing, reading, and wildlife viewing. We kayaked, explored the sponge docks, went to the beach, and had delicious coffee at Urban Grounds. Sasa was so helpful and prompt at addressing all of our needs! If you want to visit Tarpon Springs, book this place!! You’ll be so glad you did!

great stocked kitchen. thanks for the extra garbage bags and plenty of paper towel and dish detergent. didn't end up using the dishwasher. beautiful view of the water with the side window and front window. saw dolphins several times and saw about 10 green parakeets flying over. difficult for seniors. no table to eat on or play cards. king bed a bit high. twin beds a bit too soft. nice being next to Publix. thanks. we had a beautiful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this oasis. The condo is beautifully appointed and the view is spectacular. The deck is very spacious, with comfortable furnishings. We loved the location. It is steps from the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The common area is impeccably maintained and well lit. We hope to stay here again. Thanks to Caroline for providing such a welcoming place for us to enjoy our vacation.

We had an amazing stay! Kristin was super easy to communicate with and was very responsive. The location was within walking distance to everything on Clearwater Beach, various restaurants to eat at, mini golf, and even the pier. We were able to use beach chairs, towels and umbrella that they provided, which was super helpful. our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool. Overall we would love to return again for next years spring training baseball games. Go Phillies!!!! :)

I absolutely loved this spot. the view put the back door. the little hammock. the place was so clean and comfortable. The host was so sweet helpful and responsive. She did tell me to use the black towels for things we don't want to get on the white ones so when it came to washing my face I couldn't find the black ones (probably because I'm blind) and panicked. but I'm sure that was just my doing. it was so close to the public beach access (walking distance) and all the other fun places. I absolutely loved this place and will absolutely book again. 💜

We had a wonderful stay at Carlos’ place! 1. Communication with Carlos was very smooth, which helped to ensure that we had a great time. 2. The location is super for us (17 min walk to the beach, 3 min walk to pickle ball courts, short drive to shopping area and Publix) 3. The unit is very serene, with the kitchen, living room, and screened balcony overlooking the water. 4. There are many amenities, such as the private washing machine and dryer downstairs, beach chairs and towels, bikes, and a fully equipped kitchen. Although there was a small hiccup the first night (due to the remodeling/construction that was going on downstairs), Carlos was really friendly and quick in dealing with the situation. Overall, our 17-day stay was great, and next time when we go to Treasure Island, we will definitely stay at Carlos’s place!

We had an amazing stay here! The house was designed beautifully and the photos don’t do it justice. The location is great and the water behind the house is just beautiful. Michael was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We always save our favorite BnBs for next time we visit and have very high standards but this is at the top of our list and we will be back!

We had a great stay! Place was bigger than the pictures. It was clean and centrally located for us. A few things could’ve been better, the coffee machine had issues making single cups, some bedroom door handles were loose and door hinges were loose and stripped out so I was unable to tighten. Overall it was a great stay and would def. stay there again!

Elaine was a charm to rent from. The house was very beautiful very clean. The space was great for me and my fur babies. Elaine was very responsive when I had questions. It definitely gave a home like feel. I would definitely rent from Elaine again.

Super peaceful. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The hot tub is great! Heats up in no time at all. The game room in the basement kept the kids busy for hours. Mary answered all of our questions right away. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

We had a fabulous stay at the house, which looks exactly like the pictures! There were eight of us (4 adults and 4 teens) staying in the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. The rooms were comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed playing family games in the large kitchen and living room, swimming in the pool, kayaking and paddle boarding off the dock, and playing corn hole and pool. We were even able to see the New Year's Eve fireworks from the street in front of the house. The hosts were wonderful, very responsive and happy to help with anything. The house is also in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere, including the beach. I would certainly stay here again if we visit Clearwater!

Urszula’s condo was beautiful with a beach theme. The water view was beautiful. Anything you needed from dishware, towels, linens and even items for the pool and cozy blankets were supplied. I would highly recommend.

We were in town for a wedding, had 7 adults in the place and fit perfectly! Great location to the venue and walkable to really anywhere we needed to go. The place was very clean and they offered many extra towels for beach and pool days which was appreciated. Jack & Shelly were very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend staying at their property!

Had a great stay. Convenient location for supermarket, restaurants and beach. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Location convenient for anything Tampa. Safe and secure with convenient access. Room was clean with adequate linens. Kitchen has adequate items that can be put to use for making a meal with groceries available nearby. Balcony is good for sitting out and enjoying the bay breeze!

Very cute place with a fantastic view Good Wi-Fi Tall bed but comfortable. Had everything you would need including laundry detergent - more than what you would expect. Choice of Keurig or regular pot for coffee. Water pressure is good. Great view - I love the palm tree to the side of the balcony. Sunset every night. Dolphins here and there. When I took my fur baby out in the morning almost every day there was 2 pelicans fishing. Alison was great with every question I had.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

when we were impacted from Hurricane Helene we needed a place to stay since our home was not accessible. Valarie and her husband Stu went over and above to accommodate us. I can't say enough about them and their hospitality, compassion, and amazing support. There are good people out there and we had the pleasure at such a difficult time meeting them. We would highly recommend their beautiful waterfront condo.
