We had again a great visit in this modern studio which feels like a home away from home. The walk-in “rain” shower is luxurious. If you need anything it’s only a short walk to the shops. Great host, too.

We stayed a month in Eric’s apartment and it was a very interesting experience. It’s fully furnished. super clean and very, very peacefully(the best part). Is perfectly located just a few minutes from the heart of Eindhoven. The kitchen and living room are together in a perfect open space with balcony. It’s perfect for a single or couple. Erin and Yingyi are a very friendly host who really cares about her guests. Thanks guys, and soon I’ll bother u again for gloves. Ehehehehe 😊

It was our second time we stayed there and if we're coming to Maastricht we want want to stay there again :) We love the place, environment, location and atmosphere. Peter is a perfect host. 🤗

Ich habe nun schon das zweite mal in einem Airbnb von Myke gewohnt. Myke ist sehr hilfreich, wenn es Schwierigkeiten gibt und gut erreichbar. Es war jedes Mal unkompliziert. Die Wohnungen haben eine super Lage (direkt im Zentrum von Eindhoven) und es war immer sauber und alles zufriedenstellend. Ich kann Myke und ihre Airbnbs sehr empfehlen!

We verbleven een aantal dagen. Het is en mooie ruimte, v.a.g.v. Prettige leefruimte, keuken etc. Enigszins wennen was een smaller bed dan we gewend zijn, maar dat zegt meer over ons verwende gedrag en was voor paar dagen zeker niet erg! Winkels en boerderijlekkernijen vlakbij. Vlakbij plaatsen als Valkenburg en Maastricht. Host reageerde zeer snel. Echt privé ruimte. Schoon.

Wir waren über Silvester mit Freunden in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Ein Haus mit viel Charme, dass toll eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Perfekt für lange Spieleabende oder fürs gemeinsame Kochen. Die Unterkunft liegt super, Bäcker, Supermärkte und Co. sind in der Nähe und die Innenstadt ist mit dem Bus in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war einwandfrei und problemlos. Es gibt oben leider nur ein Bad mit Dusche und unten eine ganz kleine Toilette ohne Wachsbecken. Mit Absprachen passt aber auch das für 7 Personen. Lediglich eine Steckdose im oberen Bad wäre wünschenswert. Ansonsten war alles super!Eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Maastricht hatten wir! Vielen Dank ☺️

Goed verblijf gehad, pluspunten voor het feit dat er een schoonmaakster was, gelegen in een volksbuurt maar wel over het algemeen rustig. Groot park met verschillende dingen in de buurt en voor de deur gratis parkeren

Heel fijn en ontspannen verblijf gehad!! Helemaal tot rust gekomen en genoten van de grote en geweldige tuin! Ons dochtertje van 20 maanden vond de grote trampoline geweldig! De wellness was voor ons echt top! En een toegevoegde meerwaarde! In de omgeving is genoeg te doen met een dreumes. Zwembad, binnenspeeltuin, kinderboerderij, pannenkoekenrestaurant. We mochten eerder inchecken, dat was ook echt heel fijn! Hierdoor konden we al eerder gebruik maken van de wellness! Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid Hugo en vrouw!!

We enjoyed our stay for a week. Particularly valued kitchen supplies, white goods, equipments, parking and heating. Peter was kind to arrange a cot for our baby. Be aware that this house has a lot of stairs and bedrooms are in the second floor.

Como siempre encantada de estar en la casa de mohamad, limpia, organizada, trankila, un alojamiento q vale la pena.

Wir haben uns bei Petra sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist unfassbar gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Kamin, der Hottub und die Sauna laden zum abschalten und entspannen ein. Alles war sauber und super ausgestattet. Es gab sogar Handtücher und Bademäntel. Wir kommen wieder und haben dieses Schmuckstück schon unseren Familien und Freunden empfohlen.

Tolles Haus in neuwertigen Zustand mit schönem privaten Außenbereich. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Der Kontakt ist stets schnell, freundlich und professionell.

Wat een prachtig verblijf. Alles was in orde en we zijn echt tot rust gekomen. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en de eigenaren waren zeer vriendelijk. Ze reageerden snel en als we iets nodig hadden, konden we dat vragen. Het ligt dicht in de buurt van Valkenburg of Maastricht, maar als je meer van rust houdt, dan is dit perfect! Ik zei tegen mijn vriend: aankomende jaar komen we in het voorjaar of late zomer terug. Om nog van de mooie omgeving te genieten!

First, the location is excellent for access to the center of town, which you should always do by foot or bike. The property is a 2 minute walk to both main squares and the shopping, cafes, etc between both. Also same distance to the river and 20 min walk to the railways station. Note, there is definitely no opportunity to park a vehicle at the property - as per the description. The property has plenty of space and all the amenities you could need. It is on 3 levels with very steep, cramped spiral stairs between the levels, these take some getting used to, but definitely add a unique and enjoyable element to the property. You will definitely need help from Eric to find the property the first time, Google/Apple maps gets you close, but the entrance is hidden away a little bit. And Erik is very available to do this, so that is not an issue, just make sure to arrange to meet Eric. Eric was very responsive, we arrived tired from an 8000 mile journey at 9pm on Sunday and all was fine.

Prima appartement in een rustige wijk. Appartement is brandschoon en alles is aanwezig.

Alles OK: alle voorzieningen voor een comfortabel verblijf. Wij brachten wel ons eigen koffiezetapparaat mee (enkel Nespresso ter plaatse). Het trapje tussen living en keuken/badkamer was wel even wennen voor ons (70+'ers). We waren enkel verbaasd over het ontbreken van verwarming in de kleine badkamer.

Bart is a great Host who takes really good care of his visitors. He gave really good recommendations about restaurants, bars etc. We as a Group had a great stay!

Very clean and spacious apartment with lots of privacy. Easy location with access to all the city sites. Our family hopes to return!
