We had a fantastic stay at Rich’s. It was very relaxing and a wonderfully serene setting. Rich was easy to talk to and was available anytime we reached out. I highly recommend staying here.

This is the second time we stayed and it was just as good as the first. We had a group of 8 and there was still extra space. Nice large private area in basement for kids to sneak off to.

The Blue Brick was an amazing space for us to stay with a large group. It was exactly as pictured.

I stayed with eight of my friends over the Fourth of July for three nights. The pool and surrounding areas were gorgeous. The swim up pool bar was very convenient for snacks and beverages .Some of my friends went down to the pond/river to fish and had a great time. We cooked on the outdoor bbq grill. There is a gas grill and black stone as well. There is a wonderful covered seating area on the patio to enjoy , together with several other comfy seating areas. Inside was very spacious. We loved that the kitchen had two fridges and a big island for food prep and seating. The beds were fairly comfortable although some of the beds were a little small ..like doubles. There was a loft with two small twin beds as well. We were a little perplexed that there was no couch to sit on but the weather was so beautiful we were mostly outside enjoying the pool and outdoor area. Paula is a wonderful host and I would highly recommend this property!! It’s the perfect getaway !

This was our first time staying outside of Montauk State Park to go trout fishing and this cabin did not disappoint. It is adorable, has a lot of amenities (including some surprising ones like extra batteries, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), is in a beautiful setting, and is only about 12 minutes from the park. We would love to stay there again!

The house was very neat and cleaned. It was a great experience to stay at Victor. The house was clean and organized and arraigned in a way that I myself who organize things at home. We would definitely come back. Thank you for the hospitality

A beautiful and spacious home with a gorgeous view. The sauna was a real treat. Our 4 young adults loved the shared basement bedroom and games while adults relaxed upstairs . Bird watching and coffee on the deck at sunrise, easy walk to the river, and spring peepers singing at dusk made the visit so peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating and we hope to return again.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My family and I stayed here for our son’s graduation from boot camp at Fort Leonard Wood. The location to Fort Leonard Wood is perfect- not too far at all. The neighborhood the home is in is peaceful and quiet. The home itself is gorgeous- beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The layout was amazing for our family especially after not seeing our soldier for a few weeks- we were able to cook but still interact thanks to the open floor plan. I highly recommend this home. The host Alyssia is great and communication was easy. We will definitely be staying again if we are in the area!

We loved our stay here. We felt right at home. It was the perfect location for our visit to see our soldier graduate from Ft. Leonard Wood, with only a 15 min drive to the base. We all had a great sleep with the comfortable beds with the white noise machines. Check in-check out was easy, and the response time was quick. Thanks for hosting us at your beautiful house!

this is my 3rd year staying at Melanie's Place.. Ive been treated above amazing by this host.. Home is very comfortable and clean..!!!! HIGHLY recommend

The only updates I would suggest would be additional TV's in the bedrooms. As Seniors we all watch different programs from the younger generation. We usually set the sleep timer at bedtime. Also maybe add makeup mirrors in the bathrooms.

Our first time here for a girl's weekend and definitely will not be our last. This place is so cute and welcoming, it was exactly as described by Joanie. When we walked in we felt right at home, like this was such a sweet place. One of my favorites was that as I got into the living room, there was a Hallmark movie playing on the tv!! Everything we needed was there and it was just the perfect weekend. The farm dog and cat were the sweetest and we loved feeding the horses. This was so relaxing and fun and just a little ways from Onandoga Caverns and State Park, the river, which was lovely and cute little local restaurants. You definitely should check this one out!!

Karen’s Airbnb was perfect! Clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The check-in was easy, and the location was great. Karen was a friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Close to Ft Leonardwood which was very convenient for me since I was attending a graduation. Aldi and Family dollar are right around the corner for our basic needs.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The hosts were fantastic, and the decoration was unique and thoughtful. The property itself was quiet and charming, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation – the stargazing around the campfire was excellent! Although secluded, there was a Dollar General 5 minutes away for any forgotten staples. This was a perfect getaway that we will stay at again!
