We had a fantastic short stay at Pete’s and communication was prompt. The house is set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings and we were greeted by some sheep. Place is well appointed and tastefully decorated and all essentials provided including a pitcher of fresh milk. Highly recommend Pete’s place.

There were three of us staying for three nights. Wish we would have stayed longer. This is a fabulous house, full stop. If it's available for the days that work for your travel schedule, do yourself a favor and book it. The views are great from the decks, and it's such a peaceful place. It's an easy drive into Christchurch and convenient for exploring nearby areas like Sumner and Akaroa. The house was new, large, tastefully decorated, and super clean. Communications with Viv were excellent and replies were prompt. Check-in and check-out were super easy too. This house is a 10/10.

We had a lovely stay, nice big house for our family of three. Was great to have a high chair and cot provided and our one year old loved the toy box and an outside area to play in. Would highly recommend this house for any families visiting the Christchurch area

We really liked our stay at Otley Street. The house was very well presented and had nice amenities and gadgets. The beds and pillows were very comfy. We were really pleased to get quick help when we couldn't access the apps on the TV. Hosts were professional. Would recommend to others!

We came together as a family to this home to celebrate Christmas. It was a beautiful place with stunning views. We could easily make dinners from scratch using all the kitchen equipment included in the home. One note for future AirBnb'ers to this property, the cleaning instructions are rather extensive along with the $160+ USD cleaning fee tagged onto the booking.

Stayed in early March 2025. J and G provided a very comfortable home-like feel in this beautiful location overlooking the beach, which is about a 10-minute walk down the hill. The views out the back window to the east are beautiful, and the central living area is very usable, with a deck attached and plenty of windows to soak in the views. The location is within a 30-minute drive of central Christchurch. We should have stayed longer than two days here!

A great apartment in a fantastic location. The place is bright, modern, and comfortable. It's right next to Cathedral Square and in walking distance of anything in central Christchurch. It also a good distance away from the new stadium construction which is a plus.

Great Location, coffee shop below was very good. Walking distance to Pak N Save, close to town - about 15 min walk, but it is all flat so very easy to get around.

Well appointed apartment with beautiful views. Had everything you need for cooking etc, a hot tub, air conditioning, and in a great location for central Christchurch. Would highly recommend for a couple.

Excellent mid city apartment for a two night stop over. Highly recommend

2 properties right next door to each other, it was good for our group of 10. The hot tubs, pool table, and darts board were a perfect end to our busy days. Less than a 10 minute drive to the city center which was great!

Maree hosts a fantastic, beautiful, comfortable renovated villa home in a superb location that remains private and serene. She was a great host and I could not recommend staying here highly enough.

Lovely old cottage tucked away at the end of a road. Easy walk through Hagley Park to the town centre. There was everything we needed to feel at home. Very clean throughout. Particularly enjoyed the cosy lounge to chill at the end of busy days in Christchurch. Roomy bedrooms and a great kitchen too. John gave us useful tips on getting the best from our stay. Highly recommend Brockworth Cottage.

The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Perfect for a big family! We loved it so much we extended an extra night. Phil & Joy were super responsive and lovely. We made great use of the pool and spa, it was lovely on the hot days. Cousins recommend this place enough ❤️
