Great place, great restaurants just a few steps away, bus stop right outside for easy access to everything, just great. My only slight niggle was the listing says no TV, but there was one, so I brought thinks I didn't need to.

This Airbnb was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a secret garden tucked away in the middle of the city—a rare find that balances tranquility with prime location. Unlike many modern rentals that feel like generic, mass-produced spaces, this one had a warmth and character that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful and well-stocked, and every detail of the space was designed with care. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we could genuinely imagine living here full-time. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to all the best spots in Christchurch, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the hustle and bustle. Plus, the off-street parking was a huge bonus! We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one stands out as something special. It will absolutely be our go-to place every time we visit Christchurch. Highly recommend!

Lovely host! Great house, nice & spacious. Lovely shower & bath tub. Kids loved the spa pool. Nice bbq deck area, spent time out here for dinners and morning coffees. NESPRESSO MACHINE ! LOVE!! We took the kayaks out for a spin on the Avon. Was great fun! Highlight of the trip(: Highly recommend

Lilly’s house was really cozy and clean. Here has everything what I want, like cooking utensils, seasonings, glasses,soaps and hairdryer. I’d like to stay here when I come back to Christchurch again!

Best value in Christchurch. Super nice and clean two bedroom unit, with everything you need to live comfortably while you stay in Christchurch. I particularly liked being able to walk a block and be at the Riverside market, and truly enjoyed running along the river in the morning. It was a great location. Amie was a great host, and I would definitely stay there if you’re coming to town.

Susan’s place was located perfectly for exploring Christchurch, while at the same time, providing a beautiful, relaxing respite from the city. Susan was a friendly and attentive host. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The full kitchen was a highlight, complete with cooking staples supplied, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. The location couldn't be more perfect! Centrally located and within walking distance to the city, it was convenient for exploring the area and enjoying all the local attractions. This apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

We liked this place. It was modern and clean. Appreciated the coffee and tea. Bed was large and comfortable. Off-street parking was a positive. . It is a comfortable walk to the downtown.

We had a lovely staff at Carolyn's place. It was so peaceful (even with a 2 year old in tow) and nothing beats watching the sunrise and sunset from the bedroom window. What a beautiful hidden gem. Walking distance to restaurants, town centre and the Akaroa Dolphins boat leaves right out the front. We can't wait to come back again one day!

The best equipped apartment we have stayed in. Everything you could possibly want or ask for. And a good sized outdoor area. Both rooms have ensuites which is a big plus. And a car park. A great cafe (Table at the Monks) at the end of the apartment block just metres away from the side gate.

This was my second visit. Lily and Anna were super helpful in organising my booking and a connnecting one at short notice. I love this apartment. It's small but beautifully appointed, convenient to the Avon walkway and the city. It is on a busy road but that didn't bother me. The outside patio is lovely in the evening. I will return for sure.

What a gem! We loved staying in the little apartment. The hosts have thought of everything - spotlessly clean & we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the sun. Michael was excellent at staying in touch. Great position - so handy to walk to central city. Highly recommend this place - would love to stay again.

This is without doubt the most luxurious AirBnB we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated with high quality fittings, furniture and artworks and a well equipped kitchen and larder. Wonderful views across the city (especially from the jacuzzi bath) and an awesome inspiring garden. Jo was a very friendly and attentive host and was always available when needed. She had anticipated everything a guest could possibly need. Huge selection of DVDs if you want a quiet night in. Just perfect for us in every way. 😍

Perfect in every way. Could not fault this accommodation. Rachel and Paul's apartment was absolutely perfect for our party of two couples. Ground floor apartment with dedicated parking spot, and is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town and a good choice of restaurants. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, great showers and comfy beds and pillows. What more could you want. Rachael sent us good instructions and was quick to respond to messages I sent. We would absolutely stay here again, and have already recommended to friends who are visiting NZ later this year. Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.
