John's place is a stone's throw away from the city centre and has so much to offer. His home is cozy, clean, equipped with everything you need, and very functional! The location is awesome and safe. He even went the extra mile to make a video with instructions for his guests - one of a kind!

Best value in Christchurch. Super nice and clean two bedroom unit, with everything you need to live comfortably while you stay in Christchurch. I particularly liked being able to walk a block and be at the Riverside market, and truly enjoyed running along the river in the morning. It was a great location. Amie was a great host, and I would definitely stay there if you’re coming to town.

Great location!! Spacious apartment & outdoor space! So walkable to restaurants and the river boat tour. Christina was super responsive and let us check-in early, which was greatly appreciated since we had just gotten off a long international flight. Hope to be back someday!

Good value place to stay in central Christchurch. The apartment was centrally located and only 5-10 minutes’ walk from the centre of the city. Walkable from an evening meal out! Apartment had every amenity including fully functioning washer dryer and dishwasher. Everything was clean and modern and the kitchen area was well equipped with lots of pots, pans and utensils. We were very pleased with our stay. Communications were super quick! Thanks.

We lived our stay, great location, easy to get anywhere, whether we were walking, driving, cycling or using public transport. The home was well set out, stocked well everything we needed and more. Highly reccomend staying here if you are visiting Christchurch.

Great central location and very clean, the street noise can be a little loud at times. Easy access to unit. Clothes washer and air conditioner are very nice amenities. Olivia is a very responsive host.

Amazing place. Beautiful inside and out (pool, patio dining, garden), modern, and immaculate. Everything was high quality from five star bedding to the well equipped kitchen. Hostess Jules was very responsive and friendly…The property sits in a nice neighborhood high above Christchurch, and our favorite part was on the other side (a short drive) - Taylor’s Mistake Beach and the world class walking trail above and past it. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really nice.

Incredible place to stay! Beautiful home and was so nice & relaxing - Elizabeth made things so easy and left the cutest note & bubbly for us girls the morning of getting ready for my wedding 🥹🥹 would 100% stay again 💕

Gemma’s place is amazing. The house is decorated so nicely, Gemma is friendly easy to communicate with and accomodating. We felt right at home! plus the two adorable cats were nice company! Would definitely recommend!!

Lovely host! Great house, nice & spacious. Lovely shower & bath tub. Kids loved the spa pool. Nice bbq deck area, spent time out here for dinners and morning coffees. NESPRESSO MACHINE ! LOVE!! We took the kayaks out for a spin on the Avon. Was great fun! Highlight of the trip(: Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel’s place in Christchurch. Like all have noted it is clean, classy and comfortable. We loved the location which is close to shopping, recreation and dining. Rachel is also an awesome host giving us help when needed and spot on recommendations. I encourage everyone else to book Rachel’s condo! You won’t be disappointed.

We spent New Year's Eve at this place and found the location excellent, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and the CBD. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The best equipped apartment we have stayed in. Everything you could possibly want or ask for. And a good sized outdoor area. Both rooms have ensuites which is a big plus. And a car park. A great cafe (Table at the Monks) at the end of the apartment block just metres away from the side gate.

This was my first stay at an ABNB. It was a wonderful Experience. The Condo was Very Clean and in the Best Location with great shops and Restaurants within walking Vicinity. Lexia was Quite Readily Available when we need instruction on the Stove and WIFI. Her immediate Availability made our Experience quite Pleasant. The Rest was again the Location. Condo Size was just Perfect for two people. For Future Rentals, I strongly recommend Lexia and this Condo. Sincerely, Derrick Crummy

Een prima locatie om te overnachten. Dicht bij het centrum, rustig, schoon en makkelijk te vinden. Kate is heel vriendelijk en subtiel aanwezig.

Beautiful apartment and perfect location. Recommend to park on Hagley ave for easy parking and short walking distance to car.
