Best value in Christchurch. Super nice and clean two bedroom unit, with everything you need to live comfortably while you stay in Christchurch. I particularly liked being able to walk a block and be at the Riverside market, and truly enjoyed running along the river in the morning. It was a great location. Amie was a great host, and I would definitely stay there if you’re coming to town.

The apartment is very central so easy to walk from to attractions, restaurants etc. comfortable bed, sofa and apartment very well appointed. Would definitely recommend staying here for a Christchurch city break

I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The full kitchen was a highlight, complete with cooking staples supplied, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. The location couldn't be more perfect! Centrally located and within walking distance to the city, it was convenient for exploring the area and enjoying all the local attractions. This apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Perfect 2 bedroom place for our little family. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Walkable to parks, sights and the city. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We liked this place. It was modern and clean. Appreciated the coffee and tea. Bed was large and comfortable. Off-street parking was a positive. . It is a comfortable walk to the downtown.

We had a fantastic stay! Lisa was excellent with her communication, always responding quickly and promptly. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and feels very cosy and homey. The location is perfect — you can easily walk to the city — and the area is nice and quiet. Everything, including the bathroom, was spotless. The secure garage with an electric remote was very convenient for storing the car safely and made coming and going easy. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Rebecca’s townhouse. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival with a simple check in. The proximity to the city was great and we walked or hired lime scooters to most city locations that we visited. It was also really easy to do day trips to other locations like godleys head and Akaroa as the roads in the area were easy to navigate. The townhouse is spacious and it was lovely to be able to spread out after a few weeks of small hotel rooms. The kitchen was well appointed allowing us to cook in one night and the washing machine/drier were very convenient. The bed we used was comfortable and the bathroom had good storage and water pressure. The house is very well insulated and despite some cool nights we were comfortable and actually found we needed the fan at night. All in all a great stay and we’d definitely stay here again if back in Christchurch, thanks Rebecca!

We had a lovely staff at Carolyn's place. It was so peaceful (even with a 2 year old in tow) and nothing beats watching the sunrise and sunset from the bedroom window. What a beautiful hidden gem. Walking distance to restaurants, town centre and the Akaroa Dolphins boat leaves right out the front. We can't wait to come back again one day!

Great place, great restaurants just a few steps away, bus stop right outside for easy access to everything, just great. My only slight niggle was the listing says no TV, but there was one, so I brought thinks I didn't need to.

Great place to stay, we were up for Electric Ave so the location was perfect. Lisa and Marianne were awesome, checking in to make sure everything was okay and had left very clear instructions on how to locate the apartment and getting in. The apartment was tidy, matching the photos exactly. Would definitely book with them again!

We have stayed in some great AirBnBs in our time but this tops them all. You don’t just get a sleepout or a converted garage you get a whole house. Not only that but because Gary lives in another house on the same large section he reacts immediately to any request without being intrusive. Not just a Super Host, a Super Duper Host.

Nice airbnb, was really suitable for the family. Secure backyard to play, great facilities and fantastic location for enjoying Christchurch.

The house is in a new development set back from Lincoln road. It’s a quiet corner. Apartment is very modern including an electronic toilet! Kitchen is well equipped. Seating area is comfortable as are the beds. Great shower. Christchurch is a great walking city. Hadley park is around 10 mins walk away

Spectacular views and very comfortable for my trip with my adult children. This home offered all that we needed, loved the scrabble and the bird book. Wonderful instructions to make our trip getting there seamless and easy check-in.

Great place, lots of room to hang out and the three bedrooms were perfect for some privacy. Kerry was proactive in her communication and it was super easy to figure out where the condo was located and where to park. Would stay here again.

The best equipped apartment we have stayed in. Everything you could possibly want or ask for. And a good sized outdoor area. Both rooms have ensuites which is a big plus. And a car park. A great cafe (Table at the Monks) at the end of the apartment block just metres away from the side gate.

Really handy location and easy walking distance into the CBD. The garden/outdoor area could use a bit of a spruce up to make it useable but the place was otherwise was great and fulfilled our needs 😊

What a gem! We loved staying in the little apartment. The hosts have thought of everything - spotlessly clean & we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the sun. Michael was excellent at staying in touch. Great position - so handy to walk to central city. Highly recommend this place - would love to stay again.

Perfect in every way. Could not fault this accommodation. Rachel and Paul's apartment was absolutely perfect for our party of two couples. Ground floor apartment with dedicated parking spot, and is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town and a good choice of restaurants. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, great showers and comfy beds and pillows. What more could you want. Rachael sent us good instructions and was quick to respond to messages I sent. We would absolutely stay here again, and have already recommended to friends who are visiting NZ later this year.
