Carlos was a great host. He was friendly and helpful, responsive and responsible. He gave us a lot of useful information beforehand. We had a great time in Mexico City and loved our place at Icon Condesa. It's clean and modern and in a very convenient location at the edge of the Condesa neighborhood. It has a ton of light and great views. (Hint: Keep the shades down during the day.) We loved having two bathrooms. The pool area was never crowded. After long days walking all around Mexico City, we loved coming home to our clean, cozy apartment.

The apartment in the Ritz Carlton residences was beautiful and modern. The location next to the Bosque de Chapultepec makes it perfect for exploring the museums and restaurants and neigborhoods in Mexico City. The service and recommendations provided by Sergio and Eduardo made our stay so much better. They recommended some amazing restaurants in Polanca, Roma and Condessa neighborhoods. They also were able to arrange a fantastic private tour of the Teotihacan pyramid outside the city. The recommendation to visit the Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico on Christmas Eve to view the lights in the Plaza del la Constitution was incredible. I would highly recommend staying at the residences in the Ritz for the concierge service alone. The only slight issue was with the noise from the Ling Ling restaurant above us on the 56th floor in the late evening hours. Apart from this the stay was perfect.

Lauretta's Airbnb was perfect for our large group. It's located in a walkable neighborhood next to some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. The house was also kept very clean, and we were kindly gifted with some snacks and beer upon arrival. One of the nights we stayed, a homeless man was intoxicated and slept/urinated on the front entrance, but I imagine that might be an issue throughout the city. Despite this, we were very happy with our stay here and would definitely book again.

Wow! What a view of the city from the floor to ceiling windows! The place was very clean and convenient. The electronics and extras were very easy to enjoy such as the blue tooth speakers, smart tv, and portable air conditioner.

The place is located in a great spot. We were communicated about some leaking from the upstairs unit on the day of the arrival. It didn’t interfere with anything. Aesthetically didn’t look as good as the pictures, plus there were fewer cabinets and I am assuming less kitchen paraphernalia. There were the basics available and we enjoyed staying there overall.

The location was ideal. The apartment is near to historic town and important touristic places. The apartment is safe and clean.

Ravie de mes premiers jours à Mexico chez Raúl et Marta. Je voulais un endroit pour me reposer tout en profitant de la vue sur Mexico. C’était parfait. Quelle vue spectaculaire ! J’ai bcp profité de la piscine chauffée à une température parfaite et assez longue pour nager et de la salle de sport. En décembre il fait froid les soirs et nuits… forcement l’appartement se refroidit très vite avec toutes ses fenêtres. Les deux petits chauffage d’appoint ont été très utiles. L’emplacement était top à l’ouest de la condesa, a un block du resto de mes amis en plus 😅 Merci encore pour ce séjour, je garde votre adresse pour un prochain séjour ! Laura

Maja was super sweet and responsive. Her apartment was extremely spacious with balconies, a rooftop, and everything you need for a long term stay. The bed was really comfortable too and the shower had a pretty view of the city. Highly recommend her place!

Alan’s place was fantastic, the view especially. Lots of amenities and friendly building staff. We had to wait a bit for the correct code to open the apartment door, but otherwise everything was spot on.

Overall, we had a great experience during our stay. The place is beautiful and within walking distance of everything. The host was very responsive and friendly, addressing all our needs. The only downside was that the smalwr room was quite noisy. Since there were three of us, we had to take turns sleeping in the smaller room, as it made for a sleepless night for whoever stayed there. However, this seems to be due to the way buildings are constructed in Mexico, so it’s not a fault of the owners. I just wish we had known beforehand. That said, if you’re traveling as a couple or can sleep through any noise, this won’t be an issue. Building,itself has great gym,rooftop. Coffee shop,pharmacy,grocery stores - minimal distance 2-10 minutes away by foot

Todo bien! Tal como está descrito! Carlos dió instrucciones claras! El ruido es considerable, pero es normal por la ubicación, a mi no me causó incomodad. Por otro lado se compensa con la vista!!

Big and secure building complex with security and good amenities. Clean and spacious apartment. Our plans changed the day before we arrived and Maria was very helpful and accomodated out changes last minute.

Un lugar muy bonito. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Nos hospedamos con un bebé de 11 meses y el apartamento estuvo perfecto, en espacio, limpieza y en el edificio hay muchos ambientes para estar con bebés. Súper recomendado

Nathaly was flexible and responsive when we inadvertently arrived a day early, which literally saved the day! The house is beautiful, and Condesa is a wonderful neighborhood- I cannot say enough good things! Such a great host, home and vacation!!
