La maison d'Arpy è uno splendido rifugio di alta montagna, inserito in un contesto naturalistico di straordinaria bellezza. Il contesto è di una tipicità unica e, ciononostante, l' alloggio offre una serie di servizi che ne aumentano sensibilmente la comodità (internet veloce, TV ad alta definizione, doccia comoda ed efficiente, fornelli a termoconduzione, lavatrice) ed è di una pulizia impeccabile. La comunicazione con l' host è stata ottima, grazie alla sua reattività nel rispondere ed alla sua cordialità. Esperienza bellissima

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

This place was amazing, the views were some of the best I have ever seen. The Place was super tidy, really spacey and had everything you need for a comfortable stay! I can't stress enough how beautiful the views were, we were stunned, will certainly be returning!

Soggiorno perfetto nella baita con vista sul lago, tutto come me lo aspettavo. Andrea è stato molto gentile e disponibile e mi ha dato ottimi consigli su passeggiate da dare nei dintorni.

Il soggiorno nella casetta di paglia è stato perfetto! L’alloggio é molto accogliente e in una posizione perfetta per praticare sport nelle montagne vicine. Per lo sci alpinismo c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta. Nella casetta non manca nulla, c’è tutto quello che può servire per cucinare. Monica é stata davvero molto disponibile a darci tutte le informazioni che ci servivano sia prima che durante il soggiorno.

Nous sommes venues à 8 pour un EVJF, et nous avons été ravies par le côté cocon du gîte, l'amabilité de Capucine ainsi que la cuisine équipée et une grande table à manger. Mention particulière pour la literie, on a dormi comme des reines! Merci beaucoup, c'est une adresse à retenir :)

Davvero un posto meraviglioso, da amante del design ho apprezzato ogni singolo dettaglio. C'è qualsiasi cosa, non ci si può annoiare. Giochi da tavola, libri di ogni genere, lettore dvd con una vasta scelta di film, impianto stereo, la meravigliosa spa. Ha pensato a tutto. Tutto super funzionante e Matteo sempre super disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio. Super consigliato, na vale davvero la pena. Ci ritorneremo assolutamente

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We were two families skiing for a week. The room layout worked really well for us with two doubles, and two twin rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area was very homely. The short drive to Valtourneche ski lift and locker worked really well and it was nice to drive up to the Cervinia lift some days. We enjoyed Alpage restaurant and Ristorante Gourmand, a short drive away. Thank you.

Lovely home in a beautiful pedestrian street, walking distance from all Valtournenche shops and restaurants, as well as many hiking trails. Overall the chalet was very comfortable and perfect for what we were looking for. Host was a great communicator - very proactive and responsive to any needs she anticipated we might have, as well as questions that arose. Only very slight downsides are that the kitchen is quite small and not very well equipped. We made it work for our purposes, but it can be tougher to cook more extensively. The beds are also not the comfiest but again, totally fine for our purposes!

Un endroit charmant, petit mais cosy et plein de caractère. Le gîte est très bien équipé avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, et le lit électrique avec sa literie de qualité est le plus confortable dans lequel nous ayons jamais dormi – un vrai luxe ! Un accueil chaleureux de la part de Pascal, qui était également disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse en couple avec nos deux chiens, à explorer la région – de magnifiques randonnées et de nombreuses choses à découvrir, avec des balades fantastiques directement depuis le gîte, que ce soit sur le chemin, dans le village ou en pleine forêt.

Une personne chaleureuse, très gentille, bienveillante. Avec plaisir de retourner chez elle si besoin ☺️ Et ses chats sont adorables 🥰
