Francesco a été très réactif lors de nos échanges. Il s'est rendu disponible pour nous remettre les clés et tout nous expliquer malgré le retard de notre avion. Il a été de très bons conseils à Rome. L'appartement est très bien situé et agréable. Un petit peu bruyant la nuit le week-end mais très confortable. Idéal pour un séjour découverte à Rome dans le sympathique quartier de Trastevere.

Simona was friendly and helpful. The apartment is superb. Building is secure. Apartment is a little bigger than the photos suggest. 5 people could comfortably stay there, and maybe one or two more on a pullout sofa. It's fairly quiet here, though there's standard street noise if you sleep with street-facing windows and shutters open. This is not a touristy neighborhood but it's easy to get to main sights with a moderate walk or by bus/train. Amenities and restaurants all nearby. Grocery store about 2 minutes away. Good restaurants... some very, very good... within a 10-15 minute walk. You get what you pay for here, and here, guests aren't crowding each other in a small flat. It's big enough to relax. There's a nice balcony, too. Having a dishwasher and washing machine makes this even better.

As always it was a pleasure to stay here. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped . There are touches that lots of AirBnb's miss. They have a place for your toiletries in the bathroom, Places to hang your towels, small things that make a big difference. The apartment is so private with a nice terrace and very comfortable. I want to stay longer here . Location is great with so much at your fingertips. Will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Nadia's beautiful and very comfortable apartment. The building is elegant and well maintained. Renato the doorman was very kind and helpful. Nadia was communicative and checking in and out could not have been easier. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Rome.

A beautiful apartment in a safe neighborhood. We didn’t rent a car and walked everywhere. Lots of great restaurant recommendations and cafes! When in Rome again, I wouldn’t hesitate renting this unit again. You will not be disappointed!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marco. L’appartement est très bien placé et confortable. Très bonne communication avec Marco qui nous a aussi gentiment organisé le transfert depuis l’aéroport. Grazie mille!

Lovely apartment in Campo de’ Fiori. Close to everything by foot, which is what you want to do anyway, so you can enjoy the old city. Vatican City and Colosseum about 25-30 minutes walk. Because our flight was delayed, we had some confusion with the keys/access - try to arrive before 6:30pm - but once we figured it all out, we were happy. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, 2 cute bedrooms and bathrooms, and a kitchen with a little balcony. Clean, with enough things to get you started: coffee, detergent, soap/shampoo and toilet paper. The smaller bathroom had a bit of a funky smell, but close the door and it’s all good. With two kids in tow, this was a great choice for us: we had enough space for everyone, and enjoyed having smaller meals and snacks at home. There’s a laundry machine in the unit, and you can feel like a Roman hanging your clothes out to dry - we loved it! Our kids declared they were ready to move to Rome :)

O apartamento é tão bom ou melhor que nas fotos. Móveis novos e bonitos. Cama e sofá-cama confortáveis proporcionaram boas noites de sono. Ar-condicionado funciona muito bem. Banheiro muito bom. Eu e minha família ficamos confortavelmente instalados e passamos ótimos momentos. A localização é boa. O corretor Francesco foi pontual e atencioso.

Una Dimora con una vista mozzafiato che avevo utilizzato per prepararmi il giorno del matrimonio. Perfetta location per le foto. Lorella molto amichevole e disponibile rende il soggiorno nella villa molto piacevole. Super spaziosa sia all’interno ma anche all’esterno soprattutto per l’estate per chi volesse pranzare o cenare all’esterno con le molte griglie e molti tavoli disponibili.

The amenities and the view are amazing! There are a swimming pool, a tennis court, a massive private garden, along with lots of common areas indoor and outdoor to hang out. Would definitely recommend to a large group! Drawbacks to consider: have to climb onto the bunk beds in two rooms; if you forget anything valuable behind you will never get it back!

Everything is exactly as it is presented in the pictures. The place is a great value for money, a great spotlight in Rome, very well connected to the city center (we almost walked all the distances) very clean and comfortable. There are nice coffee places, a top rated Gelateria and a couple of tasty food restaurants in the area as well.

The most important thing about this apartment is the location. I liked it better than even monti district, for example. The streets are cleaner, everything is close by (shops and restaurants), a 15-minute walk to the Termini, and central shopping is within the same time by foot. The wifi is unstable, this is an issue for those who work remotely like we are. Otherwise, everything is great

Superbe appartement dans un quartier bourgeois typique de Rome, entouré des attraction touristiques accessibles à pied. Très spacieux et confortable, il est bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable d'une famille de 4 personnes. Excellents restaurants, pour toutes les budgets, dans la rues environnantes - le fait qu'ils sont fréquentés par les fonctionnaires des ministères qui fonctionnent dans le quartier est un gage. Merci beaucoup.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Trastevere! The location was great, right in the heart of the neighborhood, with great restaurants, cafes, and sights just a short walk away. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful details in the design and how well-equipped the space was. We loved the terraces, they provided a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

This is a great room just steps from the Colosseum. Clean, comfortable, and the bed was amazing. Loved having morning coffee on the balcony with its fantastic view. We walked everywhere easily from this spot. Alberto was super responsive and made everything simple. Would definitely stay again!

Mijn zoon en ik hebben een paar geweldige dagen in Rome gehad. de stad is fantastisch en het appartement van Carlotta droeg er zeker aan bij. Super netjes en sfeervol en de ligging is geweldig, dichtbij Vaticaanstad. Het openbaar vervoer is dichtbij, waardoor je overal makkelijk kunt komen. Carlotta is heel aardig. We mochten zelfs onze spullen laten staan toen we eigenlijk moesten uitchecken, om nog de stad in te kunnen, voor we terugvlogen. Een aanrader, dit appartement!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Roberta’s place!!!! She is an awesome host; very warm and welcoming. The apartment is gorgeous and in such a great location just a few hundred feet from the Colleseum! I would highly recommend staying here! Worth every penny!

Beautiful flat in a fantastic part of Rome tucked away from the busier areas and just a short walk from the Villa Borghese park. Romana was a lovely host - always responsive and very friendly. We would highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen had everything for cooking our own meals with produce from local markets. We loved the location. Quiet and away from the crowds but near metro and busses. Alessandra greeted us and gave us a full orientation. She was responsive when we had questions. The whole experience was wonderful. It felt like the was air bnb should work.

A really great place to stay. Have been to Rome a few times and this was the best place we have stayed. Location perfect and you could walk everywhere and nice local restaurants and bars that felt like being in real Rome. Giuseppe is a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible and lots of good advice
