I recently stayed at Benedicte home in Stryn and I have to say, it was an excellent experience. The house was in great condition and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, everything was top-notch. But what really made my stay special was the excellent service from Benedicte, the owner of the vacation home. She was extremely helpful throughout my stay, always available to answer any questions I had and to provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable was truly appreciated. The location of the vacation home was also great, with stunning views of the mountains and the fjord. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation home in Stryn. The combination of excellent service from Benedicte, well-equipped amenities, and beautiful surroundings make it the perfect choice for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Es war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war traumhaft, und auch der Whirlpool sowie das Boot sind absolut empfehlenswert. Ein wirklich wundervoller Ort. Håkan und Monica sind äußerst gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed for 5 nights in this property and felt so at home and comfortable. The furnishings are lovely and the history of the house really interesting- it used to be bank and sheriffs office! Anne is a very responsive host and was happy to let us use her kayaks and visit her summer cabin. There are shops within walking distance and many lovely places to visit nearby. Would definitely recommend this house. We were sad to leave.

For en plass, med en trivelig og imøtekommende vert! Jeg får ikke skrytt nok av Arild, så hyggelig, var på stedet da vi kom , viste oss omkring og forklarte hvordan ting fungerte. Svarte umiddelbart på noen spørsmål vi hadde. Denne plassen er en sann perle, badet i fjorden, tok badstue etterpå og nytet den vakre utsikten . Masse oppmerkede stier i nærområdet. Anbefaler å ta en tur hit! Kommer gjerne igjen, om vi får.

Fantastisk og innholdsrikt hus med høy og moderne standard, samtidig som det beholder en gammel sjarm! Høns med ferske egg og snille griser i hagen var et stort bonus for oss. Vertene var behjelpelige og imøtekommende til våre behov. Vi kunne føle oss som hjemme med alle fasiliteter vi kunne ha trengt, både ute og inne. Håper å komme tilbake!

Die Villa Karibu auf Store Kalvoy hat uns wunderbar gefallen. Die Lage ist ruhig und wunderschön und das Haus geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Alesund ist per Fähre bestens erreichbar und hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen, wenn man doch mal von der Insel kommen möchte. Klare Empfehlung!

The house was tidy and had all the essentials. We loved the view from the window! Also, the hosts were really friendly and helpful. We hope to come back to this wonderful place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tove’s house. In a world of cookie cutter houses which all look the same, Tove’s place stands out as a whimsical charming home with a lot of character. And her little cat who we willingly welcomed in whenever he visited added to the whole experience! We felt right at home, and everything was beautiful and warm. We were happy to use all the different sitting areas and loved the little artefacts around the house and also in the little sun room. The beds were comfortable, there was a fair amount of storage and the bathroom was huge and well equipped. All the amenities were available. The area around is great for short walks and it’s a quick car ride to many great restaurants at the city centre. We will definitely love to come back here! And stay longer :)

5 of us had a very enjoyable stay for 10 days ski touring in the nearby mountains. The house was very excellent with everything we wanted. Comfortable beds, lots of space to relax, good, well equipped kitchen. Good shower. The whole house was very clean. Very quiet location with good views. We hope to return next year and possibly again in the summer.

Et hus med mye historie i de vakre tømmerveggene, smakfullt blandet med moderne komfort og klassiske møbler. Huset har en unik beliggenhet og vakker utsikt, veldig fin hage med frukttrær og urter, en svært behagelig liten badstue, gode kajakker, egen steinstrand og brygge, samt en lun uteplass med peis. Huset har alt vår familie på fem trengte for å ha noen aktive dager ved fjord og fjell.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, hjemmekoselig og god plass i huset. Godt utstyrt og alt lagt til rette for et fint opphold for familien. Huset ligger nydelig til med utsikt over havet. Et ekstra pluss at vi kunne benytte kajakker og kano. Hyggelig og imøtekommende vertskap. Kan anbefales på det varmeste.

What a fantastic stay we had. So much room, really beautiful in the surrounding area. The stay at the cabin was one of our highlights of our holiday. Great value for money. Just wish we could of stayed longer. A huge thank you to Kristoffer and their family.

Super godt ophold hos Anders. Meget hyggeligt sted i dejlige omgivelser. God kommunikation med værten undervejs hvis der var behov.

100% zu empfehlen! Wer sich erholen möchte, an einem bezaubernden Ort, der sollte zu Trude reisen. Egal ob bei Sonnenschein oder Regen. Wir fühlten uns immer wohl. Es war ein Traum die Sonne aufgehen zu sehen bei dem tollen Panorama. Das Haus hat alles zu bieten was man benötigt, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Auch Wanderungen und Ausflüge kann man machen. Danke für die wundervollen Tage.

Beautiful location near Skei. Recommend to follow Ivar's suggestions for hikes. Hamnanova was a relatively easy hike with breathtaking views when you reach the lookout at the top. Grovanipa is a more challenging hike, but the views are very rewarding. The cabin is well equipped, with Ivar providing firewood and all necessary amenities for a relaxing holiday in Norway. There is some noise from the highway at night, however we were fairly tired out from all of the great outdoor activities that this was not much of a concern. I will be planning to return to this peaceful cabin at some point in the future.

We had our best Christmas holidays ever at Thor's ! He is such an amazing and welcoming hosts. The fact that this is his house is truly amazing and makes it even more welcoming. The boat house is fully equipped and we had amazing activities on the ocean, even in December. Thor really went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you so much

Peder-Ottos AirBnb var en fantastisk oplevelse fra start til slut. Lejligheden var utrolig ren og velholdt, hvilket gjorde opholdet behageligt og afslappende. Der var et klart fokus på detaljerne, og det var tydeligt, at værten havde gjort sig umage for at skabe et hyggeligt og funktionelt miljø for gæsterne. Kommunikationen med Peder-Otto var også meget positiv. Han var hurtigt til at svare på spørgsmål og var altid tilgængelig, hvis der opstod små problemer under opholdet. Hans hjælpsomhed gjorde det hele endnu nemmere og mere komfortabelt. Som en ekstra gestus kom Peder-Otto forbi med en lækker kage en af dagene, hvilket virkelig satte prikken over i’et og gjorde oplevelsen endnu mere personlig og varm. Den slags venlighed og opmærksomhed på detaljerne er noget, der gør et ophold ekstra specielt. Alt i alt var det en utrolig positiv oplevelse, og jeg vil uden tvivl anbefale Peder-Ottos AirBnb til andre. Det er et sted, hvor man føler sig velkommen og godt taget imod.

Beautiful modern, yet cozy cabin with the most amazing view of the fjord! Peaceful location. Everything was great, comfortable bed and quality duvets, pillows, very well equipped kitchen, to mention a few things. Tormod is a really kind and responsive host. At times the fjord is so calm it’s like mirror. When I had a video call with my dad, he actually thought I’m showing him a picture and not the real view! Hope to stay here again!
