The unit was on the 3rd floor (rooftop), so if you are traveling with senior, it’s not advisable since malalaki steps ng stairs. Malaki ang balcony. The room was just right for 4pax. Mainit sa tanghali, di kaya ng AC, so good thing may electric fan to help circulate the air. Plates were a bit small, we were 4 and had 4 plates. So wala kami magamit pang serving plate. We were able to cook sa terrace since not allowed to cook inside, which is ok lang. CR was okay naman, with bidet, flush & hot water. Pero maliit yung drainage so matagal mawala water sa floor pag naligo ka. I liked that they have free drinking water, and it was self-check in. So nakapasok kami with no issues even at 12 midnight.

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

The place is great! It’s clean and has good wifi. May is a wonderful host! She made sure we’ve settled right in and even gave us a free extension. We’ve had a pleasant stay:) thank you!

Maganda yung property sobrang maluwag at malinis kumpleto din sa mga gamit pang luto. At very proactive yung mga caretaker ng unit may libreng pabuko pa para sa mga guest. Highly recommended po itong place na to sa gusto magrelax, sulit ang binayad namin. For the owner i recommend na kung pede pa double check ng refrigerator gawa ng hindi na masyado lumalamig yung chiller sa baba.

The place is big and will fit a big family. My grand kid enjoyed the small pool. Enjoyed our stay!

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

Maria’s place was amazing. My in-laws felt home and safe during their stay. Had a little hiccup during check in but they were very responsive and resolved it straightaway. Will definitely have their place as an option the next time I have someone staying in San Pablo.

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

Went with my officemates (12 pax) for our planning session and everyone was asking how much did we book the place. My workmates appreciated the place. It was beautiful! What we liked most: - carefully selected / themed furniture - ACs in the rooms and entertainment area. There were even fans in the dining area. - Not common in Airbnb is having an ice maker. It simplifies having gatherings as you don't need to bring tube ice - Fast wifi connection - Welcoming caretakers especially Chris - the beds were very comfortable. We snoozed to sleep after. - There were bath towels for each guest. But the extra and unique to the place is that they provided pool towels as well. - gas powered griller - The ambience was really relaxing We enjoyed our stay in Two Pines. Hoping to book again next time, this time with my family. Thank you Miguel for hosting us.

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

I am very satisfied with the service provided and sa room. one thing na Hindi ko lang nagustuhan is Yung elevator talaga. 6 naman Yung elevator pero grabe talaga tagal Ng paghihintay. Bigla din nagsasara Yung elevator. muntik pa may maipit na bata. sana maayos yung elevator bago pa may maaksidente

The room is really simple yet homey. The view of the Taal is magnificent. We just had a minimal problem with the sink since it was clogged though the caretaker is kind enough to have it fixed.

Nice location! The caretaker is quite accommodating, and it's a plus to have an honesty store! All in all, it was an amazing experience!

The place is exactly the same as what is listed. It was clean and complete. It fit our group and the host was kind enough to let us have another guest that exceeded the capacity. We were able to cook our food comfortably because their kitchen is complete with all the things that you need. The rooms have comfortable mattresses and pillows and the toilets were clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay, additional points is that they have board games and toys that kept our kids occupied while we prepared our food. We will definitely come back. :)

I had a great experience during my stay! The service was excellent—the staff member we contacted was very responsive and always willing to assist us whenever we had questions. The location is also a big plus, with tourist spots nearby and open parking lots available, which made things very convenient. I also appreciated the food setup—everything was stored in the fridge or cabinet, ready for us to purchase and enjoy whenever we wanted. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Sir Aldwin was very accommodating — he even helped us commute from the location since it was our first time in the area. He was very hands-on throughout the check-in and check-out process, which made everything smooth and easy. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a great experience for just the two of us. The room was very spacious — it’s normally good for 4 people, but I think it can comfortably accommodate up to 6. The bathroom was fully equipped with all the essentials, and the kitchen was complete as well. The bed was clean, with extra clean sheets provided. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable; we enjoyed streaming Netflix and YouTube without any issues. The balcony was a bit crowded, but it didn’t really matter because we loved the view, especially the glimpse of Taal Lake. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!
