The place is the same as advertised. It is fully equiped with gas range, oven, microwave, big rice cooker, refrigerator, water dispenser, shower heater, and heated pool. They also have a lot of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and pitchers. It was our 2nd home in short because it has everything you need. The location is peaceful and we felt relaxed. The pool is warm enough but not Pansol levels. You can also ask Ms. Grace to make the pool warmer. I think this is the highlight of our stay and the whole family loved it. I think the room looks old but they are clean and smell fresh. Linens and pillows smelt clean as well. Beds and pillows are soft and all of us had a good sleep. We wanted to stay longer! Ms. Grace and Ms. Merly was also attentive to our questions and requests. They were warm, easy to talk with and responsive. All in all, it was an excellent stay. Will not think twice to recommend this place to our friends and colleagues.

Maganda yung property sobrang maluwag at malinis kumpleto din sa mga gamit pang luto. At very proactive yung mga caretaker ng unit may libreng pabuko pa para sa mga guest. Highly recommended po itong place na to sa gusto magrelax, sulit ang binayad namin. For the owner i recommend na kung pede pa double check ng refrigerator gawa ng hindi na masyado lumalamig yung chiller sa baba.

This was an outstanding place to stay—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. The home had everything we could possibly need, from well-stocked kitchen tools to plenty of towels and all the essential bathroom amenities. It exceeded our expectations and made for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay there. Such a lovely house, so relaxing and comfortable to stay, peaceful surroundings... We brought with us our 4 dogs and they could roam around freely and safe. Anthony’s place feels feels like home. The surrounding is peaceful, lots of things to do like swimming, basketball or tennis. The subdivision is clean and lots of green around which is very relaxing if you need some time to unwind, and rest. The space is clean and everything you need is available. He is also very responsive and considerate. The place is near supermarket and restaurants. We would like to stay in his place again :)

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect bonding with family! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. That time kahit walang membership yung unit owner we were able to play tennis in the tennis court but we needed to pag 250 per pax - but very sulit! And very suki kami ng pool since we have kids with us. Will def come back again.

We had a company event here this past weekend and had such a lovely time. Hosts were exceptional with communication and everything went very smooth. The staff at Hilltop that worked the bar and overnight were extremely helpful as well. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 3D 2N at Camp Coco during Holy week. The place was easy to locate. It was so nice and clean. The pool looks appealing at night with its changing color. Another plus, is they have kuya Anton, their caretaker, who was really very accommodating, courteous and very hardworking. Hosts were responsive on all our queries. The place is highly recommended.

Michael was a good host. He’s responsive to all my queries. The place is great. The rooms & beds are big enough to accommodate us (11 guests). The kitchen has all the essentials in cooking (except the condiments which the guests need to bring). We enjoyed using the videoke. However, the doors of the T&Bs are hard to lock. And if I may suggest to add screen doors on the sliding doors to avoid insects getting inside the house esp at night. Add more electric fans in the main house. Overall, we had a peaceful & private stay in the resort.

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Maria! The place is very clean & is exactly as it was described. Everything is provided too— food, internet (for 100 pesos), etc. Ms. Mary is such a good host too— very responsive & very helpful. One thing I did appreciate about the place is that there are books available for kids to read! The beach was very clean & clear waters too! We will surely go back soon. We had the most incredible stay at this place! The house is just a short walk from the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. The place was well-equipped with lovely utensils and everything we needed to feel right at home. The owner and the helper were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. As an added bonus, we got a free banana boat ride, which was so much fun and a perfect way to enjoy the water. We were having such a great time that we decided to extend our stay for an extra day to make the most of the experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!

This Airbnb was truly a “what you see is what you get” kind of stay in the best way possible. It’s hands down the best one I’ve booked so far, from its stunning architecture to its thoughtfully designed interiors that serve both form and function. The location is also a big plus, very accessible and just past Twin Lakes Hotel, making it easy to find and close to key landmarks. I hosted an intimate girl dinner party with my bffs, and it was such a bonus that the place stayed quiet and peaceful even with the other unit occupied by a group as well. Kuya Marcon, the caretaker, was superb, extremely helpful and proactive, even cleaning the place and the pool in the morning without us needing to ask. The space is also perfect for big groups, with spacious bedrooms offering a total of five double beds, three in Room A and two in Room B, plus a cozy loft area with a pullout. Would definitely recommend and book again.

great place to unwind with kids. we took their phones away and just spent the time in the farm. best tging about it is we get to bring our pups too. secluded area but you will feel safe. internet's a little spotty but thats the thing, you have to disconnect from the busy world when you are here. you'll never run out of activities! hopefully next time, we get to stay longer!

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.
