My family & I had a great time! Such a beautiful home.

Our stay at the home was great, it was close to everything and was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 10 stayed for one week and we had a blast. We went to the beaches, Legoland, tide pools, and thrift stores, and even walked across the border. Iveth's place was perfect for our needs.

The house was easy to find and checking in was easy. The host was very responsive even though they had mentioned they were abroad. He addressed any questions or concerns we had promptly. The view is stunning and the design of the house is beautiful. My family is already asking when we will return.

As always, thank you Hector for letting us stay at your place again. Hoping to continue the yearly tradition!

My stay at this place was great. The house was spotless clean when we arrived. The host was always very responsive of all my questions. Him and his wife will go out and about to make your stay feel confortable. I felt at home. They were very flexible and they will work with you to make your stay feel not rushed. I like that is a private home with lots of security. I felt safe. My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

Another Perfect Stay! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as the first! The place is always spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches make it feel like a home away from home. Great place to stay in a safe and secure private community. Nice big house and close to the strip. Would definitely recommend if you want privacy, peace, and quiet while still being close to the strip.

Booked for my family when they came to visit! Great host and beautiful home! Very nice and safe location! Just a few blocks from highways to take you anywhere in SD. A hidden gem for sure! Will refer and book for others when they come to visit in the future!

Host was amazing!!!!! Best experience I’ve ever had. House was beautiful and very spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of extra linen. Towels were soft and clean. House was in a great location. Views of ocean from balcony.

La zona es muy tranquila y relajante, la casa estaba muy acogedora, cuartos y baños amplios y limpios, y la cocina esta muy bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, el clima es perfecto, el único “pero” que le puedo poner es que el internet no funcionaba muy bien, fuera de eso estuvo increíble!! (los guardias son muy estrictos pero eso no tiene nada que ver con la condición de la casa)

Love the environment, everyone was friendly and very peaceful neighborhood. The house was in great condition and lots of spices if you would want to make food for your stay. Francisco was understanding and answered your questions quick

We absolutely loved this place. We wanted to land in a place that was dog friendly, walkable to the beach and that’s exactly what you get here. Felipe was a great host. We made a last minute reservation after our original reservation did not go well and he accommodated us and allowed us to check in early. The home was beautiful and spacious. Everything was very clean. The pictures truly did not do the home justice. I would definitely recommend staying here and would not mind coming back myself.

Arturo was a wonderful host and responsive. He was flexible with our checkout time, and allowed me and my large family to be comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home to friends.

Loved our quick weekend getaway! only item I would note is the spotting WIFI. sounds like it is the area, which is not surprising. We were fine as we had kiddos leave the ipads at home and brought board games! wanted to get away from online activites. Our cellular service did work. :-) Host was extremely responsive. as in mintues! and answered all questions. It is winter, but kiddos liked walking to the beach and throwing rocks into the water. since it is a rocky beach, the waves make a special sound. it was cool! Host did warn us about being cold and no heat in house. THANKS. we brought little heaters and it was not a problem at all! warmed up during the day. it was only night time that it dipped a bit. thank you and we enjoyed our stay.

great home perfect for the amount of people that stayed there was so happy that i got to bring my cat , the rooms were nice and clean it was cold , but there was alot of extra blankets , will rebook if available for my next trip

This is definitely a comfortable, family home. It felt secluded, it was quiet, and very peaceful. The pool was fantastic and the hot tub is amazing. The home has everything you need and things you forget you’ll need. The attention to detail will be appreciated if you stay here. We will definitely keep this property on our “faves” list for property rental for our annual trips. Elena’s impressively fast response to any inquiry you have was also an awesome peace of mind.
