Franco was always very quick to respond and accommodating to our requests. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which was important to us as we were celebrating Christmas there. The house is in a very quiet area with a large yard.

Beautiful and welcoming home at a super location. Will be my go-to place in DC ever forward!

We were in town for a Monday night comedy. Stayed Sun-Tues morning. Loved how quiet the nightborhood was at night to sleep. Our favorite part was having our dogs with us , we love being able to travel with them and the backyard was perfect for them fenced in. They even had welcome snacks which was a sweet touch. Comfortable bed for myself and my partner. We stayed in Feb. & the house got warm really fast. They had tea and coffee at the kitchen and that was nice for cozy winter time. As a female, I really appreciated the feminine products in the bathroom. Our schedule didn't allow for the time , but it woulda been nice to take the Metro into the heart of DC but it was an hour commute. Driving wise really close to dc (25 mins) and Alexandria (15 mins). Loved our stay, would come again.

Great stay! Good safe area that’s really easy to get into the city.

The space was more than big enough to accommodate us. I slept well and my family did as well. We enjoyed ourselves and appreciated having the place all to ourselves.

We had an amazing stay at this charming farmhouse w our young kids and elderly parents! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway that we all needed. The chickens were a delight, and collecting fresh eggs was a unique experience. I cant tell you how much my kids love it. The pond added a serene touch, and the outdoor movie setup was a fantastic way to end our days. The host Hannah were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She is so pleasant to work with and very responsive. She sent us the local recommended restaurant list and we love them all. We did a day trip to Washington DC easily from this location. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat! Such an amazing airbnb stay and we will come back.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Patricia and Guillaume’s home and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Huge floor to ceiling windows out to the large yard in back. Big kitchen, great patio for barbequing, amazing pool with all the chairs, loungers, and floaties you need. Ping pong, pool table, comfortable, super clean, and really felt like you were invited into someone’s special place. This home is even better than what the photos and listing describe. The hosts are friendly, helpful, gracious, and excellent communicators. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment with many great restaurants nearby and within striking distance of DC.

Berhane was a very gracious host. He was easily reached. Quick check in.. Very quiet. Spacious porch. The area is beautiful, as is the home. It is five minutes from the Glenstone museum, which is open Thursdays through Sunday. It is about 20 minutes from Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historic Park. It snowed while I was there with my dog. It was as if the snow made the home and its surroundings more peaceful. We enjoyed our stay Berhane.

My family (spouse, toddler and newborn +pets) stayed at Kathryn’s for several months. We felt right at home. The house had lots of toys for my toddler to enjoy and we used the basement room as a dedicated play room. Great living space, comfortable bedrooms and a great location. Kathryn and her husband were both very responsive and helpful. Whether you are staying for a few nights or long-term like my family, I would highly recommend this place for the location and family friendly stay.

Loved staying here and there was plenty of space for me and my friends for the weekend!!! the host was also very responsive and got back to me quickly if I had any questions!

Alvin’s place was an absolute dream! Plenty of space to spread out and very comfortable for all 8 of us and our pup. The backyard is very private and fenced in for pets-huge bonus! The large game room/home gym downstairs was great for the younger ones. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is very peaceful and great for morning walks. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Me and my friends had a great time! Even the host didn’t provide private parking, but they did mentioned it’s easy to find parking on street (and it was easy to find parking!). The neighborhood is quiet and nice, absolutely love the camp fire in the backyard. We didn’t know how to turn it on at first, but they quickly reply our messages and help us figure it out. 😍 The couch is very comfy, the plants in the house bring the cozy atmosphere. The entire house is very clean and tidy👌 Highly recommend this place ❤️

great place to stay our hosts were very accommodating. we were there for our marines graduation and it is very close proximity to the base. very close to anything you may need. house was very well taken care of and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. my wife cooked a nice meal for our marine and had everything we needed to do it. Brian and Lisa were very personable and check in with us very regularly. would greatly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area

Jillian’s apartment was just what I needed for a quick stay in DC. The place was clean and had everything I needed. I didn’t do any cooking there but there was a nice coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and so was the TV room with a good couch. It is a basement apartment so there isn’t much in the way of windows or natural light, but I didn’t spend any time in the day there. Also keep in mind it is a solid 15-minute walk to the metro, so I ended up mostly getting an Uber to downtown (which was easy). Overall, a great spot for a short visit to DC!

This was a great stay! Clean and spacious apartment and it had everything we needed. Our pups loved playing ball down the long hallway. In a quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from a street full of bars and restaurants. Dawn was very responsive during our stay! We’d love to come back soon!

I’ve taken quite a few trips and this was the best Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed in. It looks exactly like the pictures and perfect for a large group. We were all able to have our own rooms and space. The house sits alone which is great for privacy. Crystal was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was spotless and well taken care of. It was well stocked with things we needed. The proximity to DC was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed in Laura’s basement suite for 3 days, it was mostly a great experience. There were a few things that were kind of unfortunate. We came after a bad snow and had a couple of rain showers during our stay, the snow and the rain flooded the space in front of the door and all the water from the back deck pours on to you from above. It’s not really the fault of the host, but I would definitely bring a rain jacket and some rain boots if you plan to check in when the weather is bad. I would also recommend you take the bed off the couch and move it to the floor as the pull out bed is at a weird angle where your feet are higher than your head. Aside from that Laura was a great host and responded in a heartbeat if I had a question or a problem. She also provided snacks and plenty of bottled water in the suite, I would definitely stay with them again!

My husband and I were looking for a quick getaway with our pup to hike and enjoy a nearby vineyard. This home and its location worked perfectly! Peaceful and private, the cottage is in a beautiful wooded setting. Yet we were still close to the supermarket (which we needed to run to). The kitchen is great, we enjoyed meals sitting at the bar. The home is bright and modern. We definitely would have been comfortable bringing our 2 kids who could have slept on the day bed in a separate room, and there is a door for access on either side of the restroom. Lovely home, thank you!
