We had a lovely stay. The cottage is great and plenty of room for everyone. The tablet in the kitchen is great for instructions-we would never have figured out the extractor fan without it! 😆

I had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage! The setting was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the hot tub—soaking under the stars was an unforgettable experience. The cottage itself was cozy, well-equipped, and spotless. The horses and chickens added to the feeling of a countryside retreat. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!

I booked this for my wife's 40th. the host was outstanding with there responses and efforts to make my wife's birthday special. they organised balloons/banners and flowers for when we arrived, and seafood from the local fishmonger for our evening meal. The cottage was extremely well equipped, the best I have seen yet and the cleanliness was to a very high slandered. I would highly recommend and look forward to coming back in the future.

If your like me, getting away to the countryside is bliss. This property was amazing. It was quiet, with a quirk of trains passing. It was amazing!!! I booked for a minimoon last minute and Jenny was so accomodating to this. We were over the moon. The hot tub was a bonus and didnt matter what time of day, it made everything so much more relaxing. We went out under the stars and due to no light polution, we were able to see all kinds in the sky. Just pure natural beauty. We have already recommended to friends and family and will defo be returning. Thank you Jenny x

A completely exceptional stay, from start to finish! Communication from Gemma was swift, friendly and proactive. The cottage itself was nothing short of perfection; from the comfiest bed I’ve even slept in on a holiday, to the high end luxury finish of the kitchen and bathroom, to the added extra of a spotless hot tub. Everything one could possibly need for a lovely stay was thought of, as well as a very kind welcome champers! Thank you for such a special stay. I can’t recommend you highly enough!

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this lovely cozy cottage in the beautiful village of Addingham. The cottage was nice and clean with welcoming goodies on arrival. Lorraine provided is us with useful information of places to visit around the location and how to access the parking space before we arrived. The hot tub is so relaxing after a nice walk. I have just spent a long weekend here with friends. The cottage is just perfect for a couple or a small family with everything you need. Very clean and spacious. There was a nice little welcome hamper which was greatly appreciated, thank you Henry and Jane. Absolutely beautiful surroundings with many places to walk. Stunning views. There are also a few friendly local pubs but we didnt eat out so can't review those. The hot tub was very welcoming and used every evening. The only feedback I would give is to maybe add some lighting over the hot tub area for when it gets dusk. As you're in the countryside, there isn't any street lamps so it gets very dark at dusk. It only needs ambient lighting. That aside, absolutely no complaints at all from us. We love the relaxation as thats what we needed. I would highly recommend staying at Orchard Cottage. We hope to be returning one day.

The cottage is beautiful and the small touches are so thoughtful. Beautiful surroundings and great location to access walks. Wendy was very friendly and responsive to messages and made the check in process easy.

The house was absolutely lovely warm, inviting, and beautifully maintained. Every detail, from the charming decor to the cozy ambiance, made it feel like a true home away from home. The outdoor area was equally delightful, perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee or an evening under the stars. It was clear that great care had been taken to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. A truly wonderful stay!

Marvick Cottage was a peaceful, relaxing and perfect place to stay. We love Staithes and visit whenever we can, and this cottage matched our needs. While it was small, it had everything we needed, was warm, comfortable, and relaxing. The double bed was the comfiest mattress we have ever slept on. Highly recommended all round. Thank you, Keeley

We loved staying at Jackie and Izzy's cottage which was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The cottage is ideally located for exploring North Yorkshire with easy access to York. A lovely stay - thank you!

We had a perfect weekend in Mark & Aaron’s place - it had everything we needed, was warm and cosy and the location in beautiful Robin Hood’s Bay is amazing.

A wonderful couple of days away in a beautiful part of the country. The cottage was perfect for a relaxing half term mini break, we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub with a fantastic view of Robin Hood’s Bay. Steve was a great host and supplied us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from local recommendations to fire logs. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, thank you Steve!

What a find! Amazing place to stay. Not only is it a 5 star accommodation, it's a perfect place to explore the local area and has the best back garden I've ever experienced i.e. "The Himalayan Gardens & Sculptures". The accommodation itself was warm, cosy and spotlessly clean, plenty of space for two adults and two springer spaniels. We valued the entrance with it's stone floor to rub down our wet pups when arriving back after our adventures. With plenty of logs for the burner it added to the feeling of home from home. Everything supplied in the cottage is top class quality. The outside area included an enclosed patio which many need if they have dogs with them. We were there when the gardens were closed so it was quiet and such a treat to be able to walk around not sharing it with anyone else. We will be back and have already recommended the cottage to our friends and family. Thank you Will and Sophie

This was our 2nd stay at Autumn Cottage and it was as good as we remembered. A great space for 2 people. The village pub is a couple of doors along the road and the owners and other customers are very friendly and were more than willing to offer recommendations of places to visit in the area. If we come back to this part of Yorkshire we would definitely stay here again

We had a lovely weekend in Haworth. The house was clean, comfortable and really close to the town centre, pubs and walks through the moors. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Such a lovely place for a family break. This was by far the best family friendly place we have stayed. The outdoor space was lovely, the location felt really secluded and we really appreciated the thoughtful facilities for young children. Loads of books, toys, games and really family friendly layout. Friendly and welcoming hosts who were responsive and even left us a tasty cake, but also happy to leave us to it. Kitchen was really well equipped too - everything you could possibly need. Four of us have just spent 3 nights in Peewit Cottage. From the moment we arrived, we all felt right at home, the place was spotless, beds very comfortable too! Everything you could possibly need for a self catering stay was provided. Having the private hot tub was fabulous, we loved it after full days of being tourists in the local area. On a separate note, we would highly recommend a visit to Beamish Museum which was about a 30 min drive, we also spent a day in Durham City & booked a 2.5 hr History/City Tour with walkaboutdurham - highly recommended. Tour Guide Peter is very knowledgeable & so passionate about his job plus he gives everyone a "free" cocktail voucher for Turtle Bay - well deserved after 2.5hrs walking around the City 🤣🤣
