Erika's place is a dream vacation kind of a place, even in the winter time the house was warm and cozy with plenty of room for us to spread out, find a quiet nook to read a book, or gather with family to enjoy movies in front of the fireplace! The kitchen was packed with everything you could dream of to create amazing meals. We even used the Peloton bike (brought our own shoes) in the well equipped exercise room. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, we all slept well! We especially loved the master shower with the bench and rain shower head. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but close to great restaurants and the beach! We hope to plan a trip in the summer and will definitely book again, at which time we will enjoy the backyard and barbeque! Don't hesitate to book this house! We had a great stay at Jacob’s place. Everything was clean, had plenty of extra towels, and amenities. We didn’t need anything during our stay as everything was taken care of. Jacob was also proactive in communicating and had no issues. We stayed here for a wedding in New Hope and it was a perfect location. There is a nice coffee shop, Italian restaurant, and ice cream shop right by the Airbnb that we all loved. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay with a group of friends! Large common areas and lots of games provided. Yariv was a proactive communicator and was very interested in ensuring we had a great stay. Recommend for a larger group or family!

Frances’ cottage is perfect! Charming, well appointed and cozy, with lovely furniture and decor. The location is beautiful! We had a peaceful and restorative weekend!

Nice, small cozy cottage in a quaint neighborhood. The private access to the beach was a major plus. Place was clean with all the basics needed. Outdoor fire pit was awesome. Walking distance to coffee shops/food spots/ general stores. Rob was very personable and friendly. Perfect for a couple or few friends visiting the beach. Plenty of space for myself and my partner plus our dogs.
