The location was beautiful! You’re right on the beach in a private area so it’s never packed. We didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere and it’s a very reasonable walk to quite a few restaurants and Walmart for groceries/ needs. Although there is a coffee maker, you will need to provide your own coffee beans!! The pool was very nice and relaxing, but it was freezing and definitely not heated (no fault of the host)! There’s a nice hot tub to keep warm. We would definitely stay again! Thankful to Josh for a great stay:)

Place was as described and so convenient! Came for Ironman Florida and the proximity helped so much to eliminate any further stress! Being on a low floor meant rarely waiting for an elevator when we were not bringing a lot to and from the condo! The views were not compromised at all on a low floor, and noise was never a problem. Comfortable beds and great pillows make all the difference between an OK and a great nights sleep, and this place had both!

Gave very detailed instructions and made sure I understood everything. The owner also was very responsive and answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and looked just like the pictures and felt like we was at home. Would definitely rent again

We had the most wonderful week there! Everything was exactly as listed!!! The hosts were amazing and so responsive with any questions we had! Everythinb was so easy, family friendly resort, and we truly just had the best time! We cannot wait to go back again!! We are so grateful!!!!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was exactly as described. Comfy beds, clean, and amazing views! We love the Summit and Maria’s condo was perfect! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Bonnie’s place was super cute! Design was very cool! Close to beaches, shopping, etc. She was very responsive and helpful! Great stay!!!!

Randi was a welcoming and friendly host. The apt is quiet & private- a great retreat! Comfy bed, clean bathroom, and ample kitchen to prep meals but also close to lots of restaurants. Very nice!

We visited during spring break and enjoyed our stay at Marcie’s place! We’ve stayed in the complex once before in a different unit and we preferred hers. It is at the back of the complex but that did not make the walk any longer than an additional minute than the last unit we stayed in. She was quick to respond and let us know ahead of time that we could have an early check in (which was very appreciated since we were driving in and it was storming). Our only negative was that we kept forgetting to take Moses on our adventures! Now we’ll have to stay again so we can include him! Thanks again, Marcie! :)

Quaint little house in a cute and quiet street with a short 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 2 minute drive to lots of restaurants and icecream shops. It was very clean upon arrival and the host was responsive and helpful with any questions/comments we had. Even though it was small inside, it managed to be perfect for 5 girls and the back patio also allows for more gathering space

Communication with Joseph was just wonderful. The apartment was just as described. Felt like home and had absolutely everything we needed. Pool was wonderful and the beach was just a 5 minute walk. I hope to go back sometime.

The condo was everything it promises. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only suggestions would be provide pot holders and washcloths. We didn't feel comfortable using the outside grill. A few notes about the building itself. We felt it was not too guest friendly when checking in. All times of the day, luggage carts were kept locked and requested we leave a driver's license until cart was returned. Shopping carts required a refundable $5.00 token purchase.

We are a repeat guest with Channon. Check in and check out could not be easier. Her properties are clean and have everything you need.

Very first time using Air BnB, instructions were clear and host very responsive to any questions I had. Would be great for a family with kids going on vacation, the bunks in the hallway were so cute!

BEAUTIFUL condo with second to none views of the Gulf. Unit was clean, comfy, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Alex is a wonderful host. 10/10 recommend booking.

My husband, dog, and I spent a week here and loved every minute of it! Carillon Beach is absolutely beautiful, the pools are amazing, and community is lovely. We loved being close to 30a and hopping around all the beach towns in the evenings, as well as being near pier park for our dog :) The unit is exactly what is pictured and had ample space for us. Seriously our dream vacation, we will 1000000% be back!

My friends, my boyfriend and I spent most of our vacation in the unit! It was perfect for all the nasty weather we had! Very peaceful, clean, and accessible! We were a hop and a skip from the pool. Definitely will be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Beach was across the street and was a close walk from condo. We would stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay these last few days. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated and absolutely perfect for what I needed. Jackie was wonderful and I had a couple of questions and she responded in a very timely manner . The location is awesome . I did lots of walking, but that was because I went in all different directions. The beach was probably a 10 minute walk and further restaurants in the Rosemary Beach area were about a 15 minute walk. The area is just very very pretty. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The only slight downfall, which was my fault because I didn’t look into the dates, but it was spring break for a lot of kids . So there were quite a few teenagers around. But all in all, I really enjoyed my time there. Beautiful place all the way around . Really appreciated Jackie‘s hospitality and recommendations.
