Thank you to Tea and her wonderful family for meeting us to offer a tour at check-in! We greatly appreciated the personalized touches and the ample sleeping options with open spaces for connecting with our friends (visiting as part of the Buck Fifty race). The hot tub was perfect after a long day and only wish we could have spent longer in this beautiful home. Tea was extremely communicative throughout the whole process. Thank you again for everything!

Spent a few days visiting family and rented this great spot near amenities we knew we'd be looking for. Enough "off the beaten path" for some peace and quiet but still super accessible to what Chillicothe has to offer. Easy to hop onto the highway and head up to Columbus also. Randi was responsive during the set up and even gave the heads up to get our donuts on Saturday. Clean, stocked with linens and welcomes! Recommend! if you're looking for a nice place to stay, this is wonderful.

Seth was great from the first message inquiring on property to the last message of checkout. He was quick to respond and even called to get a better understanding of our needs as far as dates and/or possible extension of dates. House was as described and looked like the photos. House was clean and had everything we needed while there. Will definitely recommend and If we ever go back to Ohio I know where I’ll stay.

We had a great stay at The Sanctuary - such an interesting place! I would love to know more about the church's history. Everything is clean and comfortable and it worked well for our family.

I loved that this location was 0.3 miles from the Arc of the Appalachia, which was a nice place to hike. Unfortunately our family and the other family we were going with separately had health issues needing us to reschedule our original dates. Meredith was generous in allowing rescheduling. Cute kids spaces with plenty of toys and games for the kids to dive into.

Lovely stay in Chillicothe. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, things to do, etc. but house sits back up on a hill, so it is quiet and has a nice yard to play in. House was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.
