Myself & two friends stayed here at the lavender cottage for a night on your yearly get away , we had some musical instruments with us and a micro phone so as you do we set up a jam in the absolutely beautiful sitting room right in front of the fire place and played music for about 6 hrs . The half door looks out to an amazing view of lough Melvin and the Mountains beyond . This trip was one of the most memorable get aways we have had , absolute gem of a property. Very quite and only a few mins drive and you can hit the waves at tullan strand and all the other famous surf spots within 10 mins drive . everything we needed was there and more . hidden gem 💎 peace , love and burritos Ray .

Thank you for the pleasant stay. The house is located in a quiet area, yet close to the center. It is cozy, and you can find everything you need. We also had lovely trips around the area. Thank you for the great tips.

My husband and myself spent 2 nights at this wonderful spot to celebrate our recent wedding. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Eddie who showed us around and explained how everything worked. This place truly is a slice of heaven from the fire being lit when we arrived to the gorgeous bottle of bubbles and heart laid out on the bed. Every detail is thought of here. To note for future guests the pizza oven is completely private and ready to use all we had to do was light the firelighter underneath. There is also multiply skillets so you really can cook anything. The hot tub plunge pool and Sauna was unreal and so easy to use. Annemarie is so lovely greeted us for check out and a call before check in. Thank you all for the best relaxation experience we truly needed after our big day. We certainly will be back!!

Thanks for the stay Patricia, it was perfect for our family. The place is clean and comfortable in a beautiful location. It is also very convenient for Donegal town for restaurants and shops and for Harvey’s point also if you are in the area for a wedding

Absolutely beautiful spot! All the check in instructions were provided before, made it very easy to get into our unit. Host was so friendly and came down to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. Hot tub was ready to go and made for such a special night! Could not recommend this place enough!

Franks place was absolutely beautiful. Well decorated, good provisions and everything needed was there. Very thoughtful to leave a nice bottle of wine, milk and some treats too. Much appreciated :-) We had a lovely peaceful break in a serine little village right on the border. Just what was needed to recharge the batteries. Thanks again Franke. We would definitely recommend.

Mark’s place was super cute. We slept great in the beds and the shower had amazing water pressure. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. Once we figured out the outlet switches and water pump spurs all was good. Be aware, the fridge is a small under the counter unit. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking needs. Mark was very responsive and flexible with our requests. We enjoyed the area and had a couple hot tub dips. I highly recommend Mark’s cottage in Belturbet. The place was nice and tidy. A little trouble flushing toilets and shower drains draining but other than that it was wonderful.
