It's a great pied-à-terre, very central for everything that you need in Ossett, very close to the M1 for access and as comfortable as our own home.

We were late check in at 10:30pm. Grace still has replied to me promptly and guided us to the apartment. She is very considerate and let us staying until 12pm on the next day. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Thank you very much.

Zenith, is a great host. I have stayed in three of her appartments and I have not be dissapointed. Would stay again.

The perfectly peaceful place for my now husband and I to spend our first 24 hrs married! It felt as though you were actually in Paris! Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time. The accommodation had literally everything you need or could want! Superb quality. Super comfy beds and all the little details were great. Communication was quick, friendly and efficient and couldn’t recommend more. Didn’t want to come home! So quiet all night and felt safe.

Beautiful lodge in a quiet surrounding just perfect to chill for a few days. Excellent very well maintained little extra made this well worth the money, though we didn’t see our hosts and this is most definitely not a negative as we prefer that we also knew that if there was anything me required or needed they were on hand. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sanita & Dave’s place! The apartment was neat, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a family. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the train station and the city centre. Everything was smooth and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

A very clean cosy apartment. I have enjoyed staying there. It has got everything you need. Communication with the host was fantastic. Parking near the apartment is challenging. Opposite is a car park where you can park for free until 4pm. Later there is good space opposite of the Busy Bee Nursery at King St which is about 5min walk to the apartment.

a lovely place to stay, perfect for 1 person (though would fit two people). the host very kindly messaged prior to mention they supplied milk, butter + bread, noticed I was vegan and provided alternatives! there was tea + coffee provided, plus lots of seasonings and condiments in the cupboards should you need. comfortable bed, clean + tidy space and perfect for a 3 day trip. would definitely recommend :)

Aaron is an excellent host. We stayed for a month with our dog. We were made to feel welcome from the start to the end of our visit. The accommodation is great we felt comfortable and relaxed. The location is good for shops, takeaways and not far from the city centre. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Aaron.

Great location for the Peak District! Lovely accommodation. Tony was incredibly responsive, gave good instructions on how to arrive and was helpful whenever I contacted him, you can tell a lot of thought has gone in to the space. The shower was lovely and powerful. Something that was really appreciated after the long walks. Bed was really comfortable and seemed much larger than a queen size bed, sheets were lovely and clean. Appreciated having a parking place so close to where we were staying. Views across to the reservoir were amazing, we took a walk across the road to it and they were lovely, beautiful nature walk along the reservoir just across the road. Peaks cavern only 40 minutes away and the b29 crash sight parking only a 15minute drive away. Would recommend this stay and will definitely be returning.

John was so helpful our entire stay. Very friendly, happy to share some places to eat and walk. I am 7 months pregnant and asked of we could use their air con (even though it wasn't summer) and he promptly got it out and set up for us - made me so much more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Garden Retreat is a lovely ground floor apartment with direct access to a lovely garden. The property was spotlessly clean with lots of additional touches such as phone chargers and torch. It was actually larger than I expected. It was comfortable with everything I could need and more. A large kitchen, comfortable lounge and quiet bedroom. The shower is blissful! Jonathan is lovely, welcoming but also respectful of privacy. There if needed. It’s about a 25 minute easy walk into Belper with its shops and eateries. Lots of great walks from the apartment and Belper. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit with my two dogs. I do hope I can visit again.

Beryl was a wonderful host! We stayed for 1 night as a quick stopover on a long journey and Beryl was very accommodating. Even though we booked with very short notice the space was immaculate so we could tell Beryl had very high standards. Everything was spotlessly clean and as described. We had a great nights sleep and the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Even though we didn’t have the opportunity to use it due to our fleeting visit, the patio seating area was really nice and no doubt a great place to enjoy the countryside air. I would highly recommend Beryl’s place.

From the moment I arrived I was warmly welcomed by my wonderful hosts. After a tour of the apartment I settled in immediately, feeling at home and very relaxed. The kitchen and utility room are well appointed with everything you could want (plus treats for canine & humans, throws, dog beds and towels etc.), the cosy living room has a VERY comfortable sofa, dining table/chairs and a cabinet full of things to entertain every member of your family (including your dog!). The king sized bed is very comfortable and the room is tastefully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere, guaranteed to enhance sweet dreams. The bathroom is wonderful-not only is the shower a generous size but is lovely and powerful but the whole bathroom has plenty of space and is very cosy with plush towels a plenty! I didn’t try out the spa bath but it is available for people who prefer baths instead. All in all, I thoroughly recommend Sue and Kevin’s apartment (not forgetting to mention their two lovely labradors)

Georgies place was great, we stayed as attending an event at John Charles centre of sport. Was super easy to get to, a pub, eateries, takeaways and shop within walking distance. Beds were really comfortable and really good shower. Would definitely stay again if visiting Leeds!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very spacious. It has everything you need. We had a toddler and a baby and there was plenty of space for a travel cot in either bedroom. The location is perfect, a short walk to the centre of town but the property itself and particularly the garden feels very tranquil. Gareth and Charlotte were very responsive to messages and we saw them a few times during our stay when coming and going but not at all intrusive. Overall it was a great stay and we would absolutely stay again next time we come to Buxton. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is both a great location for walking in to a Buxton and also ideal for driving to places like Mam Tor and Kinder Scout. Apartment was very homely, the hosts provided basics like milk & biscuits (much appreciated). We were left to our own devices but the hosts were on hand to help with anything we needed. What a fantastic place. Immaculate in every respect. You would be hard pressed to find a cleaner, fresh and welcoming space. Ultra modern kitchen with everything you would need. Great location and really handy for the town centre. It comes with private parking too. Not sure how you could improve it. Definitely made the right choice staying there. Thank you

We had a lovely weekend, the flat was clean and comfy in a great location. It was very peaceful but so close to the centre of Buxton. I would definitely recommend staying here!
