This is a beautiful, clean, well decorated home in a safe private neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and very spacious with lots of storage space. The patio was private with a beautiful pool that was well heated for this time of year. The beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home.

Ronnie’s house was awesome! We brought our boat over and it was just a quick ride to open water. The kids loved the pool when we went in the boat. House was spotless and very nice! Ronnie was very quick to answer and checked on us every day during the stay. Don’t hesitate on booking. You will be happy you did!

The house was beautiful as described in pictures. it was nice and quiet. a quaint place to stay. quiet neighborhood safe environment area for kids. kids love the pool. also while staying there we had a little issue with plumbing, the owner Ronald was there within 30 minutes as he said fix the problem. he was very respectful, very friendly, assured us that we did nothing wrong. would stay at this place again and also their other listing that they recommended us. we will be staying sometime soon

Comfortable home with everything you need! Great location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Spacious and welcoming. Exceptional communication with host who was proactive and timely. Excellent for families or a couples vacation.

I didn’t realize I booked a duplex (I missed that even thought it is right in the description) so I was nervous that it might be noisy or not private. I was so wrong! I sat out on the lanai every day with a good book, a coffee or wine and it felt private and so relaxing. The other side was occupied and there were folks on their lanai at points but it still felt private - having the garages between the 2 units gave us plenty of privacy and no carryover noise. The house was nicely done and so comfortable. Also so convenient to get to the 2 beaches that were open post Helene and Milton. So easy to get to everything we wanted to do. Reuben was so responsive whenever I had questions as well. Really enjoyed our week here, and will definitely consider staying again on our next trip to Englewood.

What a find! The house was clean, and finishes were new. Everything that you could need was provided. The best feature of the home were the pool and the canal. If you enjoy watching birds and nature, this is the place. We also enjoyed the nearby park with its trails and wildlife. Highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Home was well stocked with essentials & had very peaceful & beautiful surroundings. I tried to make it a point to watch the sunset every night as its really something to watch from the screened in sunroom. If your into the outdoors you can sit on the new dock & occasionally see some gators. Felt like home for our 3 month stay :)

If you are looking for peaceful, calm, clean and safe, you want this place. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe on this property and walked around the property at night with no fear. It is very gated and the front desk crew are incredible. The only fair warning is because of all the steel used to build the building (must withstand hurricanes) your internet is iffy and same goes for your phone service. If those 2 things aren't a concern, I would stay here in a NY minute. The host responded to me immediately and after checking in, I didn't have to contact her because everything went so smoothly.

It was a wonderful place for our long weekend getaway. It had everything you could ever need and a short walking distance to the beach. Everything was described well!

My husband and I had a great time staying here. We were very close to EVERYTHING, seriously a short drive to all the beaches and even managed a trip to Universal. The place was very clean and spacious, we had not packed much but the hosts had provided anything we were missing (the iron was a great surprise). If you are looking for a quiet and comfy stay, do check this place out, the bed was seriously huge and way too comfortable. Oh and definitely stop at the Peruvian restaurant just down the street!! 10/10 will most likely return to this Airbnb!

We loved our 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and balcony overlooking the grill,hammocks and picnic table area. Easy walk to the beach and we found sharks teeth without any equipment or sifting.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time. It is close to downtown and quaint shops. The grounds are very nice with a fire pt and chairs facing the inlet/canal between the buildings. There are also chairs facing the inlet /canal on the other side off the parking lot so you can watch the boats go by and watch the bridge open and close when bigger boats go by. There is also a pool past the fire pit area . We walked to the beach approximately a mile to the main Venice beach entrance. Beautiful area. Linda was very attentive to our questions. We would definitely come back!!

Pavelsplace was beautiful and spacious and served our family’s need perfectly. We flew in for my dads funeral and there were 11 of us staying there. 6 adults and 5 children. We never felt crowded and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The host was super responsive and respectful. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a large group.

House was a last minute book for a family emergency and it worked out perfect. Modern, clean, visually appealing, close to family (and the beach). The kitchen was fully stocked which was appreciated as we cooked there a few times.

Had a great stay! The home is very clean and in excellent condition. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The location is perfect—just 4.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach and about an 18-minute drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

10/10 Absolutely loved Dave’s place! Honestly the best stocked out house we’ve ever stayed in. house was clean and functional. It was great for our 3 family group of 12. (6 kids & 6 adults) We easily fit 2 boats (22ft bay boat & 25 ft offshore boat) on the seawall at Dave’s house. The outdoor living spaces were the best. We spent the majority of our 6 days outside on the pool deck. The pool was great, we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Dave was super quick to answer any questions and resolve a little issue we had. The beds were cozy. Plenty of bathrooms which was great since we had 12 people in our group. Huge island in the kitchen, and plenty of places to sit and eat. It was very comfortable even with so many people. You can’t beat the location. Just a few minutes to Stumps Pass by boat. A little bit longer you can be to LGI or Cayo Costa. We would absolutely rent Dave’s place again

Our stay was fantastic! The place was exactly as pictured—very clean and well-maintained. It’s in a quiet and private area while still being close to everything. The pool was a great bonus, and my friends and I had an amazing time. Yosdel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

As always Siesta Key is a paradise! Villa 7 at Crescent Arms is the perfect spot, close to beach and convenient parking. Unit was clean and spacious. Despite SK being in repair/rehab mode everywhere you look, Villa 7 was one of the few ground level units 100% functional. We love Siesta Key and will be back!
