Very comfortable and cozy home. Heated pool was a plus! Very responsive to any request we had.

This home was perfect for our group. We loved having 3 en-suite master bedrooms. The location is great for beach(Siesta Key), waterfront restaurants and shopping. We would definitely book again!

My wife and I stayed at Wendy's place for a month. The house is located in a nice quite area surrounded by similar one family homes. The poeple in the area were very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and communication withour host was easy. The home has a nice in ground pool in the back heated by solar. The home also had a nice lani in the back with a grill and table. The yard was very large and private.

Everything about the house is perfect!! Beautiful, spotless, high quality, quiet & safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area! And recommend it to anyone! Oleg is quick to respond to any questions.

Great house! Enclosed/screened heated pool in a private backyard area was perfect. Convenient location close to all the essentials--gas, grocery, Walmart/Target. Sabina was very responsive/prompt with answers to our questions.

Leyla's property was perfect for our stay. Came to visit our grandkids who lived in North Port and gave us a great spot to relax at the end of the night.

Paul’s house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We found the house clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were nice beach chairs and beach towels to use and the pool was well heated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Paul was quick to respond to our question we had. It’s definitely a place we will stay again.

This place was wonderful. The pool lanai was amazing. The home is close to everything and has bars restaurants within walking distance.

First I would like to say thanks so much to William and Terri. What a beautiful home you have. My family and a great stay at your house I would have to say the pool was the big hit. The boys absolutely loved it. The area was beautiful the shopping in downtown Venice has tons of shops to go and check out. Manasota Key Beach was fun as well shark tooth exploring and shell hunting was great it's kind of a must do if your there. Can't say enough had a great stay beds were comfy. Olga’s listing was a perfect home for workcation. Has an office room, looks exactly the same from the picture, very clean, and they’ve got everything you need if you plan to cook. I take sleepy seriously and curtain kept room nice and dark in the morning. Movable shower head and instapot were added bonus for us where we were able to cook rice. Pool was super clean despite hurricane hits hard in the area, too. There has been minor issues here and there due to Hurricane Milton but Olga was very attentive and always promptly helped to solve the issue. Highly recommend to rent it if you plan to be in the area.

The Duplex was very, very clean. The Charging Station located on the leather sofa was a wonderful extra benefit! Doris was quick to respond to the beeping smoke alarm at the time we checked into the Duplex. Another unexpected plus included the LED lighting on the King Bed headboard! The duplex is on a quiet street but also quick & easy access to a main highway. We were very pleased with our stay and will consider staying here next time.

Betty is an excellent host. Clean and spacious for a studio! Loved the pool. Close to Siesta Beach and nice restaurants. We will definitely come to rest and relax at this peaceful Airbnb. Thank you

Awesome and fantastic stay. The house was really cute, comfortable, and loved the beach vibe. Ken knew I came into town for a golf tournament and set up a little putting mat for me!! Can’t say enough good things about my stay here. Hope to return in the future!!

Beautiful home! In the garage they had beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, fishing rods and scooters. Made our visits to the beach much easier and convenient. I recommend bringing your bikes if you want to bike around the neighborhood!

This was our third stay in North Port/Port Charlotte area but our first at this particular property so we were quite familiar with the area. On arrival, check in was simple and quick; the property is exactly as described, was beautifully clean and is nicer than the pictures show. The locale seems very new and not yet fully developed, therefore not particularly busy or noisy. We were two couples so had plenty of space but this would also suit families. The listing is semi-detached (duplex) style and the adjoining unit was fully occupied during our stay and surprisingly, never heard the neighbours at all even though the first guests had young children! Very quiet and above our expectations. Communication with our host team was excellent, from initial questions about the listing, through booking and during our stay. Responses were always fast, timely and concise. We would definitely stay again in this property and loved the North Port area.

This is our 5th year staying on the same street. Sheryl’s place felt like home. Kitchen was stocked up to all my needs to cook for a family of 5. Spacious front yard where we bbq and spent nice evenings. She offered earlier check in for our convenience. Instructions were emailed, very clear. Sheryl was very responsive. We’ll be back:)

Wojciech was a great host - let us drop groceries off and check in early! The house was a 10 min drive to everything we had planned. We appreciated all of the beach amenities!

My family and I had a marvelous time at this home. Our host at RentalStar LLC is very kind and was helpful during our stay. The kitchen is so modern and divine! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are soft and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We had a blast and we will definitely return! Book this home for your next stay! Guests will love. love, love this property. Well priced. The inviting, calming feel inside likely comes from attention to detail and noticeable ongoing maintenance. Friendly and trusting hosts Melissa and Ron responded in no time to our texts and calls. The pantry provides get-started items; the cooks thought the kitchen to be well designed and fully equipped. The home wowed our relatives and friends. Our travel partner was thrilled that a pocket door separated her guest room area from the common area as it also created an ensuite. We spent most of the two months lounging on the lanai poolside with the two sets of sliders at right angles open on temperate days to become an inside/outside open space. Weekly landscaping and pool care keep the exterior ship shape. The home is set on a quiet street away from loud voices and sounds. It’s situated for short travel to Venice, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Int. 75 and Rt. 41. This property is a home, not a minimalist rental.

Our trip to Sarasota was for my mother’s Sea Burial. 3 Grownups and my 4 year old. Elena’s home was perfect. Very welcoming, clean and we absolutely loved the pool. It was a very emotional and family oriented trip and I’m happy we stayed at Elena’s. It took worry off of our shoulders, we felt self, lots of options around us for food, beach chairs and umbrellas provided. She also was very accommodating and understanding of our main goal of the trip. Definitely can recommend, if we ever travel back I’d love to book Elena’s house again!

We had to make a last minute trip due to family emergency and booked Brian’s place. What an amazing host! We arrived early and Brian accommodated a bit early checkin. He met us there and gave us a tour of the home and the beautiful pool oasis (due to our visit we unfortunately could not enjoy. Brian is truly a stand out host, messaging us to make sure we were not in need of anything. We cannot wait to come back under different circumstance and enjoy the tiki bar and pool Thanks again Brian for your warm hospitality.

Fantastic stay! We has some issues with the house we rented last year so I was nervous about renting again. Delsy went way beyond normal to answer my many questions and concerns prior to renting with Her. She was very patient and gracious with us. Her house was spotless and bug free. All beds were comfortable. Highlight of this house is the back yard and many plants surrounding the house. There is a shaded area consisting of eating table, hot tub, and couches so you can get out of the sun and then the pool is in a sunny area all enclosed within a Lanai. Hot tub and pool were fantastic. Pool is about 12X24. Big enough to swim in yet small enough that the sun heated it up to a comfortable temp. Delsy is very nice . She bought us a new barbeque. House has some bonuses not mentioned in ad such as two beach chairs , and pool noodles. A wonderful experience and I would have no problem recommending this house to my friends. Thank you Delsy for everything.

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.
