Well decorated and homey. Can’t beat the location. Seconds from the beach and minutes from town. Communication was easy. We stayed for just a few nights (3) but the place seemed set up for a longer term stay and we would have been comfortable. Limited hot water but FANTASTIC water pressure in the shower. As others mentioned the third bedroom is flex and does not have a door to it. Not an issue for us but worth noting for those looking to stay longer. Overall highly recommend we had a delightful stay

We transferred over to Richard’s Airbnb location seamlessly during the last hurricane. The place was very spacious, comfortable, with high end finishings, easily accommodating myself, daughter, granddaughter, and pet. Richard was a great host especially considering the circumstances. Very responsive and openly communicative when needed or necessary. We would definitely stay at Richard’s Place again when in the area. Eric - out of state traveler

Alex's place was great and convenient to everything we wanted to do while we were there for Spring Training.

The house was beautifully renovated, had magnificent views and lovely places to sit outside. Beds were comfortable and linens were lovely. Everything was very high end. My only caveat is that this is not a cooking kitchen-there is an outdoor grill but otherwise, there is a small (ish) air fryer and the refrigerator is an under the counter model so it is not very capacious. If you like to cook, this might not be the rental for you. If you like to grill and eat out mostly, it would be fine. We had a lovely time ( 3 weeks) staying here and Jack was a great host and a delight to work with.

This is an adorable two-bedroom cottage with a large living room. The location is easily walkable to a number of restaurants and bars. These establishments were close enough to sit in the backyard and listen to the live bands playing at those venues. I loved that! The house was immaculate and nicely furnished and it was centrally located to downtown and close to Punta Gorda Isles and Port Charlotte. Easy to find off the interstate. Would return!

We loved the location of the beach, restaurants and shops. All very short walk. Erica was super responsive to all our needs. Awesome property

We enjoyed our time in Troy’s place in Punta Gorda. The home is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool is amazing and fishing from the dock was fun.

I’ve stayed in SK for years and this place and location are a hidden gem. Place was perfect in every way and you can tell the owner put pride in every touch. So clean, modern and comfortable. We will return! It’s so great when you feel at “home” on vacation. Thanks Stephanie for sharing your awesome home with my crew.

Great location with lots to do in walkable restaurants. The host was great and the neighbors were great. Highly recommend.
