We had a great short stay! Kids loved the toys, trampoline, and kayaks! House was clean and comfortable and matched the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely worth every penny! The house has an amazing vibe throughout, and the couple of ponds with fish add a charming touch to the experience.

We enjoyed our stay in Peniel and David's apartment. They were very friendly and accommodating. It was a very bright and comfortable space. Peniel brought us goodies. It was very nice to have the basics for breakfast. We would recommend staying with them.

Great place to stay while we were in Rotorua for an event. 10 min drive into the centre of town but also a 2 min walk to the lake at the end of the road! Comfy beds and Tumamao left lots of basic ingredients etc for us that made cooking much easier! Thankyou!

We had a lovely stay here. Yvonne communicated really well. My children loved the space and it wasn’t far from Rotorua. The house was so well kitted out and was very clean. Would definitely return

The cottage was very clean, tidy, comfortable and peaceful, the large lawn provided plenty of space for the kids to run around, the secure bike storage was ideal and having the kitchen stocked with basics for making breakfast was a great bonus that helped make the mornings go that bit smoother. Will definitely look at staying here again for our next Rotorua trip :-)

Quite big house close to Roturua. Good equipped with everything you needed. The beds in the two bed rooms were very comfortable. A good place to discover Roturua and souroundings. Nathan and his wife had good tips for the region and surprised us with a lovely welcome surprise. Would definitely book again, highly recommend.

Staying at Jacqui’s place was ideal for our needs. Clean, tidy, homely and welcoming with little extras such as provided breakfast and nice toiletries an added bonus. Jacqui is very friendly and it was lovely to chat with her - would’ve been nice if we’d have been staying longer and could’ve chatted more. Monty is a delight!! Such a lovely friendly dog who we made friends with immediately. One super restaurant in easy walking distance - Urbano - and several others in the town, a slightly longer walk away. I have no hesitation in recommending Jacqui’s place to you.

Judy and Ray are the nicest hosts and made us feel very welcome and we felt like home. We loved staying there as it was super quiet and the view from the kitchen window was so beautiful! Right into the veggie garden, beautiful fruit trees and a green hill with cows. The apartment was actually more spacious than we thought and we enjoyed relaxing on the couch after a long day of riding. We also found delicious breakfast stuff in the pantry and some sweets as a welcome treat which was an unexpected bonus. The location is perfect for heading out to the mountain bike trails which we took advantage of as we brought our own bikes with us. All in all we can highly recommend this place and we hope to be able to return at some stage.

Excellent location. Lake and all restaurants are nearby. Apartment is a bit dark, being downstairs and having fences all around but very clean and had all amenities needed. Recommended+++

Kate's place was perfectly out of the busy area of Rotorua but also so very close to get everywhere by car. The upstairs has 2 twins and a very comfortable living area with a great couch and small kitchenette. All very spacious and usable. The downstairs is the master bedroom with the bathroom. Very comfortable and great black out curtains for a restful wake up. We really enjoyed our stay. There are 2 lovely dogs on property who do like to do their fare share of "talking" in the morning but it didn't bother us as we needed to get an early start each day. Highly recommend.

I had a pleasant but unfortunately short stay. The accomodation is modern, stylish and new. The outdoor facilities are also very nice. The host is very friendly, flexible and helpful. I can recommend this airbnb 100%.

Kerris and Chris are wonderful hosts, very hospitable and friendly and made us feel very welcomed in their home, it really felt like a home away from home. The continental breakfast each morning was delicious. The place is easily accessible and located in convenient location close to town and the other activity's we needed to access during our stay. Her facility's are as described, clean, very well maintained and offers plenty to do if staying around the property, easily accommodated our extra luggage (mountain bikes) during our stay . Will defiantly be returning on our annual trip back to Rotorua, whether staying in the main house or one of the other accommodation options they have available.

Dayhl and Kevin's place was a fantastic getaway. We only stayed for 1 night but could have happily remained for a week. The property is pristine, with a beautiful backyard looking onto their gorgeous property. The hot breakfast was also a very pleasant surprise and much appreciated.

We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay and Ginie and Bob’s place. It really was originally a boat house, converted into a studio stand-alone apartment. A lot of thought went into making this small place suitable for guests. We adored all the breakfasts items Ginie provided for our three night stay. The banana bread and frittatas were standouts, but also lots of cereal, fruit, fresh dairy products and more. Outside, we enjoyed sitting by the lake after long days of exploring the area. So peaceful! Even duck food was provided for having fun with the ducks on the lake. There is a new spa that they welcome guests to enjoy. Our busy schedule didn’t permit us to take advantage of it, but I would prefer it to sitting in a sulfur-smelling spa in town. Ginie and Bob are genuinely kind and personable, if you have the opportunity to say hi.

Meine Zeit bei Lynnelle war ein Traum. Ich durfte 6 Tage in ihren Haus verbringen, mich entspannen und Rotorua entdecken. Lynnelle ist eine unglaublich freundlicher, aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Mensch, eine großartige Gastgeberin! Die Lage ihres Hauses ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Haus und die Zimmer sauber, schön und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Ich habe mich ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Wunderbares Frühstück, unkomplizierte Hilfe bei der Buchung von Aktivitäten, Insider-Tipps (Sonnenuntergang) und viele gute Gespräche

Marty and Lous place is so very nice!!! The space is large, comfortable and welcoming!! The outdoor space is fantastic and location is quiet but close to many things to do. We would highly recommend staying with them!! They were always ready to offer suggestions and advice and their advice was always spot on!!! Very good stay!!!!

place looks exactly as it is and a bit more as it's more beautiful than the pictures. Rooms are spacious, plenty of space to keep stuff, beautiful view from the bed itself of city and lake. Maureen was very lively and it was pleasure to interact. we got reminded of our boarding days :-) when she played the radio dot at 8 for breakfast intimation. while we are more of brunch eaters breakfast did feel light but it got us on our feet quickly and saved us time. all in all beautiful stay, recommended for anyone with a car.

We had a really great time! Lynnelle was always friendly and there to help, while also respecting our privacy. We really appreciated the great tips she gave us and her overall hospitality. Thank you very much, hopefully we can come back someday! :)
